Heartwarming welcome.
Heureusement que la chambre a été récemment rénovée pour sauver la situation.
J'ai été accueilli par les aboiements d'un chien et le bureau d'accueil présentait un désordre incompréhensible avec des documents, des factures,... dans tous les sens. C'est une très mauvaise impression dès l'accueil.
L'hôtel semble en travaux permanents. En effet, j'étais déjà venu il y a quelques mois et je pensais que c'était temporaire. J'ai l'impression que rien n'a évolué.
On ne m'a jamais demandé mon pass sanitaire ni pour le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel ni au restaurant partenaire.

no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant although it was written on the page and although I had paid online I paid all amount when I checked in. Please give back my money....
