The hotel was well-maintained and the welcome was pleasant. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The only downside: we were staying as a family. The family room occupied by my sister had no bathroom door, as it had been removed for repairs and replaced with a translucent screen no more than 1.30 meters high. There was no privacy in the shower or toilet, which was very unpleasant, especially since all the occupants weren't from the same family (a friend of my son was sharing the children's section). We would have liked to have been informed of this situation and expected some understanding, or even a gesture of goodwill, from the hotel manager, to whom we reported this inconvenience. But it seems that this situation poses no problem for him! This response is inappropriate and needs to be reviewed if you want to retain your customers.
A very pleasant stay and excellent food, I highly recommend it.
The hotel was clean, and the young man at reception was very friendly, although the young woman could have done better. The surroundings were very quiet. It's a shame the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
I recommend it for the quality of the welcome, the availability and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the menus and dishes of the restaurant.

Overall, a very good experience. The room was very clean. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good, but you need to book in advance. However, we regretted the lack of aerators on the taps: the water pressure and flow were very high.
A warm welcome, a very clean establishment, and a restaurant serving excellent food. The only slight drawback is that some of the rooms could use a little updating.

For our stay, this is a 2-star hotel with no hot water for two full days. Looking at other reviews, there have already been hot water problems. I don't plan to return to this hotel.

It's rare to find accommodations that take reservations into account. This one does take into account allergies and gluten intolerance. The problem with restaurants today is that they tend to focus more on trends like veganism than on the health conditions that affect a large part of the population. The rooms were not clean. We found two thick, long black hairs on the pillow. The sheets had small holes and traces of dog hair that had not been removed during washing. The floor was dusty—we didn't want to walk barefoot. In the bathroom, the silicone sealant was moldy and the toilet paper holder was dusty. Only two of the five lights above the sink were working. The towels smelled like old frying oil.
Good accommodation, it's a shame that the restaurant is closed at the weekend, and there's no bar reception, to have a drink when you get home in the evening or order a drink in your room.

It's a shame that the air conditioning lift pump makes an awful noise, and that there's no fridge to keep cold drinks in the room.

A great discovery; passing through the region and it won't be the last! The Logis hotel offers comfortable and cozy rooms. The only downside is the unobstructed view from the balcony on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, the owners and staff are very kind.

We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough, it is spotless throughout, with a comfortable bed in a lovely room, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood with parking outside. The breakfast was delicious with many choices, we also ate here every evening and the meals were excellent. All the staff are efficient, very helpful and friendly, the management team are amazing, they went above and beyond to help us (with a totally non hotel related problem) for which we were very grateful, thank you!

The welcome is warm, the hotel pleasant. I had dinner in the evening in the hotel and I ate very well. However, I recommend having a car because the bus, although in the immediate vicinity, only runs every 20 minutes.

Very nice hotel...very attentive and helpful staff...many things have been renovated...the bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned and are currently being renovated! I would gladly return if I am in the area. The hotel is very well located outside of all the hustle and bustle of the center of Annecy and quiet but nevertheless with easy access to the center of Annecy.
