Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, excellent value for money

It is necessary to coordinate well between the hotel and the reservation service, because there was a problem for me (fortunately resolved)

Good quality hotel near motorways. Food limited in selection but that which was available very good. This is our normal stop to and from our destinations.

Basic hotel, poor soundproofing (woken up by the alarm clock in the next room, knowing that the guest took 30 minutes to turn off his alarm...) The soap dispensers in the bathroom are not practical (you have to press hard to get the soap...) no hairdryer in the room! Rough toilet paper and not comfortable. Breakfast laid out on the bar counter with very little choice, the bed in a lumpy jug.... and a guest who comes into the restaurant area with his enormous dog and sniffs the pastries. €103 per night with breakfast is honestly expensive and not worth it.

A great transit hotel with plenty of parking. Right off the highway and within walking distance of a charming town center. It's a shame the restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Communication was a bit lacking, but in the end, everything worked out well. It wasn't a lack of willingness, but a language barrier and a difference between their website and Booking.com regarding offers.

Very warm welcome, very clean room, the person who took care of breakfast was very efficient, it was fresh and there was plenty of choice.

The hotel, in its external appearance, is good: a one-story building on the ground floor, has just been renovated and it is not a council house type building. No account was taken of the fact that I am disabled, without being impotent, and am housed on the first floor without an elevator and no help for carrying luggage and I use a cane... Two days later, the owner (who was returning from vacation) was furious at this situation. In unbearable temperatures, these four days spent in the glare were an ordeal, no air conditioning in the room, no shutters, and therefore, impossible neither day nor night to open the window since it was on the side facing full sun and the same situation at the reception because there is no common place to rest with air conditioning or fan: in short, we "tasted". I think it's better to avoid the evening meal, because for twenty euros the starter is charcuterie, the main course (fish) is good, the vegetables are frozen or canned (peas and green beans and cheese is more than ordinary; it's better, if you like to eat a kebab it's not worse but cheaper. And to top it all off, not a single tree for a bit of shade on square meters to get some fresh air because all around the hotel is just parking, and there are no shops in this village.....

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent hotel if you're passing through on your way to various destinations in Normandy. The hotel is clean and the service excellent.

No one at the checkin time, had to wait 15 min. It wad a ghost hotel and there was nothing to drink. Chambers where nice tough

only downside!!! the breakfast price? 22 euros (154 francs?) per person? the same for an 11-year-old child? .. two solutions: empty everything? or shut up and never come back. came for a karting race... but I think that next time there is closer to no catering? this Friday? was it planned when booking? so you have to take the car! find a restaurant! land at the chalet! when you get out of the flood, hail... and no carport at the hotel... ** everything is fine *** (booking for one adult + one 11-year-old child)

The hotel was very reasonable, only one of the staff, who cleaned the room apparently thought it was funny to put a different password on my wife's tablet that was there, so the tablet is unusable, with all her e-books, that she wanted to read during the holiday, we want to go on holiday for another 3 weeks so we will always remember this hotel, albeit very negatively

Excellent value for money

Arrived to nobody on reception and had to wait outside. I had a class 1 truck with £1.4million GBP of cargo on board and just up the road was a Gypsy camp and no secure parking. Didn’t stay as my cargo was not safe and the gentleman didn’t speak English to help me out

Very good position near motorway. Food was good but only selection of two items per section. Hotel was clean and the staff of one very obliging . Will stay again.

Very good for the price. Everything you need

It was again comfortable staying in this hotel. Friendly in practice. Two remarks: - no hairdryer in bathroom - dangerous start of stairleaning: going down the stairs to the right there is a missing part. Dangerous start for going down, especially when there is not enough light.

We can compare it to an ibis Hotel which is much cheaper, but a little expensive all the same.

Nice reception, room and bathroom clean, bathroom a bit small but OK for one night, the ventilation in the bathroom was very loud and ran all night, otherwise quiet. Large hotel-owned, enclosed car park, very good international breakfast. We couldn't have dinner in the hotel because there was no room left, but there was a restaurant recommendation (Le Chalet) which was great.

