Clean I recommend it

Quiet room on the 4th floor, well-equipped, very clean. A proper French breakfast: a good baguette, delicious bread and pastries, Parisian ham, Brie, Saint Paulin cheese... fresh fruit, local dairy products... So good and a far cry from those buffets where every flavor from the world is thrown together.

The room was tiny, not to mention the bathroom and shower. The metro runs right underneath and you can hear it very clearly, which is far from pleasant, and given the price of the room, it's scandalous not to have been informed beforehand. Simply providing a minibar, a safe, or 24-hour service isn't enough to qualify as a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was extremely basic, with pastries from the day before... In short, a very bad experience.

It felt a bit like home. All the staff were lovely.

Quiet hotel, comfortable bedding, clean room, very good breakfast

This stay was a huge disappointment. The "4-star" rating seems completely unjustified given the services offered: The living space was cramped: The room was tiny. It was impossible to open two suitcases without having to climb over the furniture to move around. The bathroom followed the same pattern: tiny and impractical. The technical aspects and maintenance need improvement: One of the room's lights kept flickering, which was extremely annoying. Furthermore, there was no Wi-Fi and the mobile network barely worked. In 2026, being cut off from the world in a hotel of this standard is unacceptable. The breakfast was meager: The buffet was glaringly poor. Very little choice; it felt like a budget hotel. Nothing like what one would expect from 4-star service. In short: This establishment focuses entirely on its star rating but not on the comfort of its guests. The value for money is disastrous. Avoid at all costs.

The entire stay was very pleasant. We're only giving it a 4 instead of a 5 for the welcome and service because of the reception we received when we returned to collect our luggage, which we had left all day in the hotel's luggage storage on our last day. When we arrived at reception, the receptionist was very cold and told us to go get our luggage from the back of the hotel without even getting up. Fortunately, the rest of our stay was much better: the room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome on arrival was excellent.

The hotel was very pleasant, with welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast room is a bit small. We would have appreciated a bottle of water more often during our 5-night stay (only one small bottle per person upon arrival), as well as the systematic replacement of a coffee capsule (the Nespresso tray was highlighted during the booking process).

Thank you to Josephine for organizing our reservation. We were able to get the room at 11:00 AM on Thursday, as well as the parking space. We were at Necker Hospital for two days with our daughter, and this arrangement was a huge relief.

Comfortable hotel just minutes from Montparnasse, easily accessible. The welcome is warm, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. A minor drawback: the room furniture is a bit worn, and the hair dryer isn't what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. I recommend it.

The hotel is well located in a lively neighborhood. The room is well-designed but poorly soundproofed; you can hear the subway and, in the morning, the people rushing up and down the stairs.

Everything was great. Bathroom shower was problematic. No matter what position you adjust the water head, water will spill into the floor. Needs to be reajusted.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and I have to say I'm satisfied! Great location and really friendly service.

We were given a room downstairs and heard all the noises in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets smelled bad, and the shutters didn't close properly, with a window facing the street. We asked to change rooms, but it wasn't possible. The receptionist was completely confused and gave us the wrong room number and the wrong parking space. We had booked two nights but only stayed one, and I am still waiting for a response to my email request for a refund of the tourist tax and parking fees.

I had a great experience: the staff was very professional, the hotel in general was very clean, it is very well connected by public transportation and it is a walkable distance from many popular attractions.

This is our third stay at this friendly little hotel in a quiet area with all amenities, restaurants, etc.

It's a small but very welcoming hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to the train and bus stations, and the area is safe. The best thing about it is the receptionist, Marta. She's attentive and cares about the well-being of her guests, and we couldn't be more grateful to her. Without her, we wouldn't have given the hotel four stars; they've got a real gem in her.

The hotel is very well located, the reception was professional, and the hotel is comfortable with a good breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable but not very spacious. The only downside was the rather noisy corridor. We were staying on the first floor, and the noise from reception reached us quite loudly. It was difficult to sleep in on a public holiday without earplugs.

