Too noisy between the street and the poor soundproofing of the rooms, the night was difficult. Pleasant welcome and clean room.
Sehr freundliches Personal.Zimmer hell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen Großes Badezimmer mit einer guten Dusche. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das beste Rührei, was wir in Frankreich jemals gegessen haben! Leider nur einfacher Käse.
Im Zimmer gab es keine Steckdosen in Bett nähe. Nur eine Steckdosenleiste vorhanden. Eine Matratzenseite war durchgelegen.
This was a nice independent hotel in the heart of Biarritz near many many restaurants, tonnes of shopping and the beach. The family sized room was a great size and very comfortable for 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was quite nice. Staff were helpful. The hotel overall looked clean and well maintained with the exception of the stairway carpets which appeared quite gross and stained. Note: the is almost no parking anywhere near this hotel and with all of the one way streets and construction in Biarritz, the hotel is VERY challenging to get to.

Excellent Hotel perfect location and price. Staff were excellent.
The hotel is very well located for exploring Biarritz on foot. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was warm. We had a great stay. The only downside was that the door to the next room was noisy.

We were disappointed with our stay for the following reasons: - Two single beds, which is not suitable for couples - deplorable bedding. We slept very poorly. - The heating was stuck and we couldn't adjust it (room 42). As a result, we were in an oven at all times... And to make matters worse, our room overlooked turbines on the ground floor, so there was constant noise when the window was open. We had to leave the window open anyway to sleep, which meant continuous noise. Otherwise, we would have suffocated. The staff offered no real solution (despite two requests: one from the morning staff and one from the evening staff) other than sleeping with a fan. We refused, also considering the constant noise we would have had to endure, so we slept with the window open. - The only two electrical outlets by the bed didn't work. The hotel lent us a power strip, which, while not ideal, was a lifesaver. The elevator doesn't have a motion detector, and several times the doors nearly trapped us! Breakfast was the same for four days, with no variety. The mini pastries weren't great either... In short, considering the price, we found it expensive, especially with these unpleasant surprises!
