The hotel is very well located near the highway. We were worried about traffic noise, but the rooms are very well soundproofed. The receptionist was very pleasant. In addition, there's a restaurant next to the hotel where we had a delicious meal.
We come regularly. The start are very helpful .
The accommodation is fairly basic but clean.
The room needs a little freshening up.
The hotel was the perfect stop on our way to the Alps. The on site parking was really useful. Unfortunately the loo didn’t flush which was disappointing.

Lovely welcome, very nice man. A very nice bed and a wide variation of breakfast. I made my own wafels, very nice. I never experienced this luxury. And also very sweet man on the reception.
There were a lot of men in the hotel who walked up and down the hallway all night and slammed doors. No idea what else was going on, but I didn't sleep a wink.
A very good stop over, close to the autoroute, and next to a very good restaurant.

A very nice establishment. Friendly welcome. Beautiful room and spotless bathroom. Good breakfasts; the breakfast lady was charming and very attentive. Excellent value for money. On-site parking. Close to MacArthur stores. We had dinner at the restaurant next door, "La Petite Table," which was excellent and had friendly staff. We will return.
1) We booked a double twin and got a twin + single bed, which is a lower price.
2) There was no hot water in the morning to shower or shave. Waited & tried multiple times.
The toilet did not work. The ‘fix’ from the night staff was to turn on the cistern so it filled continuously. This is noisy and equally wasteful. It would not actually flush.

I am very disappointed with this stay. The lack of cleanliness was a problem; the pillowcase was placed directly on the pillow without a protective cover, the pillow was covered in yellow stains, and the bed linens were not ironed. There was mold on the bathroom grout, etc. The desk lamp didn't work. Cleanliness in a hotel is essential; you never know who used the room before you.
Night staff made extra effort to ensure I could arrive very late.

Ok for a stop over just a basic hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable only on small pillow this is common through france we alwaysctake our own .

Toilet flush stopped working but not surprised as it had a crazy flush mechanism. I'm sure it's not the first time it has failed as the gentleman who eventually came to fix it new exactly what to do - which involved taking the whole flushing system apart.
The road junction to get to the hotel (the last LH Turn) was not safe at all. Had to cross 3 lanes of very busy traffic to turn left. Needs traffic lights really.
Went for dinner at the very good Petit Table next to the hotel.
Did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Very nice hotel, 5 star staff. A few more hangers for clothes are welcome. The buffet breakfast is good and varied, but not continental-style crushed eggs/ham. I stayed a few nights as a stopover, it's a shame that the restaurant next door is not of a consistent quality. Some days the dishes on the special menu are good, others it's reheated and served without even being lukewarm. Not to mention that for them, a cherry coca cola costs a lot more than a normal or zero one, so it's not on the special menu.

The room was a good size, the linen was fine.
The air conditioning/heating did not work and had a broken control.
There was instant coffee available but no milk, we were told due to environmental reasons but we were given a small cup of milk when requested.
Breakfast was very good with many homemade pasties.
The other saving grace was the restaurant next door which was excellent.

We stood waiting at the reception for a long time before someone came; we wanted to have a drink after freshening up when we arrived at 20:15, but that was still possible for another half hour, so by 20:45 it was no longer possible.
A little disappointed upon arrival, the hotel is not a "cosi". However, the room and bathroom are very comfortable. The restaurant "La Petite Table" is excellent.

This small friendly hotel is really good we have stayed for a few nights and 1 night and will stay many times more when we visit our friends at piney, and visit Troyes it’s so conveniently situated and there is a supermarket and shopping centre very close

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht hier verbracht. Das Hotel war sehr gut erreichbar und das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Frühstück sehr gut - Auswahl an Getränken (Kaffee, Tee, Chocolate und Saft) sowie deftige und süße Beläge für Brot, außerdem Croissants und Kuchen.
Im Zimmer gab es zudem einen Wasserkocher und Tee- und Kaffeebeutel.

Air conditioning supposedly broken, nothing offered during this heatwave to cope with the heat. Apparently the staff seem used to it. I think the commercial gesture should also be forgotten.

