Very short but quality stay

Excellent dinner and comfortable bed. the server, in the evening at the restaurant, was attentive and very informative about the wines and the region. I thank him. Welcome at the hotel by the ungraceful hostess who led me to room 12. Room with defective WC whose flush emptied and filled all night. Room overlooking very noisy street. When reported in the morning at the reception I was told that he knew it since the previous occupant had reported it to them. Not even a word of apology or a feeling of being sorry. I was only passing through the area and apart from the friendliness of the server at dinner, we had the impression of disturbing the hoteliers.

Everyone is friendly and warm while remaining very professional and efficient. The kitchen is really mastered and excellent! Everything exudes passion in the preparation of the dishes and the choice of wines from the region. The hostelry is also up to par! A very nice place to which we will definitely return! well maintained hotel, especially the rooms with terrace are nice. very good restaurant with very friendly and knowledgeable service. breakfast was also fine. only downside is that you hear the water (shower, toilet) flowing from the rooms above and the road is heard in the rooms.

Room at the street side: every time a car or tractor passes, it wakes you up.
Excellent meal but disappointing that it seemed impossible to have brown bread instead of white for breakfast. And I could have done without the wait to check in and check out and without the dead mouse in the pool .

Only 5 miles or so from the motorway at Macon so a convenient stopover on the way north or south but would be ideal as a base for exploring the area. Lovely rural setting, comfortable room, excellent food and attentive staff.

Excellent restaurant. We have stayed here twice in two months because the food is so good. The bedrooms are small but fine although the bathroom could do with some modernisation.

A hotel on our way that we did not know at all. We felt good there, we ate well and made contact with friendly people, whether they were the bosses or the employees. Without any problems!!! A little extra: the bosses are also Belgian (it's a joke of course).

In transit. Standard room at the front of the hotel. Room is more than ok for 1 night. However, nuisance from traffic. No air conditioning. Belgian owners (Brussels).

Everything great except the room at street side which was very noisy. As there was no airco we had to leave the windows open. Earplugs were necessary! Bathroom is also rather small. But not a problem when used in turn.

A delightful location, very good attentive staff and management and more importantly the food was extremely good.

When traveling to the south of France, the hotel and restaurant is an ideal stopover. But the hotel is also ideal for a longer stay in the sea of vines between Beaujolais and Burgundy and makes the stay an experience with its very good cuisine.

Nice clean hotel with a good cuisine.
We booked a larger room expecting more space and some chaires to read etc.
However the extra space was occupied with another bed which we did not need and only one not very comfortable chair.

Truly excellent, will definitely stay here again next time we are in France

Very pleasant hotel in a beautiful renovated mill. The rooms are clean, the welcome by Nathalie and Christophe is perfect. The restaurant is very good. Varied, fresh and quality products. Very nice selection of wines. Lack of salt for breakfast, which is not in buffet mode. The wifi in the rooms is a bit weak. Very nice step to recommend in the Maconnais!

Quick and expeditious reception, we feel the passing customer, excellent meal, average room, but good bedding, breakfast not up to the mark of the place .. little choice and rationing.

Inn between Beaujolais and Burgundy. Held by a Belgian team for a few months. We stayed there for one night, Room (n°5) impeccable, despite a somewhat small bathroom with all the comforts. The perfect dinner with a sufficient choice of dishes (we recommend the foie gras!!). The breakfast served at the table and not as a buffet, a bit confusing at first but with all fresh products. The reception and the irreproachable service as well as a large parking lot available. Very good experience and we will definitely come back.

Disappointed with this hotel, very small room not to mention the bathroom (barely enough space to pass between the door and the basin), noise from the road and neighboring rooms. Very average catering and breakfast for a one-night stopover at €100. Too bad because the setting is nice and large parking lot.

A top notch evening, as usual! From dinner to breakfast nothing to say quality products, very clean rooms and bedding to sleep like a baby! The welcome and the service always with a smile, and just for that I would come back again and again ;)

Hôtel très agréable, personnel accueillant, souci de circuits courts, petit déjeuner excellent. Juste un petit bémol sur les oreillers ... et l'ajout d'une bouilloire ou d'un pichet d'eau serait appréciable

Ein kleines gemütliches Hotel inmitten einer schönen Landschaft. Für Kurzaufenthalte bestens zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist hervorragend, ebenso die Weinempfehlungen des Hauses. Wir waren mit 4 Personen für eine Nacht dort und haben Abends dort gegessen. Da wir alle vier unterschiedliche Gerichte hatten, konnten wir uns einen guten Überblick über die Küche machen. Wir waren alle begeistert von der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Gerichte. Preislich durchaus der Qualität und dem Service angemessen, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig. Trotzdem geben wir hier gerne die volle Punktzahl.
Die Zimmer war sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung.
Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind um unseren Wein zu kaufen, werden wir sicherlich wieder dort übernachten.

Une étape dans notre voyage de retour que nous ne regrettons pas. Un très joli lieu, un accueil très chaleureux tant à notre arrivée qu'au dîner. Une restauration excellente servie avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un excellent petit déjeuner et une belle chambre avec un très beau point de vue, juste une salle de bains un peu petite. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement dont nous gardons précieusement l'adresse pour notre prochain voyage dans le sud (nous habitons la somme)

Notre séjour de 2 nuitées ne nous a pas permis malheureusement de tester la piscine.
Une mention particulière pour la partie restauration de très bonne facture. Nous ne pensions pas manger d'excellents moules de Bouchot au cœur du Beaujolais !l
En résumé un établissement où l'on a envie de revenir et que nous recommandons.

Il manquait aussi un peu de place pour le rangement des vêtements dans ce notre chambre

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil ainsi que le restaurant, la cuisine innovante et très bonne.Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette établissement.
