This is a family-run hotel with typical Savoyard décor and charming historical touches.

Comfortable hotel with very pleasant shared spaces, quality restaurant and kindness of the hosts in all respects. Staying with a child was very pleasant thanks to the gardens, swimming pool and numerous games. The breakfast is generous and the establishment calm and nicely decorated. We can only praise this sense of welcome and all for a very honest quality-price ratio in this season. The proximity of the station was a plus for us who always travel by train.

Nice surprise to have a room in a small house isolated from the hotel. Beds a little small (140) but comfortable. Excellent breakfast!

A very pleasant stay and a very warm welcome, with a superb breakfast, very varied and made with good quality products. The room is very comfortable and clean. The only small reservation would be the lack of air conditioning, but we had an effective fan available in the room.
We arrived with my 28 year old son (me 63) with our 2 motorcycles to go and do the RGA (Route des Grandes Alpes between Thonon and Menton) and after a long day of 525 kms of riding we were happy to find a swimming pool to relax in because we were very hot. The hotel is well located just above the SNCF train station, we were able to park our motorcycles there safely, the copious and varied breakfast gave us the strength to attack our first day on the RGA. Excellent welcome. If we had a negative remark to make it would be that the room lacks air conditioning (but there is a fan which still allowed us to sleep well). We recommend this establishment.
Not soundproofed unfortunately I thought I was with my next door neighbor who was talking in the evening with his wife. It ruined my weekend with a friend.
Pleasant staff, good bedding, very good breakfast, good location. If there is a downside: the room is a bit small and the bathroom is cramped...although renovated. Very good stay.

Everything was perfect: the comfort, our specific requests, the staff, and the impeccable welcome. Everything at the restaurant was very much appreciated.
Warm welcome. Spacious rooms. And, increasingly rare, the toilets are separate from the bathroom. We will come back to this.
The room (16) was clean tidy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. No complaints from me.

Excellent throughout. My online reservation hadn’t yet been received but no dramas. Gave me a room key and insisted I put my motorbike in the secure garage. The meal I had in the restaurant was exceptional value.

Excellent hotel as a base to explore Combe Laval, and with plenty of parking, including secure parking for motorcycles. Really nice restaurant and the chef and staff were very happy to cook a meal not on the menu due to allergies. Has a good pool but we had no time in our busy schedule to make use of it. Next time!
Two rooms in the annex Villa des Fleures. One room very spacious, the second room very small. Both rooms very clean, good beds, good bathrooms.
