Excellent stay. The only downside is that it's a shame, for an establishment of this level, that the aperitif doesn't come with some biscuits to nibble on!
Our stay from August 29th to September 1st was fantastic! We received a wonderful welcome! ALL the staff were very friendly, from reception to the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff! I highly recommend this hotel, which is very well located in relation to the citadel! And the pool is great too! Thanks again, Bruno

I recently stayed at Le Mas des Sables and was delighted with the experience. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is remarkably kind and professional. The cuisine is delicious, showcasing local produce. However, it is essential that this establishment continues to maintain this level of quality over the years. Consistency in the quality of service is crucial to retaining customers and ensuring that each stay is as enjoyable as the last. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

A vacation spot where everything is done to make you feel good
Very pleasant in every way: the location, the room and the pool
Unfortunately, the welcome and information were very limited. The room was very small, there was no soap in the bathroom, and no one was swimming. What really disgusted me was the pool, where everyone was in the water without showering, sweating, covered in sunscreen, and with their long hair. Breakfast for the price was okay... It's a shame, and it was also difficult for us; no one spoke much German.
We are delighted with our stay at Mas des Sables. Whether it was the welcome, the room staff, the restaurant, everything was perfect. A very refined restaurant, professional, attentive staff. Very friendly room staff. Friendly, pleasant receptionist. The rooms with very comfortable, spacious bedding. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool is clean and very pleasant.

Exceptional hotel establishment, nothing to complain about, excellent reception staff as well as management, and let's not forget the people who are behind the scenes, the maintenance staff, the green spaces, the room cleaning service exetera. Also thank the restaurant staff, they always welcome you with a smile as well as the chef and his team for the finesse of their dishes. 👍 little joke for the young director of the establishment, he must stop playing with the buses when watering the green spaces 🤣. A hotel with pleasant staff, located not far from the road, which makes it easy to forget about, so it's not a nuisance and, on the contrary, makes it easy to access various tourist attractions. Spacious room and restaurant where you can enjoy good food.

Very good stay, very interesting hotel style with the accommodations scattered in nature, calm and pleasant. Perfect for families as well as for individuals, with children and dogs! It would have been interesting to provide cold snacks for lunch, on order, if you wish to stay on the grounds. Pool a little small!
Beautiful, spacious house with an excellent restaurant and lovely pool. A bit busier than previous years, and a few minor issues (drain odor, loose taps), but overall a very pleasant stay. We appreciated the warm hospitality.

We have been coming to Mas des Sables for many years (irregularly every two or three years) and have never been disappointed by the welcome we receive, whether on arrival, at breakfast or at dinner in the evening. In addition, the food is of a rather good standard. Another very pleasant point is that each time we stay, we have the pleasure of meeting the "boss" (the owner of the place) in the park, who never fails to stop to greet us and make sure that our stay is going well. Since we have known him for quite some time, we almost feel like family.
Cleanliness, quality of welcome and service of the hotel are top notch. Too bad the service in the restaurant with the waitress who was rather cold and chewed her gum.

Charming, quiet hotel with authentically decorated rooms, a lovely pool, and comfortable outdoor seating. Drawbacks: expensive dinner (€29 per person) which I didn't try, and a slightly worn mattress. Decent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Reasonable prices. I would gladly return.
Lodge 302 is very pretty and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to visit the Camargue. The accommodation is very spacious and functional. The bathrooms and toilets are a small drawback.

Perfect stay in a Lodge, everything for the family. Well-equipped house with dishwasher, washing machine, oven... Comfortable rooms, great bathrooms. Swimming pool accessible for children and even a playground in a wooded park in the heart of nature. Allows you to disconnect 100%. Thanks to the staff who allowed us to extend our stay, we loved it so much. See you soon.

Good stay, decent meals
A lovely hotel, designed in the style of a traditional Provençal farmhouse, with a beautiful pool. The only downside is the road noise. The service is good and the room pleasant, but breakfast is overpriced.
Nature and well-being!
The rooms are comfortable, although a bit dated. But the biggest plus of this hotel, and the reason I visit, is the very good restaurant.
I'd never stayed there before, but there was a lovely large pool, which I really enjoyed. I really liked the large bedroom and bathroom. I was very disappointed with the dinner, and the outdoor setting was rather uninviting. We had two power outages, which unfortunately affected the entire neighborhood. It was quite a nuisance from 9:30 PM to 2:00 AM, so no air conditioning in the 38-degree heat.
The rooms are very spacious, air-conditioned, quiet, and very clean. The pool is available and very pleasant after a day of work. The overnight stays are very suitable and excellent value for money. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The breakfast is well-stocked with savory items and offers whole-grain bread. It's perfect!

It's a good place to live at Mas des Sables, a very relaxing place, we had a great weekend, we will come back. The access is particularly well adapted to people with disabilities, the only small detail concerns the soap dispensers which can only be used with two hands, not adapted to all disabilities unlike more traditional dispensers. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Too bad about some things that are not possible: stained towels + very noisy rotofil on Saturday around 1 p.m.... + no drain in the bathtub
Very friendly staff overall. The setting is pleasant, flowery and green. The rooms are quite comfortable without being overly luxurious. The buffet breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied. The only downside is that some progress needs to be made in the restaurant, where the dishes are a bit average. The quality/price ratio is not really there and one thing in particular seems unacceptable to me: when, in addition to a 39 euro menu, you order an aperitif, the least you can hope for is to have a little something to nibble on at the same time as said aperitif! However, in this establishment, which unfortunately has many qualities, this basic principle does not exist: really too bad!

The apartment is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and in absolute silence.
There were many of us, including lots of children. The hotel staff were attentive, very kind, and patient with the children. The place is very pleasant, with a lovely pool.

We stayed at Mas des Sables for an evening bike ride. The hotel is directly accessible from the Viarhona and is truly very pleasant.
We found that there was a musty and damp smell in the room. This may be due to the area….
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this establishment. The welcome was particularly warm and attentive, worthy of the finest châteaux. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to cancel other reservations to extend this pleasure. An unforgettable experience!
The rooms in individual pavilions are nice but more complicated to maintain. The bedding is just okay. A good experience for the accommodation. On the other hand, the staff was excellent, both at reception and at the restaurant, where the food is excellent and the breakfast is very good.

Beautiful estate with outdoor space but we were expecting more modern and spacious accommodation. Quiet and helpful staff in April. We appreciated being separated from the group present and the possibility of going to the Carbonnière tower on foot.
