How to obtain the Logis loyalty card?

The card is available at Logis establishments. Ask your hotel directly. You can also join the loyalty program at under My Account / Create an Account. At the end of your membership, you will get a virtual card number that you can present in all hotels and restaurants Logis in France and Europe.


I have a virtual card, but I want to get my physical card?

If you don’t want to use the virtual card, ask for your physical card at the hotel directly. The number replacement will then be done in your personal area under My Card.


I lost my password, how to recover it?

The password must be requested in the My Account / Forgotten Password section. Just enter the email address used to create your account.


I already have a physical card but the registration is incomplete?

In the section My account / Create an account you will be able to enter the 13 numbers of the card and the key to recover the information pre-entered by the hotelier.


How does the loyalty pool cumulate work?

Cumulate euros for all your business and leisure trips to the hotel and restaurant for lunch and dinner from the first euro spent.

At each level of 15 euros in your loyalty pot, this amount can be converted into loyalty vouchers. There is no stacking limit for your Loyalty pot, but remember to check the next best of your winnings.


Can I use fidelity checks at the restaurant?

Loyalty vouchers can be used for the hotel and / or the restaurant. They must be accepted by all Logis hotels in France and Europe.


How to know the expiry date of my loyalty pot?

Your loyalty pot is valid for one year end of term. In your personal area under the heading My Pot, you will find a table summarizing the next expiry dates to come.


Can I earn points for a stay before my membership?

Only expenses made after your membership date will be eligible for the loyalty pot.


I forgot to present my Logis card to the hotelier, can I get my points?

Please contact the hotel concerned who can credit your loyalty pot remotely. For this, don‘t forget to provide them with your card number and the date of your stay.



How to get a new one?

You can get a new one from your hotel owner Logis, and can make the replacement directly in your personal area My card.

Need to modify or cancel a confirmed booking

- If you booked with the hotel directly: call the hotel, specifying your name, the dates of your stay and the number of rooms you wish to cancel or modify.
- If you booked via Central Reservations: Click here or take the confirmation number you were given and call Central Reservations at + 33 (0)1 45 84 83 84; a reservation agent will perform all necessary steps and confirm the modification or cancellation of your file.
