Very decent establishment, attentive staff from the moment we arrived. Close to many tourist sites.
Super friendly welcome and very good advice
Arrived very late, but the hotel had left a key out for me, which was great. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was good, powerful shower, plenty of soap, etc.. I slept well, no road noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding, very quiet garden-view room. Perfect location for the panoramic views of the Domes, Vulcania, and the Lemptegy volcano.
Very good hotel located in a quiet area. Clean and functional room (only downside the walls are thin..), quality breakfast. We will definitely return for future vacations in the region.

Very well maintained establishment and very well located for visiting the region.
There was no restaurant as the name on the internet suggests. We asked for a suggestion on where to eat and a restaurant outside the area was recommended, while there was something else nearby... Breakfast too expensive for a poor buffet, without eggs and cold cuts. Room on the third floor without a lift.

Very disappointed. No restaurant.Tiny room no space to move. Recommended restaurant was a good 5 minute drive and was mediocre at best when there was an excellent restaurant 50 metres away which we hadn’t seen.
Very high step to access the toilet and shower. Very poor soundproofing, we were waiting for customers to move above us.
