Cit'Hotel Furania

Not great at all arriving in the street surrounded by buildings with lots of people. Then the ordinary hotel, too much noise from a student party just below our room. Shutter broken, plug coming loose, coffee pod already open just the paper remains, we asked for a double bed we ended up with two beds close together.' A shame !!!

Extremely noisy street side room. Room on the courtyard side, quiet but very damaged. Virtually no pressure for the bathtub shower. Water leak under the bathtub. Towels from previous guests still hanging behind the bathroom door. Bathroom door that does not close because the door frame is too small in relation to the size of the door. A bedroom tile broken into several pieces, the debris remaining on the floor.

This hotel is very well located in the city center, quiet and very good breakfast plus it has parking which is very practical! I recommend

Bright room and comfortable bed

The hotel has a retro charm, the new owners are gradually renovating the rooms and common areas. The welcome is very pleasant. Once inside the hotel we discover a place full of bright colors for the common areas, the rooms are elegant in gray and white.

Had to change rooms due to a strong smell of cigarettes No sound insulation therefore very bad night spent due to idiots who were laughing and talking in the corridor plus those who were screaming in the street

The hotel, well located in the city center, is quite decent but I must point out that no towels were provided in the bathroom (only the shower exit mat) and we had to dry ourselves with the envelopes. pillowcases. Ideally located in the city center. 2 small downsides, a little late, and a little expensive for breakfast at 7 a.m. (and €11) when you have to hit the road very early. 6 a.m. would be preferable. Excellent night otherwise, no complaints, and remote reception with perfect SMS; I RECOMMEND

Very warm welcome with an SMS in advance which is appreciated. The room deserves a facelift, impossible to operate the TV despite the person at reception changing the batteries in the remote controls. Weird smell in the room.

Room and bathroom small, you don't have to be fat like me... breakfast good, evening stopover in an outside restaurant but expensive...

The hotel spreads the charm of a "hour hotel". You need a code for the courtyard portal and a code for the hotel entrance, which can only be determined by telephone. The room is extremely small and in need of renovation. There is a nice breakfast room

The staff is very nice and responsive nothing to say. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is very good. On the other hand, the room is very dilapidated, the toilet bowl is very damaged, the contour of the bathtub, the tiling was broken, not very clean, it was a room for 3 people, we only had 2 pillows.

Es war dreckig und aus dem Badezimmer hat es stark gerochen. Auch das 2. Zimmer, was zwar and was besser war, ist eine Zumutung. Sie haben 2 Sterne, bitte sehen Sie sich das B &B Hotel Monthieu an, das hat auch 2 Sterne und ist dennoch weit von Ihrem Standart entfernt. Sauberkeit und Werterhaltung sollte die Mindestanforderung sein.

We only stayed one night. The person at the reception is very friendly. The 2 additional pillows requested by email have been provided. The room was rather spacious and very clean with a large double bed. Very good bedding. Nothing to complain about for the breakfast, varied, in a colorful room. Parking space for 8 euros in the courtyard of the hotel which is very significant in the city center of St Etienne. Only downside but work is in progress: a broken blind in the room which rattled when it was windy. We will definitely come back if we have plans in the area.

Not worthy of a hotel resemblance to a home

Very nice home

For one night, great location with private parking, near downtown, tram, halls. On the other hand, the rooms lack a bit of maintenance: roller shutter broken and without a handle, tiled bathroom repainted but with addicts. The shower head hook is broken and I caught the shower head on the top of my head when it fell. The toilet seat is just placed so that we go with it and it falls to the ground as soon as we get up!.

Everything good except the price of breakfast too high considering what there was.

Not slept, very, too noisy!

We don't do new with old, even if we see that the place is well maintained, the fact remains that everything is tired. No staff encountered during our stay. The door does not lock.

Excellent downtown location. Parking is easy by reserving a private and secure parking space. Bathroom to refresh but very good value for money.

I slept very badly at night, at 2am there were mice scratching on the wall, it was disturbing. Knowing that the attic at the top of my head was shifted so I was a little afraid that the mice would pass upstairs

Simple room. Location at the top. Mandatory parking because you are really in the heart of the city and there is no place to park. Coffee machine is very slow but very good coffee. Friendly welcome.

The reception at the reception was very good. The breakfast is of very good quality with local products. However the quality of the room is very disappointing compared to the photos. Poor quality bedding, both mattresses and pillows. Atmosphere of the room not very cozy. There were only a few sheets of toilet paper left when we arrived and no refill in the room...

The windows and frames are old. The noise and the cold of the street are chilling. Everything seems rudimentary to me. The toilets are clean but frankly narrow.

Hotel located in a very central position and with parking guarded by a large gate where I parked the motorbike in complete safety. I would say good value for money.

Hotel of very poor quality, nothing is up to standard, it's shameful. A tip as a button for the cupboard, the curtain rod that falls, jamming toilet that goes up in the sink .. dirty too .. to be able to enter your car you need a code only the reception does not open all day . Nobody is there to welcome you, to open the gate and the door with a code... On the infernal night there is a night bar which opened around midnight. . To avoid

Locatie was ok. Geen airco op of kamers. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer beperkt en werd niet of nauwelijks bijgevuld. Receipt was beperkt bereikbaar.

Complicated and unusable internet connection, button of certain lights which does not work, window which does not close, and especially especially flushing which goes up towards the siphon of the shower, yuck.
