Well located hotel. 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Good location near the highway.
Clean room.
Good breakfast.
Kind and helpfull who are working in the hotel.
No dinner at sunday evening , bur a nice pizzeria in the cwmentre of the city.
And Mc Donalds at the corner of the street

Only one complaint: TV remote control malfunctioned (obsolete). It was dirty around the keys and greasy…

This is the 6th time we have visited this hotel. The only downside is no catering from Friday evening and reception opening at 6 p.m. 4 p.m. would be better

Disappointed that the evening meal was not available as “a la carte”. However, what was provided was adequate/good and presentation good/very good. Overall, adequate/good as a commercial hotel. However, not sure if we will stay again unless there is a better menu, open bar and more user friendly shower facility (had difficulty trying to get shower gel out of its “hard to squeeze” container!

Room was very nice and clean and the hotel service was excellent, just unfortunate that the restaurant was closed on the friday, when we arrived.

No complaints it was clean, friendly and suitable for our 1 night stay, enroute to the ferry.

Good quality hotel with easy access to the motorway for onward travel. Have used it before and recommend it.
However you should note that Reception is not always open. We arrived at 5pm, having stated arrival between 5pm and 6pm. The hotel was closed until 6pm and nowhere to go after a long drive - not good. Telephone contact for arrivals - no-one answered.

Arrived at 3:00 p.m. with a pass that does not work. Waiting for more than an hour to access our room. Apart from the receptionist who arrived early to give us access to the room, we are very disappointed with this establishment

Good hotel in general. Nice staff and ample parking. Staff are not on site 24hrs which may be an issue if there are any problems, we didn’t have any problems so it wasn’t an issue for us. Rooms are clean and adequate. Secure fencing around the hotel but the car park gate was open all night which isn’t great for security. Overall the stay was good and worked for us.

We were very pleasantly surprised as we would not normally stay in a 3 star hotel but we found the cleanliness and overall experience better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. We will definitely stay again when travelling to our holiday house.

Very comfortable, very clean hotel. Hearty breakfast. Night reception and friendliness below but acceptable.

An indefinable smell in the corridors, an error in the calculation of the breakfasts: 70 euros for 4 breakfasts. The difference was refunded in cash. The soundproofing needs to be reviewed. We hear the roommate coughing. From another room, we hear the cell phone vibrating ringing every 10 minutes. We hear the cars slamming the doors at night until 2 am. The parking gate no longer works. It is challenging for a 3 star.

Our arrival at 15:30, hotel closed. On the phone we were told that the reception opens at 6:00 p.m. So wait. Staff hardly speaks English??? The restaurant was closed although it was advertised.

This was a stopover on way to channel crossing but such a gem - everything was so good but for the lack of aircon or fans in bedroom -only let down in such warm weather.The breakfast was so good with so much choice and the cleanliness throughout was exceptional and the staff member thoroughly cleaned each table after use and never stopped smiling. We were late check -ins but the elderly gentleman responded immediately and was helpful - no restaurant service but McDonald’s so close solved that problem. We shall certainly use this hotel again (will have little fan in overnight case) !

The only problem, was lack of air-con as it was 30C!

At the price of the night, we imagined a slightly larger and better equipped room: WC in the bathroom / very cramped shower cubicle / bedroom on the ground floor without shutter allowing ventilation because the room without air conditioning and finally the circulation around the beds in bypassing the suitcase, the window and the small desk cabinet gave my wife an idea of the obstacle course.... Ouch, I almost forgot the very limited reception opening hours. That said, the reception, the room service and the night watchman (magnetic card failure) were very cheerful and very efficient in their service.

English spoken so very easy to confirm on the phone and check details after the website was rather dubious. Desk staff changed arrangements on the day to suit us with no trouble and all was charged as per satisfactorily. This is a very useful hotel for a stop off from Calais to the Charente or Dordogne and is far enough from Rouen centre to be quiet with good carpark. Breakfast excellent but restaurant is not open in evenings of Fri/Sat/Sun.
Local brazen rabbit population are very entertaining for small children watching from bedroom windows in the morning!

Good hotel forn1 night of you are on the road. Clean room and the food in the restaurant was ok for the price that you pay. The only minus is that the beds are very hard.

Perfect welcome, small flat on the breakfast served on weekends until 10:30 a.m., we went down at 8:45 a.m., and almost nothing left to eat.... I pointed out that it was empty and I was told kindly answered yes there will be nothing more .... The next morning when paying for my stay I told the person who was at the reception. I thanked him for his commercial gesture! I will go back there....

Friendly staff though hotel advertised as English speaking which wasnt the case. Room a good size but bed and pillows not the most comfortable.

Price/quality is ok as well was the fairy room, elevator (wheelchair here) and breakfast (nice outside on the terrace but next to the road…)
Remind that it’s a weekday-business hotel (I believe…) and that’s in an industrial area where McD seems to be the best (least worse) restaurant in the village.

Hotel easy to find. Not open until 6pm so had to wait. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Room clean and tidy. No ventilation or Air Conditioning so very hot. No tea or coffee making facility in the room. TV in the room. Bed clean but hard. Bathroom clean but shower cubilcle small. No meals available in the restaurant Friday, Saturday and Sunday so disappointing. Very basic hotel for the price but for one night stop it was adequate. Unlikely to use again as will try and find hotel with better facilities.

One thing that boggles my mind is the lack of courtesy that some of the staff have expressed, a simple "HELLO" in the morning doesn't kill anyone. The general condition of the furniture (shower grid, armchair, etc.) is average for a 3-star hotel in France. However, access to the hotel at night went very well. Thanks to the caretaker.

Very expensive for the service. No kettle for coffee, a bathroom with a shower from the 90s. We will not be returning.
