A house where you feel good!
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Well appointed and clean bedroom. Delicious dinner menu. All you need for breakfast!
We appreciated the warm welcome, the quality of the room, the amenities, and the secure parking. We return to this hotel whenever we visit our children who live in Chamalières. Cédric, the student night watchman, is charming.
The only downside was that the draft beer I had in the late afternoon was lukewarm!
A lovely hotel with a somewhat dated feel, both in the reception area and common areas, as well as in the rooms and bathrooms. Our room was simply furnished. The room and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, the room was close to the elevator, and the soundproofing was quite poor, so we could hear noise from other guests and the cleaning staff while we were still sleeping.

Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Un petit déjeuner suffisamment équilibré et diversifié. Endroit calme. Adresse proche de Royatonic et à une quinzaine de minutes de bus du centre-ville de Clermont-Ferrand par la ligne B. La grande surprise a été Minette, la splendide chartreuse, qu'on a aperçu un soir en train de se balader avec beaucoup de nonchalance et d'élégance dans le lobby. Je recommande l'hôtel.
I received a very warm welcome, a lovely room, comfortable bed, and slept well. A small menu for the restaurant and breakfast would be helpful. I recommend it.

Excellent hotel, beautiful, spacious and clean room, and a very good breakfast. I highly recommend it!
The experience at the hotel was very good in almost all respects. The staff at reception were especially helpful and friendly, providing us with information about buses going into Clermont-Ferrand as well as lending us an adapter, as the gauge of the sockets in our room was different from that in other hotels where we have stayed in France, and our adapter did not work. The service and food in the restaurant was also very good.
A pleasant hotel in a quiet setting, with a comfortable room and good bedding, and a new bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel itself is a bit dated in terms of decor and furnishings, but it is clean and quite pleasant.
Excellent hotel with private parking and a restaurant. Large, well-maintained, and clean room with a good bathroom. Large, comfortable bed. Single toilet without an extractor fan, but smelling like a sewer. The room lacks a coffee maker. The restaurant has a beautiful dining room and finally, tables with tablecloths (one of the few I found in nine days). Attentive, friendly service. My dish (fish) was unremarkable.
Lots of charm, high-quality welcome, a pleasant room (although small in standard format with a headboard not in keeping with the general standing of the hotel) and a high-quality restaurant (cuisine and services). Overall, I am very satisfied with this stopover.
Very warm welcome, charming and very professional staff
This is not a hotel but an "unsafe house" (unmarked step on level 2/intermediate floor => risk of falls, no signage for room/parking access, plywood step leading to the restaurant, etc.) => the Logis de France label should be revoked. Damp/mold odors in room 63. Customer entering the restaurant and immediately asked to leave by the waiter (not an isolated incident).
Wonderful hotel in beautiful gardens. Interior fabulous, well cared for and room recently refurbished with skyline views. Staff amazing and only surpassed by the Hotel cat asleep in her tray on the reception desk - made me smile. Feels like a family hotel, staff in hotel and restaurant very friendly and professional Food delicious! Shall definiely return.
There is a parking lot, but it's not convenient.
Excellent service in every way: welcome, cleanliness, comfort, restaurant. Perfect. The only downside to accessing the hotel is the parking lot, which isn't easy to navigate when it's busy. But it does exist...

Spacious room, quality bathroom, impeccable air conditioning, clean and quiet. A little tip: install hooks to hang towels in the bathroom in addition to the towel warmer.
Pleasant and professional team who do what is necessary to meet the needs and comfort (1 month old baby), functional hotel, appreciable outdoor spaces! Downside for the parking which quickly fills up.
The entire establishment is well organized, the restaurant is very pleasant with a nice decor and layout, the kitchen has a nice menu with good products, the service is impeccable, no waiting despite the crowds, the room is very pleasant and quiet, the breakfast offers quality products in a large space and a perfect welcome. The only small downside is the parking lot fills up quickly but we still manage to park. Thank you to all the staff for our 2 days together, see you soon.
Beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery in the heart of the city.
I stopped off solo at the Royal Saint Mart, which I already knew. It's a delightful little nest, reminiscent of the heyday of this spa town. Very well located in Royat, opposite a superb historical monument and a five-minute walk from Royatonic and the Parc de la Tirtaine. The single room was bright and very clean, as was the modern and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is quiet, and the staff was welcoming. I didn't go to the restaurant this time, but I know it; the food is very good in a beautiful room. And the parking is very convenient.

Beautiful exterior, small room. A double bed plus a single bed is unnecessary and limits the space. The restaurant was adequate, nothing special.
Dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service were very good. Breakfast, however, was rather disappointing and had the feel of cafeteria food: a plastic tray with a paper napkin, raw eggs to be cooked yourself (the water wasn't hot, and there were no egg-based alternatives), and a limited selection. It would be nice to provide glasses in the rooms instead of paper cups.
a truly friendly and caring welcome, hard to find better
We were disappointed with our room. It was nothing like the comfort rooms shown on the official website! While the common areas were superb, there was an extra, bulky bed (not requested) that blocked access to the bed... we had to squeeze between the two beds to get to sleep. There was only one bedside table!

We spent three nights at this hotel: spacious room and bathroom, comfortable. The environment is pleasant with the gardens and the appreciable calm. The dinners in the restaurant were very pleasant in the dining room, and the food very good.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the excellent food was served in the fine surroundings of the restaurant. We had booked a standard room with a large bed which was fine. The ony drawback was getting into the shower! We are fairly slim people but we had to press ourselves against the bathroom wall to get past the shower door! A simple redesign would solve the problem.
It would also have been nice if the hotel had provided complimentary water in the room.
Perfect hotel, room, and restaurant. Special mention to the restaurant servers and the breakfast staff. A mini fridge in the room would be a plus during hot weather. The number of parking spaces for cars is a bit limited, but it's manageable. In conclusion, we will gladly return.

Very nice hotel with parking located in a beautiful location. The hotel allows for late check-outs, which is appreciated in the summer. The staff seems to be the strong point of the establishment, with a high level of service. I recommend it. The only area for improvement would be the appearance of the breakfast buffet, but the quality is good.

Quiet hotel, good location
Overall a good stop. Great welcome, good dinner which was efficiently served by shiva who looked after us well and had a great sense of humour. Our room, which was otherwise good, had a very old carpet and there was no bottle of water or kettle which is usually available in similar properties. Public areas good, staircases a bit tired

And throughout our short stay, we were welcomed by the server Shiva, and we very much appreciated his attention to us, worthy of a head waiter.
