The room's cleanliness left much to be desired: a dilapidated floor, dirty socks hanging from the fire alarm above the bed. I reported it to reception, and they asked me what I wanted to do: remove the socks or leave them 😂. I had to remove the socks myself. The person didn't even come over and offered no alternative.
We were passing through and chose this accommodation primarily because of the very reasonable price. Although facing the street, the room was very quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows. As expected for the low price, the furnishings were minimal, but adequate. Breakfast was better than anticipated: freshly squeezed (!) orange juice, freshly brewed coffee from a machine, baguettes, cereals, a selection of yogurts, and several types of jam in glass jars (no plastic!). However, there was no cold cuts or cheese. Overall: unbeatable value for money for one night.

Impeccable staff, welcoming and unpretentious hotel

This hotel offers excellent value for money, making it ideal for frequent business travelers. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is understanding and always ready to help, especially regular guests. I stayed there almost two nights a week for a year and a half: I highly recommend it!
All the staff I interacted with were nice, friendly and efficient. Even though we didn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight self checking in and accessing the hotel was a breeze. The location was perfect for our atttending the Clermont-Ferrand film festival I'd definitely stay here again!
Excellent in every respect
No blankets in the room, heating turned up full blast to be comfortable. Very good bedding, friendly welcome, very good breakfast.

A very warm welcome from the entire team, always attentive when we needed anything. Clean room, nothing to report. Thank you to the whole team.
No coffee, problem with the coffee maker (maybe consider bringing some "just in case"). 7 euros for very little is expensive! Difficulty regulating the heating. Stained carpet, a burnt-out lightbulb in the bathroom: the hotel feels neglected.
Avoid at all costs! We booked a triple room, but the single bed for our 7-year-old daughter was freezing cold. The bed was against the wall, and the duvet on that side was damp. So I moved the bed away from the wall, and oh boy, the wall was wet! The bathroom sink was clogged and smelled awful, and we found hair and other debris in it. The heating was incredibly noisy, and at 4 a.m., the neighbors upstairs were talking very loudly. In short, avoid this hotel.
No one was there to greet us upon arrival.
Very disappointed. The gate scrapes the floor and so you can hear it even in the rooms... Impossible to cancel the last night even though I was told it probably wouldn't be a problem. The prices had doubled because of the peak of the breeding season. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly.
Pleasant, everything in the room worked. The only downside is that you have to pay extra to park your vehicle at the hotel.

Very welcoming and very clean hotel!
Awful arrival, no one at reception. Several guests waiting to check in. I couldn't linger after waiting 15 minutes. Then it was a hassle to get in with codes that we had to ask for ourselves, since the reception staff wasn't there in the afternoon and the email with the codes wasn't sent. Very bad experience. Room in its original condition, the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The tiles are in very poor condition. Nothing to complain about the breakfast: it lived up to its promises.
For a two-star hotel, it does much more!

We had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room we were given was in terrible condition: everything was dirty, dusty, and full of stains — even the walls had visible marks. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made it hard to sleep in the heat.
Some of the lights were broken, and the toilet was far from clean. It was clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. We even had to change rooms because the first one was unacceptable, but sadly the second room wasn’t much better.
What made it worse was that the staff didn’t listen to any of our requests. We didn’t feel heard or helped, which was very frustrating.
This hotel doesn’t live up to its 2-star rating, and we would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Good value for money. Well located, quiet, good, inexpensive breakfast, very warm welcome. The only problem is the mattress is very bad.
Breakfast was okay, but not great.
The room had a very stained carpet and a stained duvet. They didn't offer even a minimum of savory options at breakfast. There was a noise from the pipes every time the toilet was flushed. Disappointing.
The hotel is a little outdated but very good for a budget night. Very comfortable bed, noisy air conditioning but very much appreciated in this hot weather (just bring earplugs to fully enjoy it!). Clean overall even if the stained carpet is not very inviting. Rather popular area but no perceived insecurity. Obviously the bathroom is very very small but has what is needed. Once again, it is
Pleasant hotel in a great location in Clermont. The room is small, but it's more than adequate for sleeping. Very clean. The air conditioning and speaking area are definitely a plus. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Spartan, but very good value for money.
Good location, internal parking and good breakfast for the price
On the positive side, the garage, on the negative side, we had to clear a table ourselves for lunch, and the orange juice was empty, the shower no longer closed...
Too bad the pipes creak and the tiles in the shower are cracked and if you are tall the shower is a bit tight

Very good value for money
Stop for one night. It was very good. The hotel managers were very welcoming.
Very disappointed with Bryant's neighbors who smoked and the smell spread into my room. There are not enough signs prohibiting smoking and about the silence that guests must maintain in a hotel.
Lots of things to fix.
No reception, no garage nearby, neutral room, few amenities in the bathroom, no decor
Some rooms could do with a makeover, mattress protectors. We would have expected a little more explanation when we took the phone call, about the hotel's location, special features, parking, etc.

Good value for money. A hairdryer would be helpful, and the light above the sink didn't work.