The room was a bit small, but well-appointed and clean. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options! I would only recommend expanding the breakfast room: the tables are really small and close together. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel, perfect for every need.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information about the area and transportation options. The location is also excellent, a 20-minute bus ride from the Louvre. Not convinced. We were not told that the metro was just below. So very noisy. The staff who went to the trash in front of our room was not cool. Reservation for 2 and 1 cup in the bathroom. The shower gel and hand products were not refilled. The shower leaked...

First of all, it's not a hotel; it's an old, renovated house with suites and a very small elevator. The room is small, carpeted, and has only one water source (we're a couple). There's a noticeable lack of customer service, especially when it comes to value for money.
That night, when we arrived at the "hotel," there was no water in the taps or shower. Nor was there any notice from management informing us of the problem or providing any kind of clarification, which would have been REASONABLE on the part of the hotel's management.
When we called reception, they didn't answer. We had to go down in person to demand an explanation. When we went down and found a staff member, they had difficulty communicating in English. Which is also unacceptable in PARIS, in a "hotel" that claims to be a 4-star hotel!!!
We are deeply disappointed with the Logis Hôtel 15 Montparnasse, as it left a LOT to be desired for a self-proclaimed 4-star establishment.
The feeling is one of utter frustration!!!
It wasn't a cheap value; it promised 4 stars but delivered little!!! Breakfast was plentiful, but very poor. The place was cramped, with little to no food variety.

As expected in a tourist magnet as Paris the rooms relative small but equipt A bit odd that the toilett and the bathroom are at the opposite ends of the room. And no wash bassin in the toailett area.

Services not up to 4-star standards, overheated room with no way to adjust the temperature (broken thermostat), coffee mug used and not changed from one night to the next. Torn duvet cover. Receptionist asks if your stay went well, but when you talk about memories, she closes up and is no longer receptive.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Logis hotel 15 Montparnasse. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small but the bathroom is very generous in size. We found the beds very comfortable. The only thing we were unable to operate was the coffee machine. We got as far as making hot water but instructions how to make coffee would have helped us to perhaps get beyond that.

Excellent stay in this well-located hotel, newly equipped with taste and quality, and run by a pleasant and competent staff, both at reception and maintenance. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully furnished, the bedding is recent. The bathroom is functional, with a spacious shower. The whole is very clean and well-maintained. Very noisy hotel, recurring noise and vibrations day and night in the room without explanation from the staff. The latter claims that these disturbances are due to the metro passing nearby... Breakfast not very generous served by very unfriendly staff, hotel to be avoided absolutely, one wonders who and how were awarded 4 stars?

We stayed in a superior room, but we miss a chair (you can change with the bench) and a coat rack behind the door of the room.
The breakfast was ok, but a lot of small tables for a small place, when it is full of people.

Très facile d'accès dans un coin tranquille. Le personnel est très accueillant et assiste le client avec professionnalisme. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. J'ai bien aimé aussi les produits pour la douche.

Toutefois, ma chambre était un peu trop petite et il était donc incommodant de se déplacer à l'intérieur. C'est assez étroit pour une personne alors non recommandé pour deux. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur la table de la machine à café. Néanmoins, le lit était très propre et confortable, et la salle de bain nickel.

The receptionist who welcomed us was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout our entire stay. While I didn't catch her name, she mentioned she was Spanish and spoke flawless Italian. She deserves special recognition and our heartfelt gratitude for her outstanding service.

The reception staff rotated and were not all empathetic or helpful (with the exception of one Spanish receptionist whose name I don't remember). We asked to replace the mattress (the one in the room was too soft), but it wasn't possible. We reported several times that the Nespresso coffee machine in the room wasn't working, but it wasn't resolved, and we decided against reporting it further.

