Avoid room 16 on the ground floor adjacent reception. Noisy from reception and with guest traffic entering and leaving the hotel. You will spend the night listening to the toilet water from floors above cascading through your own toilet. The room is dark and dingy with only two bedhead lights. There is no sun and no outlook from this room. I was disappointed to be allocated this room, booked direct with hotel and arrived minutes after check in opened at 3pm. I requested a room change but the gentleman at reception was quite rude and showed no interest in my complaints. I think I was the only foreigner there.

I am disappointed with my 2nd visit. I took an evening stopover and was relegated to an eco room. On the ground floor with the noise of the front door and the stairs next door. The bathroom is like that of a Formula 1. The shower head is broken and the shower head holder as well. You take the shower and avoid going to the toilet which is moving. Because you will have your feet in the water and then you will wet the room. The first time for the same conditions I had a more than adequate room and bathroom. In addition they call it a stopover evening, I would like to point out that it also includes the evening meal, otherwise it's a simple night with breakfast as an option. In short, my opinion is divided

Good value for money for this hotel located near the main beach and the town centre. Only downside is the soundproofing of the bedroom door leading to the landing. We expect everything and for some neighbors to be noisy…
