Hotel well located in a pleasant area. Easy parking. Quiet. Comfortable room. Excellent service.
Superb hotel, very well located and easy to access. It's a shame the pool isn't open earlier in the morning.

Excellent hotel in great peaceful location very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants etc 20mins walk away. Bedroom suite was very comfortable, lovely breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, very comfortable hotel. Beautiful pool area and breakfast room overlooking the pool. Very good breakfast. Relaxation area with hammam, sensory shower...very pleasant. Very pleasant staff. The hotel is located 15 minutes' walk from very nice restaurants and shops and the hotel is located opposite the superb large beach of Carnac.

The room is fine, but the TV screen is broken in at least four different places. The bathroom is tiny, with the toilet inside. You have to squeeze through to get to the shower, which is angled between the toilet. The tile grout is dirty and brown, the shower screen is rusty, the shower tray is cracked, the drain plug is pitted, and as a result, the bathroom floods every time you shower, with water everywhere, even under the toilet. The cleanliness of the bathroom also needs improvement. The inside and outside of the shower, the baseboards, behind the door, and the towel warmer are covered in yellowish stains. The wooden baseboards under the shower are rotten and black. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