The room we were given has almost no windows apart from the one overlooking the inner courtyard where people regularly pass. Very well located hotel, very clean with nice decor. Good quality bedding including for our teenager (which is not always the case). Simple but good and plentiful breakfast (breakfast room a little small compared to the crowd at certain times) Busy street but not too noisy. Only real downside for us who live in the countryside (without noise), the noise of the subways which pass under the hotel every 10 minutes until 2 a.m. and from 5:30 a.m.

I do recommend this hotel for any guest. I had a personal problem and had to check out in after the first night out of six expected nights and the hotel made everything easy, showing a lot of humanity. Besides that, room, breakfast and location are wonderful.

The room and bathroom are very small. Breakfast very average, low-end pastries. No soap in the room to wash hands during the two nights. At more than 250 euros per night and 16 euros for breakfast, I do not find the services to be up to 4-star standards. The staff were very friendly.

Tiny room (4-star hotel) overlooking the road. Very, very expensive tourist tax (€68 for 4 nights). The icing on the cake is the subway passing every two or three minutes (great, the noise in the room in the evening until 1:30 a.m., and then back at 5:30 a.m.). I highly advise against this hotel.

For a four star rating, I expected a little bit more. Bathroom amenities could be better, there’s no body lotion, towels doesn’t smell freshly laundered. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed well, there was candy wrappers under the bed and overall just dusty. The staff was friendly enough. The curtain in the bathroom window was sheer that the building across the street can see you through it.

Only the location was really good. The room wasn't clean and we had a few moths in our room. Next to that the breakfast wasn't that good as well.

I would like to especially warmly thank Josephine from the reception for her exceptional care and service as we have forgotten our tablet into the room. Josephine stayed in contact with us on a daily basis until shipment back to Belgium was organised and carefully made sure it was well taken care of.

The spaces are not very large but everything is functional; the staff is perfect both for the reception and for the breakfast, smiling, attentive and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was fantastic: accessibility (very well connected), the hotel, the staff, the decor, and the breakfast. I'm not giving it 5 stars solely because the bathroom is quite small. But that's not a negative in this case, since we were out of the hotel all day, just sleeping, so I would stay there again.

This is not a 4 star hotel! Rooms are very small, as well the bathroom. The quality of breakfast was okay but the place to eat comfortable was also to small for us. Our stay was ok but would rate is 3 star max.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to access transportation. I found a lovely bakery close by and restaurants in both directions. My room though small but adequate was neat and clean with a comfortable bed. I gave 4 stars because the room coffeemaker was a challenge and going downstairs for coffee seemed to upset the staff. The hair dryer looked like a vacuum cleaner and too large for my hand. It also took up valuable space on the bathroom shelf. Overall it was a good and comfortable place to stay.

The 4-star rating seems generous to me. 3 stars would be fairer knowing that for 1 more star we are in the category of the Georges V. The room is small, like all the accesses (corridor, stairs) and there was a sandwich left from a previous customer in the mini bar. For the rest, it is correct, nothing more. The quality-price ratio remains correct. Note that access by car is complicated (no public parking nearby and no space available on the public road, hotel parking 2 spaces). The absence of a shower door takes away from comfort because the water goes everywhere in the bathroom and the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work.

A fine hotel located in Montparnasse district, a short walk to several metro stations. So it's easy to travel into the centre of Paris or connect with Gare du Nord station ( for Eurostar ).
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Happy to stay there again some time.

Really cozy hotel, nice breakfast and friendly employees. I booked a Superior Twin Room but this one was very dusty, and the glass in the shower was not completely fixed to the bathtub so when showering all the water went out. You could have added as well some toiletries as small body lotion, shower cap, etc. The small fridge only had a bottle of water, it could have some more drinks.

Pleasant stay but minimalist rooms and breakfast area. We deplored a lack of care in the cleaning services (bathroom trash not emptied when taking possession of the room, traces of coffee under the Nespresso machine that dated) as well as a payment for the entire stay (5 nights) on our arrival. Correct bedding and satisfactory soundproofing (except for some occasional vibrations in the building probably due to the metro?) allowing for a quiet night. Satisfactory quality of breakfasts and friendly staff who respond professionally. The four stars awarded to the establishment seem exaggerated to us.