No keys when I arrived. No number to access, then my card did not work, call from the guard at 2:30 in the morning, fortunately for me, I was with friends. Very unpleasant welcome at breakfast, I had not reserved the day before. Rasi cereal bread

I had already spent a night in this hotel two years ago. Yesterday I was disappointed with the room although very clean, It seemed much less comfortable and especially poorly soundproofed. The window overlooks the main road, I slept very badly because of the traffic on Saturday night. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is correct For a price of 83 euros a room for two and breakfast. I expected better

Sanitary equipment and bedding from another age

Hotel and room clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms basic comfort. No ventilation or air conditioning. Breakfast quite nice. No restaurant on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

Good basic accommodation with en-suite facilities. Only real issue was the heat in the room which made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was expensive and really needed more choice, especially for children. Good location close to motorway.

It is a shame to leave a room with two single beds for a couple knowing that the hotel was not full. Despite a small room we slept very well. Hotel very very quiet at night. Cleaning starts early, vacuum cleaner from 9am. Hotel restaurant closed on weekends. Too bad given the closure for holidays of the restaurants in the town. Apart from kebab and pizza. We had to make do with an aperitif board in a wine bar for dinner.

Hotel is clean but starting to show signs of wear and tear aging. Reception staff, when they arrive, are extremely polite, helpful .
Rooms are clean but small. No ventilation or air conditioning. Breakfast are a very good continental buffet. Previously was able to breakfast outside but this has been removed, and the restaurant is very warm with no ventilation or air conditioning. Restaurant is not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening so unable to comment, but this is inconvenient as very limited places to eat in the town.

Weird setup, arrived 17 h, car park empty hotel doors locked, message in French to call, receptionist arrived 18 h checked in, still no one other than us, restaurant and bar closed, 18.30 h some other guests arrived, 20.15 h power cut, lucky there was a guy living on site who fixed it as receptionist closed locked up went home at 20 h. The place was like a ghost town.

This hotel offers very basic equiped rooms. No extras such as teabags and a watercooker in the room. I would expect such small things that make a difference for people on the road or travel.

I had a very warm welcome during these 2 days, very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is very good and in sufficient quantity.

35% increase on the evening of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, the hotel being located 150km away is simply a commercial shame. This is why you have a zero quality/price ratio. Your action and also a lack of respect for your staff who have to deal with this situation.

Well located hotel. 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Kind and helpfull who are working in the hotel.
No dinner at sunday evening , bur a nice pizzeria in the cwmentre of the city.

Practical, pleasant and quiet hotel with everything you need (except hairdryer). Sufficient sweet breakfast. Good meal in the evening. Very attentive staff.

This is the 6th time we have visited this hotel. The only downside is no catering from Friday evening and reception opening at 6 p.m. 4 p.m. would be better

Disappointed that the evening meal was not available as “a la carte”. However, what was provided was adequate/good and presentation good/very good. Overall, adequate/good as a commercial hotel. However, not sure if we will stay again unless there is a better menu, open bar and more user friendly shower facility (had difficulty trying to get shower gel out of its “hard to squeeze” container!

Room was very nice and clean and the hotel service was excellent, just unfortunate that the restaurant was closed on the friday, when we arrived.

No complaints it was clean, friendly and suitable for our 1 night stay, enroute to the ferry.

Good quality hotel with easy access to the motorway for onward travel. Have used it before and recommend it.
However you should note that Reception is not always open. We arrived at 5pm, having stated arrival between 5pm and 6pm. The hotel was closed until 6pm and nowhere to go after a long drive - not good. Telephone contact for arrivals - no-one answered.

Arrived at 3:00 p.m. with a pass that does not work. Waiting for more than an hour to access our room. Apart from the receptionist who arrived early to give us access to the room, we are very disappointed with this establishment

Good hotel in general. Nice staff and ample parking. Staff are not on site 24hrs which may be an issue if there are any problems, we didn’t have any problems so it wasn’t an issue for us. Rooms are clean and adequate. Secure fencing around the hotel but the car park gate was open all night which isn’t great for security. Overall the stay was good and worked for us.

We were very pleasantly surprised as we would not normally stay in a 3 star hotel but we found the cleanliness and overall experience better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. We will definitely stay again when travelling to our holiday house.