It was well situated to arrive by car. The reception staff was very friendly. Room was clean, just a bit hot as air conditioning didn't work well.
The air conditioning was broken, 28 degrees is too hot to sleep. I had to call reception with my mobile phone because the phone was unusable since there was no connection cable. We were promised that it would be fixed but nothing. It's a shame
De kamer was ongezellig, heel warm en rook niet fris. De airco deed het niet en doordat de kamer aan een buitengalerij gelegen was, was het ook niet mogelijk het raam open te zetten. Er liepen constant mensen langs en daarnaast was er ook veel lawaai van kinderen en honden.
Doordat de galerij was afgezet met glas en de zon hier de hele dag op stond, was het bloedheet in de kamer. Op de kapotte airco werd laconiek gereageerd: daar zou eerdaags wel iemand voor langskomen (heb je niets aan als je er maar een nacht bent) en bovendien zou het die nacht wel afkoelen en konden we gewoon het raam open zetten, want overal hingen camera's....
Ondanks het open raam dat we dan toch maar open hadden gezet, bleef het de hele nacht 29° in de kamer en hadden wij een erg slechte nacht. Kortom: geen aanrader!

Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken for both of our nights despite the morning receptionist's speech, who had assured us that the technician would come. Note that I was able to benefit from a fan following my request to the afternoon person, which was not the case for everyone. I also reported the level of dirt at the sink drain with a leak still in the same state in the evening!!! In short, very disappointing for this establishment of the Logis de France chain that we frequent frequently. A commercial gesture would have been welcome. Gourguechon Luc
Good location close to highway. Plenty parking space. Reasonably clean room. Host at arrival insisted on speaking English while I kept speaking French. Air conditioning rubbish, room was very warm. Bed was nice. Wi-Fi OK. Accessibility: room can only be reached through stairs. Host at departure was very friendly.
Staying for one night on August 14th during a heatwave, the hotel's air conditioning wasn't working. After speaking with reception, a technician was supposed to come by in the afternoon, but he never came.
This was a very nice hotel room and great value for the price. My complaint is that the air conditioning was turned off because it was "too cold outside." But it most certainly was not cool in the rooms, and leaving the window open did almost nothing to improve the temperature. It was not a pleasant night. Really--the air conditioning is turned off in mid-July?
We stayed at this hotel as a stopover during a long journey. Clean and functional room. Warm welcome. The fact that this establishment accepts dogs is a real plus. Honorable mention for the breakfast: very varied and plentiful.

Après de très nombreuses années a venir dans cette établissement a raison de 2 a 3 fois par an, je pense que c'est la dernière. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et il faisait 26 degrés. Ont nous a dit Après la 1ère nuit faire en sorte que nuits suivantes cela fonctionnent mais 2 ème nuit idem. Nous avons de nouveau dit notre mécontentement mais visiblement tous la personne de ce matin n'avait rien a f.. que nous ayant bien dormi ou pas imcroyable et lamentable.

A lot of attention is paid to breakfast. The accommodation is outdated and could use a renovation, but it's clean and perfect for a stopover. The beds weren't great anymore.

We stayed on the way down through France and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. Having raised it with logis they offered a free breakfast on our next stay. We stayed again last night and again the air con was not functioning. We were not told this on arrival. In addition, the toilet in room 18 did not always work. It would not flush overnight. We have stayed many times at this hotel before but recent experiences have not been good. I was also unable to connect to the WiFi. The receptionist/staff is very nice and works very hard.
The remote control doesn't work. Neither does the air conditioning.
The receptionist, although informed, did not tell us that the air conditioning was not working. It was the young girl at reception the next day who told us. He intervened unsuccessfully around 10:30 p.m. because it was impossible to take a shower, the water being boiling. My feet remember it.
Cleanliness is limited. Stained towels, only 1 cup! Toilet flush needs to be completely overhauled.

