1) Er was op zondag 16.30 uur niemand aanwezig. We gingen er van uit dat op dat tijdstip er zeker iemand aanwezig zou zijn.
2) Restaurant gesloten. Op de app van booking.com bij restaurant aanwezig stond er ja aanwezig tijdens uw verblijf. Bij aankomst bleek dat zondagavond er gesloten was. Op de app op een heel andere onlogische plek bleek dat daar stond dat de zondag het restaurant gesloten was. Ook geen ontbijt mogelijkheid op maandagochtend
3) Maandagochtend nadat alles in de auto stond wilde ik nog even naar de toilet gaan maar de buitendeur ging NIET meer open.
4) TV deed het niet
5) Waar we het hotel in moesten stond uitsluitend in het Frans, waarom niet ook Engels?

Chambre très rudimentaire.
Toutefois, la literie est correcte.
Nous regrettons que notre établissement n'ait pas répondu à vos critères. La chambre que vous aviez réservée était une chambre PMR de plus de 19 m², une salle de bain de minimum 4 m² avec les éléments nécessaires : literie récente, bureau avec éclairage indépendant, linge de toilette récent, sèche- serviette, distributeur de savon-schampoing, penderie, tables et lampes de chevet, tablette de rangement de linge à plat, télévision à écran plat, store occultant, localisation coté parc pour le calme, chauffage -climatisation. Nous aurions aimé connaître vos attentes pour adapter au mieux dans le futur notre produit. Très cordialement
