Very pleasant staff, good quality bedding and clean premises

Very happy with our choice. We will return on our next stay in Carpentras.

Quiet hotel despite being in the city center, perfect for exploring from Ventoux to Alpilles via the Luberon, very stylish decor, room a little small but comfortable, top-notch breakfast with good coffee, the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.

The room we were given was very, very small and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The breakfast on the second day wasn't fresh, and we had paid €15 for breakfast. We would like to highlight the excellent service we received, both from the person who checked us in the afternoon and the person who served us breakfast in the morning.

We received a very warm welcome. A small anecdote: there was no electricity in the room, but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes 😀 Thank you for this thoughtful gesture, and all the best for the future.

I stayed at your hotel three times: - the first time, the floor of the room was sticky; soda must have been spilled, and the cleaning hadn't been done properly. - the second time, I couldn't connect to the internet, and the air conditioner, even when turned off, was noisy all night. - the third time, the same noise problem with the air conditioning, even when turned off, plus it was cold even though the heating was set to 28°C. The TV was poorly positioned, making it difficult to watch TV comfortably, and there were internet connection problems. In short, that was the last time I stayed.

Everything went very well; we were a group and everything was done as requested. They were very accommodating. We recommend them and will gladly return.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay. The restaurant is also very refined and the food is delicious. Breakfast was also very good. We will be back.

A very nice establishment; the reception and restaurant are beautiful and well-decorated, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was rather minimalist and small, but the bed was very comfortable! Excellent value for money.

Room not very clean, sticky floor

Two minor problems: The nightlight doesn't work. The TV wasn't properly attached to the wall.

The hotel was very clean, with a peaceful atmosphere; you could feel a sense of serenity. The three slightly negative points: 1. Paid parking; 2. The room facing the boulevard was a bit noisy; 3. The elevator was unreliable! It got stuck when we went down to leave.

The perfect place to stay in Carpentras, right in the city center. A quiet and well-decorated hotel with an adjoining restaurant.

The website should clearly state that breakfast and parking are extra. Upon arrival, you get the feeling you're being ripped off. The rooms are really small, but everything else is fine.

Great place, simple and efficient

My experience is mixed. Let me explain: the hotel itself was fine, no particular problems, and the staff was also good, except for one man who, from what I understand, isn't the manager. He's unpleasant, doesn't care about you, is pedantic, and thinks he's superior.
