The rooms were very nice, the staff were very polite and the food was good in the morning

The hotel was disappointing. We requested a ground-floor room, but we were given one on the second floor. There's no elevator. The room is small, with little space to sit. The toilet was small, making it difficult to do what you needed to do. There's no restaurant.

Very good support upon departure but disappointing upon arrival. The receptionist was alone to ensure the reception and catering and not very available.
Clean and spacious rooms. Disappointed the pool, bar, restaurant and games room weren't open as this is why we chose the hotel. The bathroom is great other than the bathroom door doesn't allow any privacy - partly open, and the privacy glass appears to be on the wrong way around.

Excellent location for us on a trip down south. Especially as it has a large secure car park.

32 steps, it's not much, except for us with the luggage. Nice little hotel, perfect for a stopover. Super friendly staff. Pets allowed. Bed not too comfortable, and yellow water in the shower. But for one night I recommend it
Insufficent breakfast supplies! When we had breakfast very little was avaidable and no attempt was made to replace or supply the missing items that you would normally expect to be avaidable.

I think I know that you are talking about the pains au chocolat - Unfortunately, the people who arrived before you had taken the last ones - a cooking time of 20 minutes is necessary. As there were sufficient croissants available, we chose not to bake them again so as not to have to throw them away afterwards.
During your next stay, do not hesitate to let us know your preferences regarding breakfast.

Hotel located in a legendary location: the Hunaudières of the Le Mans circuit. Very friendly welcome, smiling and at the service of customers. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Cost a little too high compared to other accommodations with the same service, hence my 4 stars on the quality / price ratio but it is surely due to the place... To do again.

Overall, ok. Two key points: 1. I specified a quiet room. Our room overlooked the main road D338, which was quite noisy, even at night. No air conditioning, so we had to have the window open. 2. I booked via the LOGIS website. The restaurant was listed as open on Monday evenings. Synchronisation problem between the central office and the hotel itself, and in fact the restaurant, the main reason for our booking, was closed. My mistake, I should have called to check...... The owner couple were very friendly, but these two small details may weigh on our choice of the LOGIS network in the future. Kind regards, Ian Davies

Staff very welcoming & food very good
Not clear on the booking site that restaurant is closed Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Bar also closed at 7pm. Hôtel then locked down, Breakfast is supposed to be a buffet but was poor, in 2018 last time I stayed there it was ok. Won’t stay there again
I have been going to this establishment regularly for 16 years, what more can I add...if indeed, in addition to a nice team, the table is great. When it's good, you also have to let it be known.
We asked for a three-bed room and we didn't get it. but we requested it only a few days before our arrival. The bathroom is missing a toilet brush. otherwise everything was perfect.
