Friendly hotel, business trip in the evening, completely satisfied, and this is the 2nd time I have gone there, I will happily go for a leisure trip with my wife.

The room was very clean, but there was still a strange smell that couldn't be localized, which unfortunately didn't go away even with airing. Since we were only there for one night, this wasn't a big problem for us, but if we had stayed there for several days we would have liked to have had a different room.

Nice little hotel, quiet and clean. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was included in the price but very modest. The place itself is small and good as a starting point for excursions.

Located right in the center with a restaurant and the option to have a drink inside or outside. The counter was well attended by very nice French people and you got a good impression of French life. We received nice support in storing our bikes, and German was also spoken well. Good value for money on our bike tour for one night.

We are well received, the room is comfortable, and we eat well. The only downside was that the internet connection in the room did not work well.

This is really good value for money! We were on our way home and we just passed by for a sleep during our travel. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Everything was areanged well. Enough het parking place etc.

The food in the restaurant was good and inexpensive. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was bright and clean, only in the bathroom a shower cubicle would have made sense instead of a bathtub.

Everything went very well, just a small downside there was no hair dryer in the room.

pleasant place very good reception small flat however concerning the hotel the small living room too close to the rooms of the bottom (at night if people come to discuss in the small living room you will hear all the conversation live at 1 am not great). For the rest nothing to say.

Positive: the hotel at the back of the restaurant. The hotel car park. The super spacious room. The bed size XXL. The friendliness of the staff. The restaurant (quality and choice of meals). Breakfast (varied buffet). Negative or rather to be reviewed: the indications to know where to go when you arrive at the hotel to check in. The time spent at the table (+ 2 hours for aperitif dish and dessert) A great hotel night, I will return without hesitation.

The bathroom was a bit dilapidated with many exposed pipes, mold on the ceiling and totally ineffective ventilation, resulting in a foggy mirror and the difficulty of shaving or putting on makeup. Obligation to turn on and turn off the TV by the screen only. Defective internet connection

Everything fitted well and as previously described. Two very small comments (which did not detract from the satisfaction): - In the room there was little opportunity to hang up jackets or the like (except for the wardrobe). A few hooks for jackets would have been helpful - Internet/wifi was working on arrival in the evening; However, from about 10:30 p.m. (when we came back from eating) it stopped working

A very good stay in this hotel, a marvelous sauerkraut made in Alsace

This was our third stay at L'Etoile and the modernising has been successful. Only slow service at dinner on our second night was a bit disappointing, eberything else was very good.

Perfect ! Great rooms, service and hospitality! Just a pity that the people staying at the hotel make a lot of noise and it's not very soundproof, but the beds are spacious and very comfortable!

I have being staying at this hotel at least 6 times, as It is perfect when travelling from The North of Europe to the South and back. The ratio quality price is good and the area offers a lot to see and do.

The staff is friendly and the room clean. The location is ideal to visit Alsace or just for a stop over when travelling.
