Excellent for a one night stay.Car parking if en suit is unavailable is a bit of a lottery. We were lucky and could park across the street for only 1.70 euros.

Warm welcome close to the historic center
Hotel room sufficient for our short break on the road to the holidays. The hotel is located on the roadside but we did not hear any noise and we had a very good night. Remember to reserve your parking space when booking the room.
Disgusting bathroom
The room is clean and air-conditioned. The bathroom is still vintage and a renovation would be worth considering. On the website we are told that there will be parking available; however, with the few parking spaces at the hotel, we are quickly forced to park on the street and pay for our parking meter. We did not receive the access code to the hotel so fortunately someone came to change our room otherwise we would have been left in front of a closed door.
Considering its price, this small, unpretentious hotel is perfect. Clean, good bedding, well located near the center. In short, very good

When booking, there was still one double room available. I made the mistake of saying that I was coming alone, and without warning I was placed in a very small "student" room with a single bed. The next morning, I was able to see the other double rooms whose staff were cleaning, nothing to see in terms of space, comfort and decoration. I feel like I was deceived, because of my honesty in saying that I came alone. And yet I paid the price of a double room, I was not given any discount to place me in this small room. So bad experience.

One night in a single room, small but well equipped: comfortable bedding, recently restored room. Only the ceiling painting needs to be renovated. The hotel is very well located, a 20-minute walk from the center of Clermont. The staff is very available and a digital code system allows you to arrive outside opening hours.

Great value for money
Small, very clean hotel, comfortable bedding, train station area and 10 to 15 minutes walk from Place de Jaude. By booking, parking for 9 euros.
For access, I would have liked to park in the interior courtyard. It took me a while to find a parking space and I had to walk a long time with my luggage to reach the hotel. My room door was unlocked when I arrived. The bathroom had insufficient lighting. The shower hose was leaking. For breakfast, instead of the "Nespresso" coffee machine, I would have preferred a machine that grinds the beans at the last moment (preserves the aromas), without generating enormous quantities of waste (including the aluminum from the capsules requires a lot of energy to produce). I would have liked the bread to be already sliced (more hygienic). Even though I noted that some teas were organic AB, I would have preferred to have basic organic AB products: bread, butter, jam, coffee.
Too bad the bed wasn't very comfortable
Very well located hotel with parking. Good value for money, the only complaints: the floor boards which are coming off (a few small risks of falling...) and the WIFI did not work (I used my personal connection). Special mention for the welcome (3 people seen, 3 pleasant and attentive people) and the breakfast which lacked nothing (excellent seed bread by the way!) I will come back during my next stay.
Very good for stopping for 1 night, we visited Clermont Ferrand on foot, 1/4 hour from Place de Jaude. The price being very low, the hotel has some faults but nothing very serious. The value for money justifies its choice for one night. Beyond that it's a bit tight.

We stayed in single rooms that were very simply furnished. Beds but comfortable. Was clean too. Car is very safe in the courtyard. Breakfast loving and sufficient. The area is beautiful, the city center is lively, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. We were only there for one night in transit.
There was no-one on the reception desk, which left me to figure out my way in, with my car parked on the side of a busy road. In my confiusion, I scraped the side of my car on the very narrow entrance to the parking, costing me far more in rpairs than I saved in this budget hotel. The room was comfortable, however.

You get what you pay for. The cheapest hotel we have stayed at but it needs revamping . An asset going to waste the staff were very good and probably motivated us to stay no air condition as it had packed up alternative provided but very noisy seriously the bathrooms need redoing.
Car parking was provided free because of the la k of air conditing. Ps clermont has road works galore...double all times into the city if you travel between 8 and 10 and 4 and 6 pm.
Very good stay in this hotel. Room chosen for one person with single bed with very good bedding. Very efficient air conditioning, TV and small bathroom. So a very good choice for a break on the holiday route. Clermont Ferrand city center accessible on foot.

Ideal hotel for a night of passage, but not more. The blackout curtains don't work that much and the vmc runs all night and will bother you a lot. The mattress would need to be changed, there was a hole in it. Air conditioning is an undeniable + in the south. You have to reserve a place in the hotel's small car park (which I didn't know) because street parking is not possible.
The floor was very dirty, the airconditioning was NOT working, the reception was closed when we arrived.

Very simple rooms, you don't search luxury here but simplicity. But they are very clean, and you have the minimum to have a good overnight. Rooms are cleaned everyday and change linen.. A big value for money. Breakfast are good and also value for your money. People at hotels are very kind.

Lack of parking especially for the disabled
My room had a direct vis-à-vis on a terrace with people smoking there, without veiling, I had to draw the curtains and turn on the light in broad daylight. At 6:30 I was awakened by the Ariane rocket taking off from my room! And no, it was just the pipes and my neighbor's shower that was making a hell of a racket! The insulation is almost non-existent in this building, too bad!
