Quiet hotel, comfortable bedding, clean room, very good breakfast
This stay was a huge disappointment. The "4-star" rating seems completely unjustified given the services offered: The living space was cramped: The room was tiny. It was impossible to open two suitcases without having to climb over the furniture to move around. The bathroom followed the same pattern: tiny and impractical. The technical aspects and maintenance need improvement: One of the room's lights kept flickering, which was extremely annoying. Furthermore, there was no Wi-Fi and the mobile network barely worked. In 2026, being cut off from the world in a hotel of this standard is unacceptable. The breakfast was meager: The buffet was glaringly poor. Very little choice; it felt like a budget hotel. Nothing like what one would expect from 4-star service. In short: This establishment focuses entirely on its star rating but not on the comfort of its guests. The value for money is disastrous. Avoid at all costs.
Well located, quiet, comfortable
The entire stay was very pleasant. We're only giving it a 4 instead of a 5 for the welcome and service because of the reception we received when we returned to collect our luggage, which we had left all day in the hotel's luggage storage on our last day. When we arrived at reception, the receptionist was very cold and told us to go get our luggage from the back of the hotel without even getting up. Fortunately, the rest of our stay was much better: the room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome on arrival was excellent.
The hotel was very pleasant, with welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast room is a bit small. We would have appreciated a bottle of water more often during our 5-night stay (only one small bottle per person upon arrival), as well as the systematic replacement of a coffee capsule (the Nespresso tray was highlighted during the booking process).

Thank you to Josephine for organizing our reservation. We were able to get the room at 11:00 AM on Thursday, as well as the parking space. We were at Necker Hospital for two days with our daughter, and this arrangement was a huge relief.
Comfortable hotel just minutes from Montparnasse, easily accessible. The welcome is warm, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. A minor drawback: the room furniture is a bit worn, and the hair dryer isn't what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. I recommend it.
The hotel is well located in a lively neighborhood. The room is well-designed but poorly soundproofed; you can hear the subway and, in the morning, the people rushing up and down the stairs.
Everything was great. Bathroom shower was problematic. No matter what position you adjust the water head, water will spill into the floor. Needs to be reajusted.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and I have to say I'm satisfied! Great location and really friendly service.
We were given a room downstairs and heard all the noises in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets smelled bad, and the shutters didn't close properly, with a window facing the street. We asked to change rooms, but it wasn't possible. The receptionist was completely confused and gave us the wrong room number and the wrong parking space. We had booked two nights but only stayed one, and I am still waiting for a response to my email request for a refund of the tourist tax and parking fees.

A very warm welcome (both by phone and upon arrival), a very clean room, and the large TV was a welcome feature. The breakfast room was lovely, with high-quality products. The only downside was that some guests chatted in the hallway/staircase until late at night (perhaps a quiet space would be helpful to avoid disturbing other guests' sleep).

Upon arrival, everything went smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room matched the description, and the available services were explained. The cleaning service was impeccable; the bedding was changed daily, and the room was cleaned consistently.

I had a great experience: the staff was very professional, the hotel in general was very clean, it is very well connected by public transportation and it is a walkable distance from many popular attractions.

This is our third stay at this friendly little hotel in a quiet area with all amenities, restaurants, etc.
It's a small but very welcoming hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to the train and bus stations, and the area is safe. The best thing about it is the receptionist, Marta. She's attentive and cares about the well-being of her guests, and we couldn't be more grateful to her. Without her, we wouldn't have given the hotel four stars; they've got a real gem in her.

The only downside was the rather noisy corridor. We were staying on the first floor, and the noise from reception reached us quite loudly. I stayed at this property for two nights and had a really good time. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information about the area and transportation options. The location is also excellent, a 20-minute bus ride from the Louvre. The breakfast was generous and international, with quality products. Recommended.
Not convinced. We were not told that the metro was just below. So very noisy. The staff who went to the trash in front of our room was not cool. Reservation for 2 and 1 cup in the bathroom. The shower gel and hand products were not refilled. The shower leaked...

*About LOGIS Hôtel 15 Montparnasse
First of all, it's not a hotel; it's an old, renovated house with suites and a very small elevator. The room is small, carpeted, and has only one water source (we're a couple). There's a noticeable lack of customer service, especially when it comes to value for money.
That night, when we arrived at the "hotel," there was no water in the taps or shower. Nor was there any notice from management informing us of the problem or providing any kind of clarification, which would have been REASONABLE on the part of the hotel's management.
When we called reception, they didn't answer. We had to go down in person to demand an explanation. When we went down and found a staff member, they had difficulty communicating in English. Which is also unacceptable in PARIS, in a "hotel" that claims to be a 4-star hotel!!!
We are deeply disappointed with the Logis Hôtel 15 Montparnasse, as it left a LOT to be desired for a self-proclaimed 4-star establishment.

It wasn't a cheap value; it promised 4 stars but delivered little!!! Breakfast was plentiful, but very poor. The place was cramped, with little to no food variety.
As expected in a tourist magnet as Paris the rooms relative small but equipt A bit odd that the toilett and the bathroom are at the opposite ends of the room. And no wash bassin in the toailett area.

