Very professional and empathetic staff
Excellent hotel with very good dinner in the evening and a breakfast offering a wide selection in self-service format.
Excellent hotel, welcoming service, superb breakfasts. It's a shame we expected brasserie-style service, but we weren't there on the right days!
Very pleasant stay and affordable price
The hotel is well located and easy to find. The parking lot is quite large. The room is pleasant, the bedding comfortable, and the decor simple. We were in a triple room, and the bathroom was much too small. The staff is welcoming and professional. The value for money is excellent. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and the products are very good.
The rooms were not very quiet.
I am always delighted to stay at this hotel. The welcome and kindness of the staff are always exceptional. The rooms are very pleasant and always spotless. Everything was perfect
The welcome was perfect, with reception staff always available. The room was quite clean, spacious, and had good air conditioning. Bottled water was provided, along with a cooler and good Wi-Fi connection. I recommend it.
The remote control in the room was filthy, and the pillow was stained on both sides as if someone had stepped on it. The service was very disappointing; we waited 15 minutes for our order and 30 minutes for our appetizer, which arrived lukewarm with a raw egg. My neighbor got so fed up with waiting and having his meal arrive cold that he left and asked for a refund. The waiter was alone, serving a seminar in another room that was being served before the hotel guests.

Lack of furniture or shelves to store belongings; 3 hangers are not enough.
Arriving late at the hotel (and therefore after the restaurant's closing time), the receptionist arranged for me to have a meal tray upon arrival. A thoughtful touch / A real plus, much appreciated.
I was a little surprised when I had breakfast around 8:30; quite a few tables weren't particularly clean, and perhaps it would be a good idea to sometimes put some lubricant on the hinges—it would make them squeak less when you get back late.

Great experience. The only thing was that there was no parking space... Not great.
It really felt like you were sharing a room with your neighbor. It was very poorly insulated. The bed was really uncomfortable.
Hotel too austere
Quality accommodation, well soundproofed, nice decor, good bedding, however I did not like the restaurant. The meat was barely cooked (pork chop), the dishes are pulled to the maximum to respect the desired margins (starter 4 fresh shrimp, 1 low-end pork chop with some sweet potato fries, 1 slice of brioche with a scoop of chocolate ice cream) in short it lacks quality compared to the price charged. I know better and cheaper in the evening stopover or same price and much more quality! I am disappointed However very good welcome from the team

Room not clean
We had a room in the lowest price category. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a closet or dresser for our clothes.
Well placed for training at the Angers Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, which is very easy to access and from where it is possible to reach the city center of Angers on foot in less than 30 minutes. A special mention for the friendliness and smiles of the reception staff!
New visit to Angers, second disappointment in this hotel. Far from the city center but quiet, this hotel suited us until now. 1st disappointment: we got a room after a smoker!!!! This time the bedding was hard, the room freezing (temperature blocked), the sink ready to fall, the economical shower head very annoying and in addition the breakfast very disappointing: no fresh fruit, fruit salad not fresh, bread defrosted, restocking not done The price increases, the quality decreases, too bad We will not return.

Although you confirmed to us at the end of breakfast and upon your departure that "everything went well", it is a shame that you did not share your comments with us on site, as we could have taken immediate action to improve your comfort.
Regarding the mentioned cigarette smell, nothing of this type was observed in the room. Nor were any reports made to us about it.
Regarding the air conditioning, we confirm that it is in operation during the summer season, to ensure a pleasant temperature. However, you have the option to turn it off or adjust the temperature freely using the remote control available in the room.
For breakfast, I was personally present that morning, and I can assure you that the buffet was well replenished throughout the service. Our fruit salad is homemade, made with fresh produce. We pay particular attention to the quality of our offerings, which makes your comments all the more surprising.
Finally, you mentioned bedding that was too firm, an unstable sink, and an awkward shower head: these elements were not brought to our attention during your stay. Our team would of course have responded immediately if this had been reported.

Hotel located just outside Angers. The hotel is clean. Our room was recently renovated, I think. The only downside is the size of the rooms, and the windows would benefit from being tilt-and-turn or with a safety hook so they can be opened safely.

Everything is done to make you feel good! The still and sparkling water fountain is very appreciable, the quality of the bedding and the decor of the room are perfect, worthy of a 4-star hotel, the quality and diversity of the breakfast (fresh fruit salad, homemade salted butter caramel...!) The bed was comfortable. The room was for a disabled person which didn't appky to me so the bathroom was big but the room was small.

We spent one night at the hotel with a great breakfast and the restaurant where we had a good meal with the very pleasant buffet of starters and/or desserts. A simple and human place. We lack nothing, everything is well thought out to take care of the customer. The twin room is a little small, with little storage but clean and functional. I recommend 😉
