Accueil, écoute, conseils, et réactivité très professionnels. Accompagnés de nos petits enfants, nous avons également apprécié l'attention portée à nos demandes d'adaptation lors des dîners. Repas dont louons la qualité des produits, la présentation et surtout le bon goût des mets. Une mention ici à l'honneur du chef en cuisine et son équipe..
Pas de bouilloire, café ou thé un minimum pour un hôtel je pense.
Deux lit collé l'un a l'autre pour faire un lit double alors que j'ai réservé pour un lit double . Lorsque je réserve une chambre double se n'est pas pour avoir un lit qui se sépare a chaque fois que je bouge.
Nous avons passé la soirée (jusqu'à 1h du matin) et la matinée (a partir de 8h) a avoir le bruit de la chambre du dessus et celle à côté.
Pour finir au moment de partir un simple en revoir de l'autre côté de la pièce pour une personne de l'hôtel et idem pour l'hôtesse d'accueil qui fumait dehors.
Nous n'y reviendrons pas et ne le conseillerons surtout pas.

accueil très sympathique, environnement correct pour une nuit, prestations hôtel satisfaisantes, petit-déjeûner vraiment au top( confitures maison et variées, qualité/quantité...), literie confortable... je reviendrai certainement dans cet établissement lors d'un prochain passage en Auvergne si besoin.

Hôtel sympathique et bien situé. L'accueil est familial et gentil. Les prestations sont bien, nous n'avons pas eu la wifi mais pour des raisons indépendantes de la propriétaire qui nous a expliqué les problèmes dès notre arrivée. Nous le comprenons fort bien. Chambre et nourriture très bien. Parking apprécié. Il s'agissait d'une étape donc pas de conseils touristiques demandés.