Services not up to 4-star standards, overheated room with no way to adjust the temperature (broken thermostat), coffee mug used and not changed from one night to the next. Torn duvet cover. Receptionist asks if your stay went well, but when you talk about memories, she closes up and is no longer receptive.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Logis hotel 15 Montparnasse. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small but the bathroom is very generous in size. We found the beds very comfortable. The only thing we were unable to operate was the coffee machine. We got as far as making hot water but instructions how to make coffee would have helped us to perhaps get beyond that.
Excellent stay in this well-located hotel, newly equipped with taste and quality, and run by a pleasant and competent staff, both at reception and maintenance. Very noisy hotel, recurring noise and vibrations day and night in the room without explanation from the staff. The latter claims that these disturbances are due to the metro passing nearby... We stayed in a superior room, but we miss a chair (you can change with the bench) and a coat rack behind the door of the room.
The breakfast was ok, but a lot of small tables for a small place, when it is full of people.

Très facile d'accès dans un coin tranquille. Le personnel est très accueillant et assiste le client avec professionnalisme. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. J'ai bien aimé aussi les produits pour la douche.
Toutefois, ma chambre était un peu trop petite et il était donc incommodant de se déplacer à l'intérieur. C'est assez étroit pour une personne alors non recommandé pour deux. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur la table de la machine à café. Néanmoins, le lit était très propre et confortable, et la salle de bain nickel.

The receptionist who welcomed us was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout our entire stay. While I didn't catch her name, she mentioned she was Spanish and spoke flawless Italian. She deserves special recognition and our heartfelt gratitude for her outstanding service.

The reception staff rotated and were not all empathetic or helpful (with the exception of one Spanish receptionist whose name I don't remember). We asked to replace the mattress (the one in the room was too soft), but it wasn't possible. We reported several times that the Nespresso coffee machine in the room wasn't working, but it wasn't resolved, and we decided against reporting it further.

The room we were given has almost no windows apart from the one overlooking the inner courtyard where people regularly pass. Very well located hotel, very clean with nice decor. Good quality bedding including for our teenager (which is not always the case). Simple but good and plentiful breakfast (breakfast room a little small compared to the crowd at certain times) Busy street but not too noisy. Only real downside for us who live in the countryside (without noise), the noise of the subways which pass under the hotel every 10 minutes until 2 a.m. and from 5:30 a.m.
The service was generaly good. The bath tub was broken for the first two nights. The single (double?) room I stayed was incredibly small although it would probably be normal for hotels in Paris. Everytime I took shower, the flooe of the bathroom got flooded. I wish there was a shower curtain to completely close the shower area.

I highly recommend the LOGIS Hôtel 15 Montparnasse for a fantastic stay in Paris. We loved the excellent service, the clean, quiet, and well-equipped room, and the incredibly comfortable bed. Plus, being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions from this location was a huge bonus! It's a perfect choice if you're looking for a similar positive experience. For breakfast - we tried it only once, but it was perfect: products were fresh and of good quality.

I do recommend this hotel for any guest. I had a personal problem and had to check out in after the first night out of six expected nights and the hotel made everything easy, showing a lot of humanity. Besides that, room, breakfast and location are wonderful.

I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Actually, for a 4-star hotel, the service and attention were lacking. I didn't have any towels or shower gel: I asked for them, came back in the evening, and still nothing. I ended up washing with shampoo. And then there was no shower mat: I had to use the only hand towel I had to mop up the flood! It's a shame because there were some positive aspects: the rooms were quiet, the bedding was very good, and the breakfast was decent. But you can tell it's difficult to recruit professional staff. I have nothing against the people I met, but they lack training in my opinion. However, yesterday afternoon, Josephine sent me a kind email to apologize and offer me breakfast, but on a future stay. It would have been better to offer it on my current stay. This bad experience won't stop me from returning if needed.
Very good hotel, very good value for money!
The room and bathroom are very small. Breakfast very average, low-end pastries. No soap in the room to wash hands during the two nights. At more than 250 euros per night and 16 euros for breakfast, I do not find the services to be up to 4-star standards. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is very comfortable and the services were very much appreciated (dinner available via room service and luggage storage at reception to enjoy the last hours in Paris). Breakfast a little expensive, however. The room smelled very good.

The room is cramped, the wardrobe is small, and there is little space in the shower room to put your belongings. The room is on the ground floor and there is noise from the metro.
We were unpleasantly surprised to have to pay €33.80 in tourist tax for two people for two nights. In comparison, we paid €11.06 for one night in a hotel on Rue Mouffetard. Apart from that, everything was fine.
We stayed two days at this hotel. It doesn't deserve its 4 stars. The room was very small and the bathroom fixtures were outdated. We would have liked to know the price of the tourist tax before paying it upon arrival. It was a high price, even though it wasn't the hotel's responsibility.

Tiny room (4-star hotel) overlooking the road. Very, very expensive tourist tax (€68 for 4 nights). The icing on the cake is the subway passing every two or three minutes (great, the noise in the room in the evening until 1:30 a.m., and then back at 5:30 a.m.). I highly advise against this hotel.
We spent two days there and everything was great, no complaints.
For a four star rating, I expected a little bit more. Bathroom amenities could be better, there’s no body lotion, towels doesn’t smell freshly laundered. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed well, there was candy wrappers under the bed and overall just dusty. The staff was friendly enough. The curtain in the bathroom window was sheer that the building across the street can see you through it.
