Very warm welcome, staff attentive to the customer
Hotel ideally situated for visiting the Chain of volcanoes. Friendly staff. Lack of restaurant but food truck was a delight. Would definitely recommend.
Very welcoming, ideal location, beautiful family room. pleasant breakfast. The noise from the road is not disturbing even with the window open.
Hotel very well located 2 steps from the Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. Breakfast buffet very correct and well supplied. Recommended without hesitation.

Unfortunately outdated, partly water damage in the room with a very unpleasant smell. Breakfast extremely simple with cheap products. Arrival only possible at certain times. No restaurant available. Doesn't fit Logis at all for me.
The room was quiet but far from the reception so many corridors and stairs (no elevator) before reaching it. Landlady very pleasant and helpful. Too bad the restaurant was closed.

Hello the hotel is well located near vulcania and volcanoes. On the other hand quite noisy with the busy road, especially in summer when you have to leave the door open because of the heat. On the other hand very good reception Breakfast good too
If you are not on the street side it is very acceptable, if not impossible to sleep because the street is so noisy.
Simple and clean hotel. The welcome is cordial. The room is spacious and quiet thanks to the double glazing. Regarding the bathroom, a step is missing because the bathtub is very high, not easy to access for children and people who are not very tall, plus coat hooks to hang towels and clothes. The breakfast buffet is very varied and good. On the other hand there is no more restaurant, it would be necessary to modify this mention. Close to the Vulcania park (a few kilometers), well located.

No air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the road makes it difficult to sleep with the window open
On the road to visit the puy de Dôme, vulcania, the hotel is very well located with easy access to parking. The family room is spacious (2 bedrooms), the bathroom is well equipped and the breakfast is excellent and varied. Good experience.

Very welcoming, quiet. Mini flat for the bathtub not very practical very high attention when you go out, but otherwise nothing to complain about it's a good address.
