We had a fantastic experience and tried the backstage area; the decor is amazing. The room is spacious, unique, beautiful, and very comfortable. It's the perfect room for a musician! A rock 'n' roll vibe with a lovely Chesterfield sofa area. The staff is very welcoming.
Products expired a year ago. The condition of the hairdryer. The bathtub leaks and is dangerous because it's slippery.
Thank you for the room change, because in the first one the radiator wasn't heating.

Tub in bathroom is not suitable for elderly, disabled people. Risk of falling when getting in and out is very high. There is no handhold. Is it even allowed to build like this?

2-night stay in August 2025 Good points: hotel location in the city center. Bedding, breakfast, welcome, Indigo car park and metro nearby, restaurants nearby Disadvantage: rooms overlooking the street (noisy at night) do not allow you to sleep with the window open in summer (no air conditioning) To improve: 3-leaf shower door difficult to operate, TV channels to tune to the new channels
Our room was on 5th floor and the lift broke down for part of our visit. A long climb for 80-year-olds!
It would have been helpful to have some advice re parking - I did enquire before our visit, but had no response.
The room was very hot, over 35 degrees in my opinion. No air conditioning, nor a large enough fan. The room was habitable again around 2-3 a.m.

Spacious and comfortable room on the 4th floor. Quiet. Next to the metro, and a stone's throw from the Cathedral. Breakfast is quite minimalist, with the TV on the Cnews news channel it's not great for the peace and quiet... Elevator malfunction problem. Lack of storage in the room.

No air conditioning. Room with light switches to look for: they were all at the head of the bed...
Perfect base tight in the centre of town. Nice room, spacious. Shower good. Nice breakfast. Storage for our bikes. No adverse experiences.
This hotel was very well placed in town, near the castle which was great to explore. Breakfast was delicious each morning (not included, but a nice spread), and we had no issue finding food for my daughter to eat despite her allergies. In our room, the shower leaked past the glass like something fierce, but all in all that was the only issue we came across. While the room was small, it suited us perfectly.