Former manager of Logis de France, upon arrival, Logis carpet having lived well reflects the establishment a little, I looked for a sign, note I have 2022 and 2020, reception hall lacks cheerfulness, very austere access to the outside room, staircase would need more frequent cleaning, windowsills also need to be done more regularly, room comfort just what is needed, duvet on the bed in summer, to be reviewed we slept on the duvet, bathroom seriously lacks equipment, wall hook or curtain for the bathtub, for people with reduced mobility the bathtub is a risk of falling, a minimum non-slip or a grab bar, Then breakfast a little expensive for the service, then not having paid the breakfast the day before, no access to the room we had to go back to the room for payment while we were still staying one night, I will stop there, the Logis spirit for my part has changed a lot,

Disappointing for our third visit: dirty room, marks on the wall, coffee marks on the bedside table, dangerous broken window (shattered glass) and broken roller shutter. Disappointing. The only positive point was the warm welcome and the decent breakfast.
Rented 2 rooms for one night. For one night, it's okay. You can really feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows are very thin. The common area leading to the rooms is very, very dirty. The doors don't close, you have to slam them very hard. Problem noticed upon arrival. The receptionist came, slammed the door quite hard and said "this is how we do it." When you arrive late, it's really not nice for the neighbors. No soundproofing between the hallway and the rooms. Because it's closed, everything resonates really loudly even with the front shutters opening onto the hallway closed. The TV doesn't work upon arrival in one of the 2 rooms. After 3 trips back and forth to reception, the receptionist came and did what was necessary. As I travel a lot, I would classify it between a Formula 1 and a 1st class. For the price, this is the first and last time.

Someone broke the window of our car to stole our baggage while we were having breakfast or sleeping, we don’t know. We didn’t take all the bags because the hotel hasn’t a lift and we were in the first floor. They have cameras but it was very convenient that they didn’t work . They tried all the time to don’t take responsibility about what happened. We choose this hotel because of their private parking, and they didn’t close the gate during the night
I find it unacceptable to claim there is air conditioning if it isn't, especially during a heatwave. The receptionist lied to me, saying the air conditioning was being repaired, which wasn't true. He asked me to open the window, even though my room window is accessible from the outside by anyone. I demand a partial refund (for three rooms) because this is theft!

Useful but not great.
The customer service very good, bed good but the AC was absolutely terrible, it was blowing air but not cooling. In summer that's not acceptable, it was 27degrees in our room. We needed to leave window open which opens to the communal corridor- it didn't feel safe leaving it open but at least we managed to fall asleep.
The floor of room 25 is marked, it looks like grease stains and that someone has come to do some mechanical work, disappointing and a shame because the room and bathroom are very well designed. We were woken up by the cleaning team who put their cleaning products on the ledge of our window with our shutters closed and were chatting. Doors slamming and the shutter system noisy in the early morning by disrespectful customers...

Kamers zijn erg verouderd. Bedden heel laag, en kraken als je je omdraait. Er was een airco, kon ook aan maar daar kwam geen koele lucht uit (uiteindelijk liep de temperatuur op).
Toilet trok niet door, werd gerepareerd en deed het daarna matig. De ,ooit, witte handdoeken zagen er groezelig uit. Wifi was waardeloos. Her en der gaten in de muur waar waarschijnlijk ooit iets heeft gehangen.

Very old-fashioned room and cleaning needs a bit of work. Otherwise, OK for the price.
The only downside was the soundproofing. The door between the two rooms lets noise through from the next room. Luckily, the neighbor was quiet. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean.
1-night business stay in the evening: Very comfortable room, good breakfast with orange juice and fresh waffle, on request: a real plus! Meal served at the restaurant "La Petite Table" next door in a pretty setting, the lettuces are of good quality and the service just as much.

When we go to the Troyes factory outlets, we don't look any further... we stop at the Hotel des Sources! Close to the highway and shops, private parking, helpful and discreet staff, spacious room with good bedding, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, not to mention the generous breakfast with fresh bread, you can even make waffles! 😋 In addition, the restaurant next to the hotel is great. The only downside this time was a damp smell in the room upon arrival.

Nice hotel, the room was fine for 1 night, a strong smell of bleach, we had to open everything to air it out. No noise, we slept well. The breakfast was excellent: homemade waffles, fresh orange juice, boiled eggs, etc. We will definitely be back.
