Surrounded by the peaks, the "Zur Alten Mühle" (At the old mill) hotel and restaurant is located on the banks of the Our. There are fourteen comfortable double rooms in this natural setting, at the heart of the Our valley. At the "Zur Alten Mühle" restaurant, the chef is at the helm and loves to surprise guests with new menus serving up regional specialities. We strive to offer a personal service, friendly welcome and family ambiance. As a result, we offer guests: - a private car parking space - free internet in common areas - a motorbike and bicycle garage - a small play area in the garden - two children's days in the restaurant (material and equipment for children in rooms on request). It is always possible, even late at night, to discover what is on offer on the drinks menu at the pleasant hotel hostel. Finally, when the weather is nice, our expansive terrace allows you to laze around beside the magnificent Our river. The cuisine served up at the "Zur Alten Mühle" restaurant is a perfect illustration of the diversity in the region. The chef astutely brings together regional dishes and with a breath of French cuisine, whilst placing great importance on fresh and original produce. Beef, pork and veal all come from farms in the Eifel region, and the delicious trout is fished in the nearby Our river. Game is a speciality. In Autumn, the game comes from the forests in the Our valley, and is straight from the field to the plate, which guarantees the freshness and high level of quality. When the weather is clement, the summer menu favours light and refreshing dishes such as salads and fresh fish. During the asparagus season, this vegetable is honoured, and is served in a variety of styles. When the weather permits, you can enjoy dining on the expansive terrace.
