I booked a while ago and completely forgot I'd done it, which I admit is my fault, but I received no call or message from the hotel before my arrival to remind me of the deadline or even to inquire about my absence. As a result, without any contact from the hotel, I was charged for part of my 4-night stay. I acknowledge my mistake, but I don't understand why I received neither a message nor a call from the establishment. I'm disappointed.
The hotel is in a good location. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room and especially the bathroom and shower were very cramped and there was only one plug socket to use which was well away from the bed. The hotel itself looked tired and in need of a makeover.

The hotel was very nicely located for the train/bus stn & the beautiful town & lake. Everything was easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. The toilet & bathrooms were very small, but clean and adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other tourists.

Well located in the city center, but be aware that access to Annecy city center is difficult. There is a covered parking lot (11.50€ per day) or a more distant public parking lot that is free for overnight use.