Perfect location of the hotel to go to my meetings and then chill out at the nearby movie theater and restaurants. Welcoming and professional staff, the room was spacious and quiet.

Chambre agréable et de qualité. Très lumineuse, très calme. Seuls bémols : la salle de bain est trop sombre et il n'y a pas de plan pour travailler (la seule petite desserte est entièrement occupée par une grosse machine à café et le nécessaire à café).

Stayed here earlier in the year and had a great experience so for my next visit to Paris I decided to stay here again. I wasn't disappointed. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Welcoming, pleasant and friendly staff. Hotel very well located near a metro station and the Montparnasse tower, clean but does not deserve 4 stars in my opinion. Hotel located right above metro line 12, so you can hear the metro passing every 3 or 4 minutes, at least when you have the ground floor room. Room overlooks the street and is therefore noisy (passers-by, emergency services which are right next door...) Very small breakfast room which cannot accommodate all the guests at the same time...

Well located hotel 200m from the metro. Cleanliness and comfort of the standard room is correct. Breakfast room is very narrow and lacks fresh products!

This was the third time we came to this hotel, two of which were for birthdays. We were never disappointed. Warm welcome, helpful and caring staff. We particularly like the small hotel feel and the cozy atmosphere that emanates from it.

Not at the level expected for 4 stars

The staff was welcoming, very professional. The rooms are clean, the bedding is of good quality. The rumbling of the metro is indeed noticeable but does not disturb the night. If we refer to the breakfast, it is clear that the four stars are usurped if we refer to what three or even two stars offer in the provinces... A single coffee machine with a limited choice (no hot chocolate for example), only one quality of bread (frozen dough certainly heated on site)... A customer assured me that for a Parisian hotel "it was very good"!!! However, the price is somewhat exaggerated. Customers of "imposing" physique, the cramped bathroom could present disadvantages. A very negative point that I would like to highlight (here the designers of the place, and the safety commission) are entirely responsible: the bathroom door opens inwards and brushes (1 millimeter, I measured) the toilet bowl, how then can you open the door in case a customer sitting on his earthenware throne feels unwell? How can you quickly help someone who faints, falls behind the door?

Hotel ideally located and clean. On the other hand all the spaces are small: Reception, bathroom, breakfast room, rooms, corridors.... Little choice for breakfast: only coffee and hot water (no more cocoa or cappuccino). 4 stars?

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel to me, the rooms in the photos are taken from a perspective that makes them look bigger, the space from the toilet bowl to the wall is so narrow that I had to sit sideways.

Very nice hotel and great room, especially the bathroom. However, the vibrations from the metro limit the ability to wake up late.

Excellent location, extremely polite and helpful staff! Bathroom is amazing (at least in the room I stayed), room size is good for Paris standards and the overall stay was very positive. If I could make two suggestions, those would be the following:
- the Nespresso machine is a very nice touch but a kettle for boiling water would be a big plus
- for a 4 star hotel, room could be dusted out a bit better (a lot of the light fixtures over the bed, the coffee machine, etc were full of dust).

Room at the meeting point in an interior courtyard, quiet from the street unfortunately noise and vibrations much too frequent in connection with the metro. The bathroom and the shower area are much too small. For the rest the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and the staff present were very satisfactory.

Desayuno pobre en queanto a calidad y cantidad, con un espacio super pequeño y para mí lo peor la recepción que solo d’hablan ettienden de francés et englés et en el caso de una Srta. of oriental rasgos (discúlpenme pero desconozco su numero) ni se dignó atendernos correctamente, casi sin mirarnos la cara, pendiente del computer y otras cosas antes que de nosotros, queando le pedimos si tenía a plano de Paris nos señaló con un gesture de cabeza el Lugar dónde estaban, al menos el resto de personal era atento y a la hora de la salida Srta. Attenta y eficaz. It seems unacceptable to me that this hotel is in the category of CUATRO stars. It is in this level range and you don't have to worry about it.

