A very welcoming hotel, excellent reception, the staff are very friendly both in the hotel and the restaurant, you can go there without hesitation, a special mention to the lady at breakfast who will recognize herself ;)

A very friendly welcome. I had let them know I would be returning late from my appointments, and I received a text message regarding accessibility. A full tray was waiting for me in the room. I highly recommend this place.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, gehen auf wünsche ein, das Essen ist sehr gut. Eines wäre vielleicht noch machbar.... 2 Haken für die Handtücher und eine Steckdose im Bad.

Apart from the rooms which are very very clean, the rest is not worth mentioning, reservations not found, in the evening at the restaurant no drinks menu, set menu no menu either, we hadn't even finished the wine before they brought us coffee!

Very good for the price, but don't expect anything special. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. However, I would have just liked to dine alone and not at the same table as someone else. That's my unsociable side...

Good hotel, reasonably priced. Clean.
Breakfast is good and decoration of breakfast room is excellent.
The only thing I would suggest is to replace curtain in the shower cubical with a proper shower door.

It’s a shame that the restaurant menu, in the evenings during the week, only offers one set menu (starter, main course, dessert).

Very friendly family establishment; our hosts went out of their way to satisfy us! Breakfast with homemade cakes, in short, an enchanting interlude!

As part of a business trip, the hotel was very nice in every way. The sauna is great, and you can also enjoy the pool. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The decor is a bit vintage (in the hallways), but the room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the environment quiet. The restaurant was simple but good, and the service impeccable. As for the price of the overnight stay, it was really reasonable, at €85, it was difficult (if not impossible) to find better.

Quality welcome, comfortable bedding, cleanliness and calm. I would recommend this hotel.

welcome room very good, bedding a little firm but correct, comfortable, a small downside for the bathroom which is really small and the shower tiny with the curtain that sticks to the skin !! not very pleasant! otherwise the staff is very pleasant, from the waitresses to the boss everyone does their best so that the customer has a pleasant time. Correct meal with an excellent quality-price ratio on the whole service. With a slightly larger shower it would be great ...........

Top notch welcome. Setting and environment of the hotel very pleasant. Easy accessibility and parking. The swimming pool is very nice. Our stay with friends was very appreciated by all (we were 3 couples) We just need to review the pillows, which are much too soft (this is the general opinion of all the people in our group)

Although the restaurant was closed on the day of arrival, I was still able to get a little something to eat. That was very nice. Great pool and sauna.

If it's just a room to sleep in no problem But for the rest it's really not great Bathroom with a very small shower Sound insulation needs to be reviewed In the evening stopover I have been a food salesman for 25 years, so for sure frozen and products ready to be reheated, we're there

Great hotel

This establishment has become my essential stopover during my stays in Alsace.

It was overall great. The only thing was that there was no wifi available as the machine for the wifi passwords was not connecting. The pool was also not working which my wife and son were looking forward to doing. For the rest, it was all great and friendly helpful staff.

Great hotel!

Two-night stay with our dog, quiet in a comfortable and very clean hotel. We had dinner both evenings at the restaurant and we ate very well. The hotel and restaurant staff are very welcoming and friendly. The relaxation area is very clean and the swimming pool is great for doing laps and being able to use the aquabike

I arrived there, the first person at reception was smiling, the rest was nonsense. The room was not a double bed, well if it really was a double at that point. The creaky bed, the uninsulated room (we could really hear everything) The restaurant… my god but who is this chef? It's a disaster, even I cook better, it's rubbish (my chicken was borderline pink) Anyway, I seriously advise against this hotel

This hotel is for me the essential stop every time I come to Alsace

I have the impression of having spent the night with the neighbors in my room, between the one who snores, the one who talks on the phone, the one who takes a shower... you can hear absolutely everything, there is no insulation. In addition, I booked on Booking, (more expensive than at the establishment), a room with a double bed. I found myself with two single beds, which squeaked. As for the shower, it was impossible to adjust the water temperature first time I've seen this.
