We are saddened to discover that you have returned here, despite our prevention prior to your arrival.
Our reception service is out of order at weekends, which is why no one was able to welcome you. A text message was sent to you prior to your arrival to inform you of this and to inform you of the procedure to follow in order to recover your key.
An on-call number was also provided, but we have not received any calls to this number.

No warm water for showering in the bathroom, shower head not usable. More of a water atomizer. Room big enough and clean.
Wonderful, friendly, highly professional employees. The reception exceeded all our expectations. Storage for the bikes was prepared and everyone on duty was informed. Room very large, even with a couch and a small table. Bathroom spacious and absolutely clean. Bed rest undisturbed despite the immediate proximity to the street, so good insulation. The hotel cannot be held responsible for undisciplined, inconsiderate and very loud guests. Breakfast buffet extensive and very good.

A very good hotel, especially for stopovers when heading towards Spain/Portugal. Check-in unproblematic, kind and responsive staff, clean room, very comfortable beds. Tea&coffee tray. We will certainly return there.

I felt very at home, everything I needed was there. Unfortunately I forgot something in the room, I wrote to the hotel and am still waiting for an answer. When it comes everything is perfect.
IT is a nightmare trying to get in. I drove by twice because the entrance has no lighting and everything was locked up. I couldn't see the terminal for night time check ins from the entrance so getting a key to get in took me 20 minutes. There is no lighting so there is no warm welcome and you print the car gate access on the key. (Or in one of the 350 emails booking.com sends you to trawl through and find the non spam email) You try reading this in pitch black it doesnt work very well. Plus I couldn't find a sign anywhere that told me where to find the code so another 10 minutes wasted trying to get into the unlit car park.
Having driven in at this point I was tempted to go out and check into one of the hotels near by with a lit car park and people to welcome you.
In the room, the window blinds were hanging off, the pull out bed barely supported my son it was just average and not worth the price. I've never stayed here before I usually stay at one of the neighbouring properties. Next trip I'll be staying at one of the neighbouring properties.

Lots of non-functional equipment (broken sink plug, a bedside lamp that does not light up, the TV remote control does not work, dirty breakfast dishes...). But lovely staff.

I had booked a standard room. The shower is very small and I'm not a big guy! I had been there before and the rooms seemed much bigger to me. I had to take the higher range! Next time if I come back I will take a comfort!!

Very nice surprise of quality and cleanliness of a room discovered following a late arrival. The key access terminal is indeed very practical (a bit of light would certainly be appreciated - point of improvement to be considered) and ergonomic for late arrivals.

Decent hotel, for one night it's ok
We slept wonderful and the hotel is very cozy, clean and comfortable.
Hotel with impeccable qualities. But the most remains the smile that resides in this hotel, as much in the staff, the little attentions as the very cheerful decoration.
A hotel to sleep! And yes, it is needed. There is nothing exceptional about this hotel, located in a commercial area, but you sleep well there thanks to comfortable bedding and air conditioning that works and keeps the room at the correct temperature in these hot weather. The WIFI is capricious... The breakfast is correct, nothing more.

Bel hôtel, mais manque de professionnalisme et d’implication du personnel qui fait chuter la note malgré le fait que nous avons été surclassés car pour avoir les deals promis il a fallu batailler quand même…
Espace Spa très sympa, petits déjeuners beau buffet mais il fallait demander du sucre, du beurre, du jus de fruit, des couverts… et de toutes les tables débarrassées aucune n’était nettoyée, dommage…
Bref Novalis oui à 100 %, le Comté d’Ornon peut et doit mieux faire…