The room was very very very small

Alles was zeer proper. Alleen waren de slaapkamer en de badkamer aan de kleine kant. I had never seen anything, but nothing happened. Your rest was all prima, zeer verzorgd!

Excellent hotel, very welcoming and very well located at the foot of the metro. Only the small size of the room is to be regretted, as well as the equipment of the bathroom: a "real" hair dryer would be a real plus as well as a better closed shower so as not to flood the bathroom. Apart from that, everything was perfect, special mention for the welcome, the bedding and the breakfast.

Hotel carefully curated with a strategic position to visit all of the city perfectly. Molto consigliata!!!!

The staff is friendly but the 4 stars of the hotel are not there at all, the essential spaces are missing, the bathroom is small so much that the toilet is almost inaccessible, the room which will be 3x3 is very small you can only stay on the bed there are no other livable spaces, and even the common spaces are very small, the room used for breakfast if there is another person you can no longer move, the small table and the spaces around are uncomfortable.

The value for the orice is amazin. The team working in the hotel is very nice and helpful. They did everything to make our stay great!!

Simply, there are not many points to improve. The breakfast eggs are battery eggs (industrial). Their taste is not great, especially when soft-boiled. And the pastries are not made with butter, but probably made with margarine or butter substitutes.

Very comfortable, quiet hotel. Quality of bedding, products. Small downside on the pastries, coffee and scrambled eggs: the quality was much lower than the rest of the products offered at breakfast. Otherwise, we are a little cramped at the breakfast table because the space is a little reduced.

Super small accommodations, no cabe nada. Parece a Horel of 1 star. Please note that there is no parking or location for loading and unloading. We have a parking lot that is 750 meters away and the plaza is occupied. Very disappointing

Hotel in an extremely comfortable position, practically all of its distance from the main attractions originally. Excellent service, kindness and availability. The camera is rated to be a 4 star but it is very comfortable and essential, therefore it is very stretto. Please contact the hotel for a Parisian customer

The hotel stay was nice. Please know that there are a couple ground floor rooms off the back of the hotel. I had one of these - it was fine and the price was good but not much of a place to hang out in.

everything was perfect the only downside was the remote control did not work and the manually turned on TV did not have a good network. the image was not clear

On the 1st floor, suddenly noises from the metro. The towel dryer was constantly hot! The shower room window is banging against the false ceiling! The circulation space around the bed is narrow, once I bumped into the wall, too close to the foot of the bed. Well located, for us, in the 15th. Metro not too far. Parking surprising due to its mode of circulation: entry and exit the same way, 600 meters from the hotel. Television from another era, really too small, especially for a 4 star!! And asking each time you change channels to do a full search: really painful! I was unable to book by telephone despite my call and my request: redirected to the website.

Our hotel is enchanted, at a great price, and the accommodations are comfortable, silent, very clean, and easy to read. We will leave you a little before the check-in time and we will kindly ask you if you can access them, and you will be able to do so. Be sure to check the security, speedy and efficient check-out.

Small hotel located in the Montparnasse district, very well served by public transport and with several cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Small but comfortable rooms, ours overlooked the back and the internal micro courtyard, with a good level of silence. The buffet breakfast is of a good standard despite the small size of the restaurant.

Very lovely and attentive staff who made us feel very welcomed! The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

An excellent location, with plenty of local restaurants, and close to 2 Metro lines/stations so easy to get to and from the Gard du Nord and Auteil for the racing. The shower head was broken and the receptionist was very helpful and tried to fix it, but it needed a proper fix which was obviously not going to happen at the weekend. A lighter duvet would have been appreciated, again staff tried to help but no thinner ones available, but they did provide a sheet, my friends in the adjacent room would also have preferred a cooler duvet. The breakfast was excellent.

You may well not live with vegetables and in your home a bottle of water is used.
