A couple of minor points: bees at our table during dinner! And the waitresses were stressed because everyone wanted to leave… so much for a lovely experience! There was a significant delay at the spa, so I arrived at 4:45 pm for a treatment scheduled for 4:30 pm, and by 5:05 pm it was over and I was already outside without any advice because the esthetician was cleaning up… disappointing. And the toilet kept running all week without any intervention (not very eco-friendly and noisy). It was 40 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, the day of the heatwave. It was a bit of a shame we weren't allowed an extra hour at the pool. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, you moved us to the ground floor when you saw that my mother had mobility issues. So, thank you again.
