A very pleasant surprise. The restaurant is good and the food is well-prepared. The hotel is very decent; I loved being able to try out some of the 1,000 games available. The only downside is that the light fixtures in the rooms need replacing (the fluorescent lights take a long time to turn on).

I called at 2PM to ask if my room was ready to be able to refresh myself before to go for a meeting and the answer has been "No" without checking if my room was ready. The person explained that I had to pay to 20euros to have the room 2hours before. I don't understand why it is not possible to get the room earlier if it is ready. I do understand to pay an extra charge to ask to have the ready before the check in time but not in the case of not asking and just get the room if by change it is ready before.
I recommend this hotel, very warm welcome even when arriving at the restaurant at 9 p.m.

The room decor is average and needs a good refresh. The mattress is good, but the pillows are much too soft. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is great! The food is excellent and the service is perfect.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room was very nice, good facilities all round.
A stopover to break up our journey. A great hotel that welcomes dogs (a real plus). The quadruple room was a bit small, but more than adequate for one night. The room was beautifully decorated. The restaurant was very convenient next door. The staff was helpful. In short, we didn't regret our stay.

A very basic hotel for a 3-star hotel. The room was very run-down (cracked wall with falling plaster, damp corner, dirty wall, etc.). The staff was very friendly, but the hotel doesn't live up to 3-star standards; it feels more like a hostel, judging by the room we had. It was unusual, having two floors, but it wasn't practical, with very limited space, and no air conditioning upstairs.

Very disappointed with the price/quality ratio 125 euros with breakfast, small room, mediocre decor, no minibar, uncomfortable bedding, duvet even though it was 40 degrees, hot and unpleasant material, the pool was good but spoiled by the noise and smell of a band that started up every 5 minutes. The 2 positive points: the bathroom, nothing to say, and the friendliness of the staff, otherwise much too expensive compared to the services provided.

Very comfortable and quiet room. The staff is friendly. Two small drawbacks: *when booking, arrival is possible at 3 p.m. but in front of the hotel it is not possible before 4 p.m. *the price of breakfast, €13, is exorbitant given the products on offer: cheap ham, for example... and you have to manage as best you can to serve yourself. Too bad...

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having an electric car charging station. When I booked, I asked a question about electric car charging: what type and under what conditions? Not only did they not answer me, but when I arrived, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding that there was no charging station. I had to drive around the city to find one and charge my car.

My only negative experience was that I arrived early. This was as a result of flying from Dublin to Biarritz on 05:45 flight and driving from there to Bergerac. I arrived at 13:00 and was advised room was not ready. I would have been happy to have lunch and wait but this wasn’t offered. So I had lunch in Bergerac and slept in car for 90 minutes.

Impeccable welcome, some remarks that were taken into account, commercial gesture appreciated. Quiet hotel, comfortable bedding, it's a good address. On the restaurant side, things are getting a bit worse. The burger is original but the fries... unsuitable pdt... black, soft and therefore too greasy.

A little disappointed by the room, dilapidated and austere. Surprised, because the photos on the site are very flattering, by the "average" side of the room, clearly I expected much better. Otherwise very pleasant welcome and attentive staff, quality evening meal (stopover evening), nice setting.

We chose Logis Hotel + Restaurant Ludik in Bergerac because it seemed to have more character that your typical hotel. We loved the place! Very kind and professional staff who put so much care into everything. And if you happen to love games, this would be an amazing experience. The whole place is game themed and there are tons of games to play – even escape games. The restaurant/bar was great, too.

We had a family room sleeping four for three adults. Lucky to get the book themed room, two single beds downstairs and a large double upstairs on a mezzanine level. Kettle and basic tea/coffee upstairs. Air con and super comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Check in very friendly, dinner in adjoining restaurant lovely, lots of games in reception. Didn’t use the pool but looked ok. Very close to airport.

I recommend this hotel for the quality of its welcome. Everything. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is complete and plentiful. The concept is great with children. The only downsides are the insufficient air conditioning in the duplex rooms and the lack of storage for a family over several days. I will happily return to the Ludik Hotel in Bergerac.

Great hotel with so many board games to play. Staff are very friendly and nice. Swimming pool is massive plus too. We really liked the casualness of the place, made us feel right at home. The food at breakfast was very nice and the restaurant was brilliant from decor to food. The only downsides is the accessibility without a car as it's near a main road and the aircon wasn't that strong so got pretty warm in the room and the bedsheets had a ruffle on it which I found hard to sleep with (would prefer smooth sheets).

Very welcoming. Good overall experience
We chose this hotel as we'd been very pleased with Logis de France hotels in the past. We had booked a double room with shower and were disappointed to find that the shower was only a 'rinsing' shower and one couldn't stand underneath it. As we were staying for eight nights, we asked if the room could be changed for one with a 'real' shower and we were moved the following day. From then on, everything was excellent!
Excellent location clean rooms to recommend
Friendly helpful staff, taxi to Bergerac town centre or airport was 17 to 18 euros one way so expensive if you don't have a car and make multiple trips. We walked back from the town centre once a which was 1 1/2 miles, pleasant enough in daylight although no footpath for the last 1/2 mile near the hotel and it is a fast busy road. Unsure if there was a regular bus service on this route Hotel rooms a little dated but serviceable, quiet and the shower was excellent. Food in the restaurant next door good and quick service
