Room a little dated but very clean

We stayed in single rooms that were very simply furnished. Beds but comfortable. Was clean too. Car is very safe in the courtyard. Breakfast loving and sufficient. The area is beautiful, the city center is lively, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. We were only there for one night in transit.

There was no-one on the reception desk, which left me to figure out my way in, with my car parked on the side of a busy road. In my confiusion, I scraped the side of my car on the very narrow entrance to the parking, costing me far more in rpairs than I saved in this budget hotel. The room was comfortable, however.

Two excellent nights spent at the Beaulieu hotel in the center of Clermont. I recommend.

Very friendly staff. Easily reachable on night duty (demagnetized card problem). Breakfast with fruit, fresh bread and croissant. Simple cold water problem because shower taken late in the evening

You get what you pay for. The cheapest hotel we have stayed at but it needs revamping . An asset going to waste the staff were very good and probably motivated us to stay no air condition as it had packed up alternative provided but very noisy seriously the bathrooms need redoing.
Car parking was provided free because of the la k of air conditing. Ps clermont has road works galore...double all times into the city if you travel between 8 and 10 and 4 and 6 pm.

Very good stay in this hotel. Room chosen for one person with single bed with very good bedding. Very efficient air conditioning, TV and small bathroom. So a very good choice for a break on the holiday route. Clermont Ferrand city center accessible on foot.

Room not maintained, black toilet bowl, shower cubicle not clean, parquet floor in the room in very poor condition, the only positive point is a warm and friendly welcome.

Ideal hotel for a night of passage, but not more. The blackout curtains don't work that much and the vmc runs all night and will bother you a lot. The mattress would need to be changed, there was a hole in it. Air conditioning is an undeniable + in the south. You have to reserve a place in the hotel's small car park (which I didn't know) because street parking is not possible.

The floor was very dirty, the airconditioning was NOT working, the reception was closed when we arrived.

Hotel in a very noisy street at night, room to be reviewed, clean but showy mold the fayance of the broken shower tray... On the other hand very smiling and friendly staff! I went there for one night not being able to sleep I left in the night.

We had taken this hotel to have the air conditioning and when we arrived it was not working, as was the wifi and the hot water. Really disappointed for our last night of vacation

Very simple rooms, you don't search luxury here but simplicity. But they are very clean, and you have the minimum to have a good overnight. Rooms are cleaned everyday and change linen.. A big value for money. Breakfast are good and also value for your money. People at hotels are very kind.

Lack of parking especially for the disabled

My room had a direct vis-à-vis on a terrace with people smoking there, without veiling, I had to draw the curtains and turn on the light in broad daylight. At 6:30 I was awakened by the Ariane rocket taking off from my room! And no, it was just the pipes and my neighbor's shower that was making a hell of a racket! The insulation is almost non-existent in this building, too bad!

I did not see any member of staff during my stay, so I could not report the impossibility of finding the wifi code (and therefore no connection) nor my request to intervene to clean the grime accumulated behind the bathroom door, and traces in the WC. The noise from the street added to the noise from lively conversations in a neighboring room prevented me from falling asleep and woke me up during the night.

Room 9 degraded. Stains on the carpet, humidity in the bathroom with damaged baseboards, etc. In short, deserves an investment in renovation.

I loved the city, but I would not return to this hotel! I had specified a travel cot for my 1-year-old baby, and after asking reception for the first time, it took 45 minutes for the second woman to come and install it and ask me if I wanted to install it all alone !! We had been driving all night, and we just wanted to sleep, my baby was dead tired. Cold reception, poorly organized, dirty room (dust everywhere and in a con of cobwebs in which my son's toy fell...) Very dirty bathroom seal... In short, bad experience!

Old hotel. Shade broken. Shower very used and dirty... Very bad representation of the chain "LOGIS"!!! Abnormal wait on our arrival (5:30 p.m.) no one at the reception. Unanswered phone calls. We were forced to go up a floor to "call a person, who turned out to be the receptionist... And this after more than a quarter of an hour of waiting!!!

A superb welcome. An unbeatable value for money. Very good location, mini-market just opposite, take-out restaurants all around the hotel and town center 10 min walk away. A small closed car park with 5 spaces available for 9 euros. Only downside (comment more for the hotel staff), more shower gel in the shower and no toilet paper, better control when cleaning the room will be better.

Perfect stay! Great welcome, simple formalities, very good stay and excellent value for money. The only problem is the absence of towel racks and mats, there is no other support than the chair to dry a wet towel. Also, I found the Wi-Fi connection relatively weak. Thank you and well done!
