Very nice. Well located. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very well-kept and clean hotel. Its restaurant is an asset; the menu it offers is very good and comprehensive.
I recommend this hotel. The welcome was very pleasant, attentive, and caring. The room was pleasant, clean, and spacious. The hygiene products were high-quality. The restaurant and half-board options were also a plus. The meals were of very high quality, with seasonal products and local supply chains. In short, a very pleasant stay.

It was a great idea to choose this hotel, but...two things: 1. There's a sign at reception that says "Spanish spoken." In two days, we haven't found anyone who speaks it. My French is passable, but if not...it would have been a problem. 2. It's supposed to have its own parking lot...and it does, except it's a public parking lot behind the hotel. The problem I see is that although there are apparently cameras, it's not fenced and anyone can get in there...It's a bit scary, even if you don't know the city, and especially if you have a foreign license plate.

Courteous, polite, and smiling welcome. Very reasonable pricing (single night with breakfast at 72 euros in the "non-refundable" formula, unbeatable for a 3-star hotel). Very clean and modern premises (shower room not very large but super pretty and tastefully renovated). I have seen 4-star hotels that are less good and more expensive in the past! An excellent address. Note: very good and very varied breakfast.

Superb hotel in the city center. Modern and tasteful decor. The room was magnificent with remarkable bedding. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and attentive to our needs. Secure underground parking, right next to the hotel, is available for a very reasonable price. We will keep fond memories of it and highly recommend it.

Arrived with a reservation for 5 rooms and was told that this reservation had not been included in the schedule... The only offer was a refund for a reservation that we could not honor and it was up to us to find somewhere to sleep one night when all the hotels in Agen were full. Never again...
We asked for 2 separated rooms. We got 1 bed, so we asked another room. We got one that wasn't ready yet. The door was not easy to open

On the 3rd floor the windows are difficult to open. And the bathrooms are really small.
But the indigo parking lot is a problem. The barrier wouldn't open. We got out anyway but it was a whole mess. Too bad they didn't tell us the restaurant would be closed.

The hotel provided just what we wanted - town centre, with parking, and preferably breakfast. Staff were hepful.
I was shocked by the size of the room, very small, impossible to open your suitcase unless you put it on the bed. The toilets are almost stuck against the wall, almost difficult to sit down. But everything is clean, nothing to say on that side! The bed above is a sad color, brown, an ugly brown

A very good place to stay. A wonderful concept of a hotel over a station with quirky features. In spite of its location it is quiet. Easy close parking which is free. Perfect location for exploring the interesting old town - the town lifts to the high centre are just a few minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the breakfast room is in the converted ceiling of the station!

Beautiful hotel, clean, well appointed, impeccable bedding.
This hotel is very welcoming, and has an excellent location in the city center. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The room is functional and very clean as is the bathroom which is also refurbished and very clean. The breakfast is generous in a quiet setting. I really recommend it if you go through Agen center.
We regularly stop at this hotel which we appreciate each time we pass through.
