The reception was poor, we didn't feel welcome. Despite the cold weather, the heating was off. The restaurant is closed on WE. Help finding a replacement for it could have resulted in a better rating. When booking for the WE would be helpful to get a note that the restaurant is then closed.

Pleasant stopover in Argonay! Pleasant reception. Quiet hotel well located with a view of the Annecy valley. Catering excellent price / performance ratio. Room with good bedding, clean and well heated, but needs to be updated in terms of equipment.

Very warm and friendly welcome. We could not have dinner in the evening because the restaurant was closed for the weekend but the owner directed us to another restaurant "Les Agapes" where the Savoyarde fondue was excellent. Very clean. I recommend both establishments.

Great little hotel for overnight stop en route. Good family rooms with four beds. Very accommodating hotel owner making our arrival late at night stress free. Nice breakfast, perfect for our needs.

We stayed (2 couples, 2 rooms) for 4 nights, so we were able to appreciate: The quiet location of the establishment, The friendliness of the welcome, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, The cleanliness of the rooms The comfort The quality of the equipment, The ease of parking and ... a significant advantage when you know the difficulties of traffic and parking in Annecy, the immediate proximity of the bus station taking you to the heart of the city of Annecy. We also enjoyed the restaurant on 4 evenings in a row. Very good choice, then!

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel like friends. The hotel is quiet the room was spotless. The restaurant was excellent. As tourists we wanted to see Annecy - the number 9 bus takes you from opposite the hotel straight to the station in Annecy and runs twice an hour.

The only slightly negative aspect is that we arrived on Sunday evening, the restaurant being closed. And on the spot really nothing comparable to eat (the 'Italian' thing recommended by the owner was horrible) in a satisfying way as probably at home. Breakfast has us much more on the terrace!

Some rooms on the 2nd floor have windows overlooking an eave with a Velix placed too high. Thus, there is no view possible (watch out for claustrophobes) and the brightness is insufficient (reading with artificial light in the middle of the afternoon). Fortunately, the management agreed to change our room after 24 hours of quite depressing stay for a hotel of this category. No courtesy tray, not even a bottle of water as the bar is closed on weekends. Very dark bathroom with decor from another time. The generally very welcoming staff makes up for these inconveniences.

The room was sadly nothing like the ones in the pictures. With a very dated bathroom.

Very pleasant one-night stay en route to the Alps. Situated on the outskirts of Annecy in a very peaceful and attractive residential area. The bus to central Annecy leavevs from just in front of the hotel and takes 25 minutes which worked really well. Lovely dinner in the restaurant. Good, though slightly pricey, buffet breakfast - boiled eggs was the only "cooked" option. All the staff were weclcoming and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Very kind and courteous staff. In my opinion, too expensive in relation to the rooms offered, not too well kept and given that breakfast costs €13 per person, in addition to the cost of the stay and the buffet is not very varied. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the center of Annecy.

no privacy between the 2 rooms. A door has been removed!! Defective bathroom door, Remained locked inside because the lock got stuck!!! Breakfast full of bees and flies and queuing to help yourself due to the narrow and narrow position of the buffet

Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Unfortunately there was no room at the hotel restaurant but she gave us the advice to go to Tribeca bistro which could have better service but has great food.

The next day she advices us to visit Col de la Forclaz instead of Annecy because it was very busy with the fête de Lac. Another great advice.

The hotel is a bit vintage but very charming in a quiet neighborhood.

It was great ! But small negative point the bottle of water was charged to us at 5€20 without telling us for the restaurant... Too bad! I still recommend the restaurant we had a blast!!! Congratulations to the chef 😁 and the waitresses 👌

A very welcoming and ideal location to enjoy Annecy and its surroundings. The pluses: - The welcome and the service, taking care of the customers! - The calm in the room, the location, the free parking, the bus stop to get to the center of Annecy, the air conditioning. - The breakfast is good, the restaurant with a varied menu and tasty dishes on the terrace and a breathtaking view. Cons: - Nothing really penalizing but a small refrigerated space (mini-bar type) to put a drink or a milk dessert would have been appreciated.

this hostel really deserves a stop. The manager and all the staff are very welcoming and smiling. The cuisine is excellent. Very convenient to reach Annecy by bus. bus station in front of the hotel. Thank you from the Ruthenians (Rodez).

Nice hotel but no air conditioning (warm stay!) and not enough electrical outlets (you have to unplug the TV to plug in the kettle) and no socket on the bed side for the telephone… too bad because nice room with terrace.

A very good address near Annecy but far enough away to find calm in a remarkable setting. The breakfast was classic but complete in savory and sweet, without particular emphasis on local products. A little high price but still reasonable in this very touristy region.

Very warm welcome: we were assigned a large room with a view of the mountains (pleasant to wake up to) restaurant closed on weekends but recommendation of a very good establishment nearby. Un établissement proche d'Annecy, une situation géographique agréable. Un établissement qui visiblement va encore améliorer plusieurs de ses chambres. Une bonne adresse pour dans l'état d'esprit des "logis de France".

Correct et bien dans l'ensemble, literie confortable, la salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur de la chambre et mériterait une rénovation au regard du prix de la nuitée.
Le prix du petit déjeuner continental (13 euros) ne se justifie pas pour des cafés à la machine et de l'assortiment des produits proposés .
La carte du restaurant est élaborée, un menu serait souhaitable pour limiter l'addition si on choisit un repas complet....

Petite terrasse avec table et chaises, mais dommage que la terrasse d'une chambre familiale n'ait que 2 places assises. Mais, pour une étape d'une nuit, ce n'était pas important.

Une équipe au top, mais l'hôtel est plus que vieillot et mal isolé. Trop bruyant dommage car l'accueil est vraiment très bien. Nous avons très bien mangé mais dan un cadre qui date des année 70. Les stores de la chambre et de la salle de bain a descendre à la main. Autant mettre des rideaux occultants comme ailleurs. Juste un drap sur le lit, pas de couette, juste une vieille couverture bleue dans l'armoire.

Toutefois surprise, que personne ne nous a demandé notre pass sanitaire.
Poussières désagréables sur les abat-jour et tête de lit...mais matelas confortable, malgré une chambre très petite!!! Annecy est tellement belle, qu'on oubli ces petits désagréments.

A besoin d être entièrement rénovée. Pas accessible pour les personnes handicapées. Repas correct , sans plus.
Le prix est trop cher pour les prestations proposées.
