A warm welcome, personalized service, a spotless and well-equipped room, excellent bedding, blackout blinds for a deep sleep, plenty of conveniently placed power outlets for charging, an ideal location in the city center, a very reasonable price, and incredibly helpful restaurant recommendations: what more could you ask for? NOTHING! I highly recommend this hotel, which, thanks to the couple who run it, made my stay truly wonderful. I travel a lot and rarely leave reviews, but this time, I simply had to.
Superb hotel, the people who welcomed us were very kind, attentive, very friendly, helpful and many other qualities. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, the breakfast service was great, the croissants are huge, it's a good place in the morning, and what's more they are very good. It's great. The only thing missing in the rooms is something to dry the towels. But I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Tarbes.
Welcomed like in a guest house, by charming and efficient owners. Excellent soundproofing. Comfortable bedding. Sweet and savory breakfast. Very clean. 2-star hotel worthy of a 3-star.

Very well located and clean hotel, however we were surprised to have to pay before even settling in. The same was true for the parking, we had the choice between leaving the car outside or putting it in the hotel parking lot, but at no time were we told the price for one night, which was €10. We discovered it on the bill the next day! As for breakfast, it really lacks variety. As I expressed my disappointment (I can't eat pastries, so all that was left was a very dry piece of baguette) the managers bought me cereal for the next morning.

The owners take care of the reception and breakfast with joy and enthusiasm. Really very pleasant. The room is very quiet on the courtyard side with good bedding. Just a shame not to be able to adjust the air conditioning. It's set at 20 degrees and it's a bit cold. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money overall.

Great stay. The owners are charming. Well located hotel with garage. The connecting rooms allowed us a relaxed stay. We had already come last year and will come back again during a future stay.

Very warm welcome, the owners Eric and his wife are lovely and helpful. We recommend this hotel in the Tarbes area. The hotel is clean as are the rooms. Rather well located, close to shops.
- Had to warn and make the hotelier wait in case of late arrival the first time - very average bedding and furniture with a small TV set on a desk to the right of the bed - I didn't know that I had to vacate the room before 11am and I was given a first comment "if you don't vacate the room before 11:15am I will have to charge you for a late check-out, then as I came down at 11:23am 2nd comment "do you have a problem with the times?" - very noisy room staff in the morning in the corridors I didn't pay a surcharge but I won't be returning to this hotel and will advise my colleagues not to go there either.

We stayed as a couple for a week in the hotel during the tango festival. With a front row seat to the nearby Marcadieu hall, we appreciated the location of the establishment, which is very well run by the new owners Alex and Eric. Welcoming, helpful, available, they also provide excellent advice for discovering the best restaurants in Tarbes. A good place for a stopover or a short stay.
