L'établissement est petit mais très raffiné dans les moindres détails. Les chambres sont de taille moyenne et la salle de bain, sans être exceptionnelle, est correcte. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du centre historique.
Notre principal point négatif concerne la rigidité des horaires : arrivant de Suisse en voiture et devant traverser le tunnel du Saint-Gothard, notre heure d'arrivée n'a été confirmée qu'à la dernière minute. Malgré deux appels à la réception pour les prévenir de notre arrivée imminente et de notre léger retard, nous n'avons reçu aucune aide ni compréhension. Seules des réponses rigides et formelles nous ont été faites : si nous n'arrivions pas à l'heure convenue, nous serions laissés dehors et nous perdrions le montant déjà versé pour la chambre réservée. Cette réponse était motivée par le fait qu'il s'agit d'un petit hôtel familial et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas étendre les heures d'ouverture comme nous l'avions demandé; Finalement, nous sommes arrivés à l'heure, en conduisant un peu plus vite que prévu sur l'autoroute, mais le désagrément, le stress de cette situation et le sentiment désagréable d'un accueil peu chaleureux ont persisté. Au final, nous aurions dû faire un choix différent (un hôtel plus grand avec une réception ouverte 24h/24), et par conséquent, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux personnes venant de loin et qui ont des difficultés avec les horaires d'ouverture stricts de la réception.

Welcoming - very clean - lunch a little "short"!
Loved that we could very comfortably fit three in a room. I am traveling with two teenagers and we had plenty of space. The welcome was warm and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast could be more varied. It's too expensive for the limited selection: several types of bread, several types of jam, fresh eggs for boiled, and bacon. The bay window overlooking the breakfast area could use better insulation. On the other hand, the mulled wine was excellent—a great idea—and the welcome and service from all your staff was impeccable.

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and cozy. We appreciated the two extra pillows and the Chromecast on the TV! The staff was friendly at all times. It's quite a short walk from the city center. I would definitely recommend it!

Freundlich und sauber, vielseitiges und feines Frühstück. Lage top, gute Zufahrt ab Autobahn und Altstadt zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist sehr eng, wir fanden aber in der Nähe im Quartier PP gefunden. Wir empfehlen das Beauséjour und würden wieder dort buchen :-)

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable family suite for a family of 5. There would just be one small detail that would not be insignificant, a small blackout curtain on the upper sleeping area. In the middle of summer the sun rises early :-)
The hotel is small but perfectly formed. We were looked after with great care. The evening, with its delicious snacks and accompanying wine tasting, was a particularly special experience. We learned a lot about the food and wine of Alsace. Next time, we would prefer a larger bed. And unfortunately, we had to shower in a very high bathtub, a challenge for those less athletic.
Second stay at this establishment on the way to Germany or back to France. Close to the historic center of Mulhouse. Secure overhead parking. Very helpful staff. Very popular on-site restaurant.
Welcome was very good, friendly and organized. Room: everything was clean and tidy. Only the bed was quite worn out. Bathroom: bathtub is really high. Elderly people might have problems getting in to take a shower. Breakfast: bit annoying to choose between two breakfast times and already choose the hot drinks (and amount) the day before. Why not take the order right at the breakfast? Especially since it was not a problem to get a refill or anoter choice. Breakfast itself was very good and of high value.
Ability to make a cup of tea in the bedroom would have been very welcome
It's a shame the customers don't smile or say hello. Perhaps it would be nice if, at breakfast, the French were seated together in the same area, the English together, etc.
Despite the street, we had a very quiet room. Parking is free on the street (in summer). Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast, but quite expensive. The hotel is located just outside the old town, which is a 10-15 minute walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Noted for its location and electric car charging stations, we were impressed by the setting and the welcome we received. The staff takes great care of guests, whether at reception or during breakfast. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing from the hallway. Despite this detail, we will return without hesitation.

Excellent hotel, perfectly in the "logis" spirit, just the way we like it. 10 minutes from the train station by bus (stop 50 m from the hotel). Comfortable rooms, varied breakfast with a large emphasis on local products. Attentive staff.
A perfectly adequate hotel, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The road is a bit noisy, but at night, traffic is almost non-existent. Despite the bike-friendly label, there is no enclosed area for bikes, but a bike shelter in the hotel's enclosed parking lot.

It started out pretty well, with an amazing welcome by a young enthusiastic guy, who really took his time explaining about the hotel and also the city!
The room was ok , good for a family of 5, beds were to hard and the toilet was running, because if bad buttons !
The breakfast was not impressive , actually quite boring, it needs some attention!
Then it ended with we were overcharged for the breakfast, even though we were asked about our kids ages they did not put it in and a charged them as grown ups… when we saw it and went back in and got it corrected we were not met with understanding or a sorry more that we were the issue. - that leaves us with a bad impression !

Nice hotel with a nice, very clean room. The only problem is that room 110 is extremely noisy (from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It's impossible to open the windows, which overlook a busy road. The price paid does not reflect the inconvenience caused...

Lots of extras, a full size bathtub, real glasses for water, complimentary water, excellent breakfast with high quality food products, organic yogurt, local cheeses, very good charcuterie, and very good coffee, plus more! Personal touches and welcoming staff.
I’d rate the stay as good because I thought we would have more time to explore the old town. However we arrived late in the afternoon so I totally understand. Breakfast was good also. But disappointed that the bar was not open We came to Colmar to explore the wineries and the trip was outstanding.
I chose the hotel based on the price and location, and we were not disappointed! A small but beautiful hotel with character and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was varied and of the highest quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will choose it again if we return to Colmar.

Really nice staff! Good location. Nice to have a small balcony.
Bed is very small for two people and the shower pole is mounted too low, even at average height I had to try to wash my long hair one handed while holding the shower in the other hand.
