A very good hotel with parking and within easy walking distance of the main tourist area. I mentioned parking in my notes when I booked and was very quickly contacted by email with details. You need to book parking in advance as spaces are limited. Cost varies depending on whether it's indoor or outdoor. It's located at the rear of the hotel but you can park briefly out the front to deposit suitcases first. We were welcomed with a map of where to park and as it was morning they held our bags for us until our room was ready whilst we visited Troyes.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Decent shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a buffet with all you'd expect from a continental breakfast.

I appreciated the very convenient location and the helpful, smiling staff. However, the room is a bit dated, and the breakfast was inadequate (the eggs weren't cooked well, and there was a limited selection of pastries and local products).
Good hotel close to the motorway and in the centre of Tours. Beautiful spacious room and lovely bathroom. I recommend it.

Overall, the hotel is a bit dated. However, this is made up for by the extremely friendly staff, the 24-hour reception, and the underground parking garage.

The couple who run the hotel are very attentive and the hotel is well kept. They are also very responsive.
The rooms are a bit old, but that's the only negative point. The night reception is extraordinarily friendly, the breakfast manager is extremely helpful, and the day receptionist is an excellent advisor for city tours. They're a great winning team, I highly recommend them to anyone coming to Tours. The price is very competitive considering the welcome and services provided.

Einzwischen ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Insgesamt aber ein guter Aufenthalt.
The hotel is in a great location - easy to reach from the motorway and very central. Stephan, the night porter, is exceptionally dedicated to looking after his guests and has good tips ready.
Extremely friendly staff.
We were welcomed and they kindly let us speak our basic French. Everyone was kind and helpful, giving us map of the centre of Tours and recommended restaurants. The room was good and breakfast the next morning was plentiful. Definitely a good stop.

Very good stay! Hotel ideally located in the city center. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and seemed just renovated. The bed was really very comfortable. We appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the hotel parking lot.
