very good hotel overall with only one downside on the cleanliness of my toilets in the room. For the rest I recommend it
Located in the city center (5 minutes from the station) with 2 parking spaces in front to unload luggage and public parking just behind (negotiated rate). This car park has 2 electric vehicle charging stations (0.30€/kWh+0.03€/min) for T2-T2 or T2-domestic socket cables. The hotel does not lend them. The restaurant is not open on Sundays. We will direct you to 2 brasseries near the station. The TY Mat'Lot creperie can also be a good address. Our room facing the back was quiet. The decoration is nice. The staff is welcoming. The breakfast's variety is enough to satisfy the majority (excellent fruit salad).

The place was quiet, clean, and close to the city center. The lady at the reception was very nice too.
The only issue I had was with Wifi - it was connected, but for some reason it wasn't strong or stable enough for me to place any Whatsapp or LINE call. That was strange.
One suggestion I have is to put it on the website or Booking.com page how to access the parking - I couldn't find the information online, so it'd be clear before the guest arrives.
Overall, it was a lovely experience!

This establishment is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, our room was really nice. The hotel is very well located, right in the city center but very soundproof. I recommend this establishment.
Top notch hospitality and service
We were passing through by car and had made a stopover in Agen for Sunday. The initial reason for choosing this hotel through the Logis de France platform was to also have dinner there at the attached restaurant "L'Escapade". However, through communication with the hotel in advance, we learned that the restaurant, like so many others in Agen, is unfortunately closed on Sundays. We then reserved a table in advance in one of the few restaurants open on Sundays and we still had a nice short stay. Unfortunately, we cannot say anything about the adjoining restaurant "L'Escapade". We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. We would stay here again anytime.
Mooi sfeervol hotel, heerlijke bedden
This is my third stay at this hotel. Very pleasant, well located in the heart of the center of Agen. Impeccable welcome, very good room except for an air conditioning turned on and a bit of a hassle to stop. The parking lot behind the hotel perfect. The restaurant is good but little choice, a varied slate with only miniatures, it's nice and very good but not always suitable for someone who is careful about what they eat, or someone who has a constraint (allergy...)

Very pleasant staff. Very clean room. Hearty breakfast. Good location. Very good bedding. Only downsides rooms with dated decoration and no shower curtain near the bath. Breakfast should be a little less expensive for the children as we had breakfast for 44 euros with our two children who do not eat much.
Too bad, the air conditioning, in this very hot period, worked all the time and it was too noisy. A continuous hum! Without this disturbing noise I would have put TB everywhere.

Hotel well located in the city center - Pleasant stay in a quiet room.
The only problem we had was with the climate control. It would take a degree in computer science to navigate all of the screens to adjust the temperature. We had to call the front desk person to our room to turn down the temperature. Otherwise a very typical European hotel. Great breakfasts! Great location near the trains station, museums, and restaurants.

It is quite rare, it should be noted that the quality/price ratio of this establishment is excellent!! In view of the qualities of the comfort of the room, the bedding and the kitchen offered, really there is nothing to say. Otherwise, maybe finding myself with a bathroom dedicated to people with reduced mobility, it's not great... There is a lack of a small shelf in the bathroom to store things there as well as in the bedroom. Otherwise, nothing more to say except that this hotel is very, very good!! THANKS
