Very friendly welcome, beautiful personalized hotel. Very good restaurant
We stayed 2 nights in this establishment, we had an evening meal and 2 breakfasts. The welcome was great and all the staff took great care of us. The room was comfortable and functional. The meal was good and so was the breakfast. I recommend this establishment.

We were very well received, before our arrival, by the quick response to my email, then by the effective consideration of my wife's gluten intolerance: she had two gluten-free breads for breakfast, which is significantly better than most hotels.

The water in the shower was not draining which resulted in an overflow. I haven't finished my shower. I reported it to which I was told there was no problem before. No excuses, no customer care

We had very delayed flights which we were not able to communicate until very late as we were flying so were not able to make it to the hotel before the 10pm policy. However, the hotel went out of its way to make alternative arrangements for us to arrive very late and still get a good night’s sleep. We were very grateful, thank you.
