A very welcoming hotel, very well located and with quality amenities. My bathroom seemed to have suffered some damage before my arrival, but it should be repaired quickly, it seemed ;) Note that the parking lot is not attached to the hotel but is very close.

The team is fantastic, always available and welcoming. You immediately feel at ease. The facilities are top-notch, the breakfast is very comprehensive, and the rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and cater to your every need. A meal brought to your room? Soup? An extra towel or blanket? No problem, they'll take care of everything. I'm now a regular at Les Fleurines and highly recommend it.

We particularly appreciated the service in our room of a meal, certainly modest but which saved us from going out looking for a restaurant (appreciated after a busy day of sightseeing!). Spontaneously we were offered to visit the rooms and given the choice as to the shape of the bed! The person who received us was attentive, friendly, discreet and caring. We did not have the feeling of being faced with someone who was coldly selling his wares

Hello, sleeping in a round bed is very special! I am 1.70m tall, I lay on the duvet because it was very warm in the room. I had my feet outside the bed, it had no impact on the quality of my sleep. I think that for people who are sensitive to the cold or for tall people this could be a problem. Very nice bathroom as well as the bedroom.

View the hotel's answerIt looks old from the outside, but the surprise is when you go in. Clean, fresh and a nice reception who is willing to answer all questions. The room was nice,clean and very complete. The view to the next historical building - nice! Breakfast easy, well served and you get all support you need. All speaks well english! Restaurants are everywhere, easy to reach by feed. Visit also the chapel! If you look for thomething spetial!

A stopover on the Camino de Santiago between Conques and Toulouse, we were perfectly received in this quality establishment with high-quality services; rooftop, sauna, gym, cocktail bar. This room was perfect for me. The view from my window of La Chapelle des Pénitents Noirs was special. And I arrived from the overnight train to find that my room was already available so I could settle in and restart my day.

Guests should be warned that the bed sheets are not made of cotton, it's very unpleasant! I asked for a cotton sheet at reception but there weren't any. Furthermore, the mattress is not very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, one small detail all the same, my room overlooking the parking lot opposite is at the height of the windows it would be wise to put a mirror film on them... Privacy would be preserved.

Quant au lit de forme ronde, cela me paraît une idée tout à fait SAUGRENUE : cela est malcommode
(pas de tables de nuit, notamment) et n'ajoute rien au confort de la chambre.

Little choice: pastries: only mini-croissants, few dairy products, no fruit salad, 1 bottle of orange juice, defective coffee/tea maker, horrible coffee, only scrambled eggs in very small quantities, ..... 3* hotel with excessive prices. Street noise, ..... We do not recommend it.

A charming hotel with helpful and accommodating staff. Our first room was very small. We were able to change it with no problem and the second room was perfect. There is free parking opposite. The location in the pedestrianised centre could not be better. It was very quiet. The aicon was excellent. It is very xonvenuent fir our snall dog as tgere are areas to walk opposite. The tiwn is charmong with good restaurants and bars. The river walk is picturesque.

Everything is perfectly thought out and optimized in the bathroom, making it very functional. Huge congratulations for the concern for the environment, right down to the toilet paper and the promotion of French products 🐓with the sheets and the Respire range. Thank you for the quality of the breakfast with organic and local products... the chocolatine would have been a plus but the croissant was good. The location is perfect to fully enjoy this magnificent royal country house.

A high-quality hotel in the heart of the city, featuring lush greenery and beautifully designed interiors. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.
The shower is too complicated to use. Three buttons with no backlighting is a real headache.
The apartment was a large spacious area for two of us. Having space on the rooftop was a delightful surprise and access to the small gym was a bonus.

One of the best I've known in my life (87 years). The only one I've found to equal the Peninsula of Koolon (Hong Kong) in the years 1970-85 BUT also with a more friendly and family atmosphere: at their place you feel like a kind of friend, a member of the team while being pampered like THE customer, THE most important visitor and at the same time the nice old uncle you've always known and loved. It's extremely rare and very difficult to describe with words so one "only" word in four: a very big thank you. There would be so much to say: a small library with few books but of high quality and exciting, a host, his wife, his team with "little care", on the lookout for every detail to be pleasant to you, to help you. Son and grandfather pampered by a beautiful golden daughter, I "fell" into another universe of attentive and unimaginable kindness, even 50 years ago

Everything is perfect. With a king size bed it would be fabulous.
The reception and the room are very good. Unfortunately, the noise from the rooms next to and above ours is unbearable. We were on the 2nd floor. The first night the room next to ours woke us up at 4:40 am. It was impossible to get back to sleep. To top it all off, the maids start work very early around 8:15 am and from that moment on it was impossible to rest. The cleaning trolleys are parked in the hallway and there is a constant coming and going. Why intervene so early and inconvenience the guests for the short time they have left to occupy the room? Indeed, the room must be vacated by 11 am and upon arrival it is only possible to access it from 3:30 pm. Have the cleaning done between 11 am and 3:30 pm and the guests will be satisfied. Finally, a lot of walking noise, the floor making noise and doors closing loudly. That's a lot for a hotel of this standing. Rather than making the effort to operate in an eco-responsible manner, wouldn't it be wiser to improve the soundproofing in the rooms? Very disappointing.

Very friendly staff, cozy room with very original round bed, cleanliness throughout. Very quiet despite being located in the city center. Swimming pool on the roof terrace with a very pretty view of the collegiate church of Villefranche de Rouergue. Impeccable Wi-Fi connection. Very spacious shower. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room (only small point: put a socket at the desk where the kettle is placed, because I had to plug it into the bathroom socket).

Room 14: Round bed, fine, but the mattress was on its last legs: sagging and it felt like sleeping on a plank. No space around the bed, tiny room. Had to push the bed aside to be able to sit at the desk and work. Difficult access to the bathroom, misaligned mirror lighting, only able to see one side of your face when shaving. The shower, however, was pleasant.

This hotel in the heart of the historic town of Villefranche is flawless. Its architecture and ambiance blend tradition and modernity. Everything is within walking distance. Cars can be parked free of charge in the free parking lot directly across from the hotel. Special mention to the whole team: warm, caring and human, in love with their city (good advice and brochures available, for all tastes: from its manager Romain to the service or room team, we feel an atmosphere of healthy and cooperative social climate. Everyone waltzes without stress in the nooks and crannies of this comfortable, human-sized hotel... right up to the rooftop pool or the gym. Also special mention to the choice of breakfast products... varied, beautiful, good, respecting a choice of local or organic products and limiting as much as possible industrial products for mass consumption. Every detail is taken care of in this establishment. Ultra high-end bedding too, with a restful sleep and in a religious calm (in this city with many chapels!). Breakfast possible facing the Chapel of the Black Penitents, an architectural splendor that has survived the ages. Bravo and thank you. It is flawless.

Too impersonal: being here or elsewhere is not very different... "international" style. And the partner restaurant for the evening stopover is tasteless (the ice cream parlor). In summer it must really be better with access to the terrace!

I didn't like the round bed, and neither did the waffle-textured sheets. It's difficult for someone with a hearing aid to place the washing machine at the edge of the bed without a bedside table or stand.
