Very good and attentive staff. Very pleasant hotel in a lovely setting.

The only downside was the party on Sunday 10 which was too noisy and tiring for the 3rd age. Next year we will avoid this date since the festivities are planned in advance.

For the 7th time thank you to the La Potinière team. Our stay was perfect.

Hotel on a human scale, very well located with very friendly staff

Our favorite hotel at the water's edge with exemplary hospitality and kindness! Thanks to Biljana and Adeline for their smile and always going out of their way to satisfy the customer - in this hotel it's absolute relaxation with a top atmosphere 1 Sunday or 2 per month with the beach party feet in the sand on the terrace of the hotel hotel and in front of the sea … what could be better!

Room number 10 "smelled" of rotten eggs, probably the bad smell came from the shower tray drain. There was no Italian-speaking hotel employee and the room was cleaned and tidied up only once in three days (after explicitly requesting it from the service staff)

Very good hotel, quiet, accessible, opposite the beach, ideal for disconnecting, I come back here every time when I'm away for work, I recommend +++

Super well placed, service at the top

2 nights in 2 different rooms due to an air conditioner failure on the 1st night. There was noise on the beach until 2:30 am and we couldn't open the window. The 2nd bedroom was smaller, the bathroom less comfortable with the faulty electrical outlet. We would have hoped for an upgrade following the discomfort of the 1st night. And we felt an underclassification.

Just it would be necessary to vary a little at the level of the breakfast, when you have lunch 5 days in a row it always comes back the same .... otherwise nothing to complain about. Excellent stay to recommend

Hotel very well located with sea view. Unfortunately lack of comfort and cleanliness (dust on the frames, fridge room inside) catastrophic value for money breakfast. Lack of diversity in pastries, jam, bread. It's not worth the 14 euros per person.

Very dirty hotel, with dust, traces of humidity, insects in the rooms. Nice view of the sea, however. Very hard mattresses. Very ugly rooms, in general. Breakfast not recommended, painful quality, very expensive price.

I think we had the wrong room, bad smells in the bathroom, quality of soundproofing, and small fridge that didn't work. At the end of the stay, we visited the Porquerolles and Port Cros rooms. When we come back we will opt if they are available for one of these two rooms. We were also told that improvement work would be done very soon in the part we occupied.

Very nice hotel when arriving in the entrance of this one but very big disappointment when arriving in the room: broken window, spider web, shower full of mold. Does not correspond at all to the photos on the site. It seems that they are renovating but we had 2 very old rooms. we do not find it normal to have paid the same price as for a renovated room. Otherwise, nice view, nice staff, good breakfast

Run down hotel. Tiny sea view room. Spartan comfort. Shower room / WC from another century and microscopic. Shameful price for the quality offered. Only positive point. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel at the water's edge, very exotic especially when you come from the Paris region. Calm, a haven of peace and bringing serenity. Very pleasant and smiling staff. In addition, during my stay I met very friendly and very open to dialogue regulars which brought a plus during my stay being solo.

Very disapointed. Indeed the breakfasts are certainly in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet but very disappointing value for money. Large-scale pastries, vacuum-packed pancakes, no choice but plain croissant, 2 or even 3 varieties of fruit, unique strawberry-flavoured dairy products, very hard bread... Decrepit and soiled deckchairs. Very narrow shower room. No welcome tray in the room. On the other hand the positive points: Private beach, direct access to the sea. 500m from the port. Very competent, pleasant, helpful staff. Thanks to Ludo. Receptionist on our arrival on 25.08 at 9.30 p.m. not friendly at all. Barely if Monsieur deigns to say hello to us. I suspect that you are going to carry out work to improve the rooms etc...but at least you could have made an effort to immediately improve the breakfasts. Very poor Wi-Fi connection. I don't think I will return to this hotel.

Very pleasant stay, professional and warm welcome. magnificent view and location of the hotel A flat no chair in the room or small table. Small terrace in front of the room and dusty outdoor furniture, unswept terrace. And disrespectful roommates, big argument at 5:45 in the morning.

Breakfast overpriced given the little that is offered, without tray in addition hence the incessant comings and goings from the buffet to the table.

Big difference between the room we got and the pictures on the website. After walking around the hotel we realized that indeed the other rooms correspond to the photos on the site, not ours unfortunately which is in its "juice". For a little over 200€ per night we expected a room like the photos on the site. The shower joints are mouldy, the paint on the bathroom door is degraded and must be repainted, the ceiling is damaged in several places, there are stains, the lampshades are stained, the television is very small and hung at the top of the wall which does not give good visibility, the walls are so thin that we hear the conversations of our neighbors in the room, the window above the bed has no shutter but a curtain which lets the light, the room is therefore flooded with sunlight at 6:30 am, the fridge is old and makes a lot of noise, difficult to sleep in good conditions, the light and the noise wake us up, the decoration is old and in bad taste, very different from the lobby and other rooms. The wifi works very badly or even not at all at times in our room.

The room needs to be refreshed, decoration outdated and very damaged parquet. The soundproofing with the corridor needs to be reviewed urgently, it feels like there is no door! Otherwise the fact that the hotel is right on the water is great. Very nice staff. Very nice main room, as well as the reception. Not much is missing to make it a very good hotel.
