Excellent experience, would stay again
The room smelled awful. The toilet was cramped with a dangerous metal toilet paper holder. Odors wafted up from the bathroom. This in no way justifies the €170 per night (including tax). The bedding and breakfast were adequate.

A truly excellent establishment that could put many a multi-starred chain to shame. While it may not have the facelifts enjoyed by some chains, its commitment to quality customer service, its offerings (both meals and breakfast), and its cleanliness leads me to recommend it without reservation. The management is clearly very professional in all aspects (from the customer's perspective). And I am quite familiar with all these matters. Let's hope they can continue in this direction for as long as possible.

Entré was a bit complicated: door and reception closed. Several people waiting to enter and to check in. But finale all went well and we were served well and friendly.

Good quality hotel near motorways. Food limited in selection but that which was available very good. This is our normal stop to and from our destinations.

Basic hotel, poor soundproofing (woken up by the alarm clock in the next room, knowing that the guest took 30 minutes to turn off his alarm...) The soap dispensers in the bathroom are not practical (you have to press hard to get the soap...) no hairdryer in the room! Rough toilet paper and not comfortable. Breakfast laid out on the bar counter with very little choice, the bed in a lumpy jug.... and a guest who comes into the restaurant area with his enormous dog and sniffs the pastries. €103 per night with breakfast is honestly expensive and not worth it.
A great transit hotel with plenty of parking. Right off the highway and within walking distance of a charming town center. It's a shame the restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Communication was a bit lacking, but in the end, everything worked out well. It wasn't a lack of willingness, but a language barrier and a difference between their website and Booking.com regarding offers.

Very warm welcome, very clean room, the person who took care of breakfast was very efficient, it was fresh and there was plenty of choice.
The hotel, in its external appearance, is good: a one-story building on the ground floor, has just been renovated and it is not a council house type building. No account was taken of the fact that I am disabled, without being impotent, and am housed on the first floor without an elevator and no help for carrying luggage and I use a cane... Two days later, the owner (who was returning from vacation) was furious at this situation. In unbearable temperatures, these four days spent in the glare were an ordeal, no air conditioning in the room, no shutters, and therefore, impossible neither day nor night to open the window since it was on the side facing full sun and the same situation at the reception because there is no common place to rest with air conditioning or fan: in short, we "tasted". I think it's better to avoid the evening meal, because for twenty euros the starter is charcuterie, the main course (fish) is good, the vegetables are frozen or canned (peas and green beans and cheese is more than ordinary; it's better, if you like to eat a kebab it's not worse but cheaper. And to top it all off, not a single tree for a bit of shade on square meters to get some fresh air because all around the hotel is just parking, and there are no shops in this village.....
Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent hotel if you're passing through on your way to various destinations in Normandy. The hotel is clean and the service excellent.
No one at the checkin time, had to wait 15 min. It wad a ghost hotel and there was nothing to drink. Chambers where nice tough

only downside!!! the breakfast price? 22 euros (154 francs?) per person? the same for an 11-year-old child? .. two solutions: empty everything? or shut up and never come back. came for a karting race... but I think that next time there is closer to no catering? this Friday? was it planned when booking? so you have to take the car! find a restaurant! land at the chalet! when you get out of the flood, hail... and no carport at the hotel... ** everything is fine *** (booking for one adult + one 11-year-old child)
The bedding is too hard, causing back pain upon waking. The TV screens are too small. The surroundings are very pleasant, with visits from the rabbits outside, of course.
The hotel was very reasonable, only one of the staff, who cleaned the room apparently thought it was funny to put a different password on my wife's tablet that was there, so the tablet is unusable, with all her e-books, that she wanted to read during the holiday, we want to go on holiday for another 3 weeks so we will always remember this hotel, albeit very negatively
Excellent value for money
Arrived to nobody on reception and had to wait outside. I had a class 1 truck with £1.4million GBP of cargo on board and just up the road was a Gypsy camp and no secure parking. Didn’t stay as my cargo was not safe and the gentleman didn’t speak English to help me out
