Good value for money, lovely exterior, quiet hotel, satisfied with the food
Cleanliness in general was fine, except behind the television where the cloth had clearly been left for some time. The staff were friendly.
Reception is open from 5 PM to 8 PM... so I arrived too early, and I was lucky the manager was there... with his cold welcome, to say the least... No breakfast on Sunday morning; I looked for information on the website this morning, but couldn't find it. The bass from the pub next door is coming through the floor! Renovations are underway, and there's a laundry cart opposite the night entrance that needs constant use. I tried making tea from the vending machine, without success. Initially, I tried going to reception, but there was no one there... The curtain isn't blackout, so I was up at 7:15 AM... Ideally, I was looking for two single beds... I ended up with one double bed because I didn't want to pay an extra €18 for a third bed I didn't need. Perhaps I haven't done my research properly, but when a customer calmly explains from the outset that the room doesn't match their initial request, I think it's best to find a solution instead of telling them that a room with two beds is more expensive when, apparently, they don't have one. The price is determined by both costs and availability (6 cars, so the hotel is certainly not full) and demand.
The room was fine, but there were no shutters on the windows, just a curtain (lights on all night). There was no more liquid for the shower or sink... a nice surprise for the morning shower.

The address is wrong; we arrive in front of Auchan. The reception is very strange; it's my turn, but the phone rings with a horrible ringtone, and I'm no longer there! You need a card to activate the electricity in the room, and it generates a muffled background noise, impossible to leave alone to sleep. The room is next to the night exit. The mattress is misshapen!
Great hotel in a commercial area in northern Avignon, comfortable and quiet, and above all, good value for money. I will come back. Thanks to the staff who are completely attentive to our needs.
