Altes, gepflegtes Haus, dass man in jedem Falle weiterempfehlen kann. Einzig mit der Matratze hatte eine Person von drei zu kämpfen :-)

A very warm welcome, a charming and courteous atmosphere, a very comfortable and quiet room with good bedding, and a very good meal in the elegant setting of the restaurant. In short, everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.
Disappointed. The room was outdated. We were told that we would eventually be moved to a brighter room (which sounded great at first). We arrived in this room with a small window. The room was incredibly dark and didn't have the modern rooftops shown in the photos on the website. Being curious, I peeked into the rooms my cleaning lady was cleaning and noticed that the other rooms had large windows and were much nicer decorated, not old-fashioned like mine. There was mold on the ceiling and other parts of the bathroom. It makes you wonder if booking through Booking.com means the hotel doesn't downgrade its customers. There's a lack of customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Also, breakfast was only served for an hour. Extremely disappointed. I won't be back.
Fantastic stay! The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, and comfortable, housed in a charming Belle Époque building. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

Well located hotel. The day we arrived, Friday, the receptionist was very kind, pleasant, professional, helpful, and smiling. However, on Sunday morning, at breakfast, the person who was there was not at all helpful or pleasant, which was a change for us.
Superb hotel but a more than disappointing welcome. Apart from telling us the amount to pay and the credit card machine, there was little communication upon our arrival. We couldn't even find out if it was possible to eat at the restaurant. We finally went to eat opposite the beach with much friendlier people. Very pleasant room but a terrible smell of insecticide that forced us to open the window (the insecticide spray was also on the desk, which can be worrying! Fortunately, the person in the morning at breakfast (good but expensive) was very pleasant

Everything is very good, but there is no elevator.
We can't eat in the rooms, the thermostat is already preset so it's impossible to set the heating or air conditioning to our liking. The TV volume is locked to 16 so as not to disturb, but being hard of hearing I had difficulty. Considering the price of the room I find all this a bit excessive.

We have mixed feelings about this stay. It was impossible to sleep from 5am until 7am...with the constant noise from the room above! Was someone moving in?
This small and charming hotel in the center of the seaside resort is located. Even though it's a bit noisy in places, you really feel very comfortable. Breakfast is good and nicely presented. Everything you need for a beach holiday is in the immediate vicinity. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Important for those who aren't so good on foot: the hotel doesn't have an elevator...

Good hotel, however the bedding was not great, the mattress must be very old and therefore uncomfortable, you could feel all the bed springs.

A truly pleasant surprise in a hotel in a seaside resort that is both welcoming and active!
The hotel is well located on the main street close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel is okay, the room too, but a few details leave something to be desired: traces of mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat is unstable, poorly installed or the wrong size, only one bedside table... The breakfast is okay, standard for a 3-star hotel, but the cereal bread is fresh every other day, a shame! (and fresh bread is still the main part of breakfast...). No elevator (even if it is indicated, getting luggage up and down is not easy). No parking, spaces are rare nearby but you can park for free within a reasonable distance (300m).

Very warm welcome, the room was as expected, the only downside was the noise from the street (including when the window was closed). And the "vintage" soundproofing which, depending on the neighborhood, can be annoying.

Perfect welcome and staff
This is the first time that a Logis Hotel has disappointed us to this extent. Big soundproofing problem in the rooms, snoring, toilets, showers, parquet floors... We had booked a suite to have a 160 cm bed. The air conditioning is installed above the door frame where the 160 cm bed is located, so it only cools this room and not the whole room, so the other room where the 90 cm bed is located, office, bathroom, it is very hot, no feeling of air conditioning 🥵 Tiny bathroom, shower mixer, you have to be called Arnold Schwarzenegger to change the temperature. Regarding breakfast at the price of 13€/person open from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., if you arrive at 9:15 a.m. you are no longer entitled to the only seed bread of the day. Yesterday, there was only one croissant and one baguette left in the pastries, both of which weren't fresh. There wasn't much variety. For 1 night it's okay, we really regret having booked 3. The vacuum cleaner was not used for 3 days, the 2 tea bags (thank you for those who drink coffee and sugar present on the welcome tray of the 1st day, non-existent the other 2 days while there is no reduction for 3 days. Plastic cups (camping) Not even a bottle of water in the room. There is a mini water dispenser at reception which is not even refrigerated No empathy from the management because we are still waiting for him to ask us if we had a good stay, when returning the keys!! Normal, he must have been informed by the young girl present at breakfast (very kind and who does what she can with what she has) because I expressed my dissatisfaction that it had been 2 days since the basket of special bread was empty at 9:15 a.m. This Hotel does not deserve its 3 stars 👎

We came to Chatelaillon for a long weekend and stayed two nights at the Magestic. We were very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the hotel management. The service is excellent, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and charming. We recommend this hotel, ideally located just steps from the market and the beach.
The hotel absolutely does not deserve its 3 stars except for the location. The room is borderline and there is not even a kettle or coffee maker, plastic cups in the bathroom....

Very satisfied with our stay. The room is spacious for two adults plus a child. The breakfast is great 😁 and the hotel is about a 100m walk from the beach. We will definitely return.

The presence of a kettle in the room is a plus. No elevator, and with a suitcase, the second floor seems very high...
