I love this hotel!
It is set in an historic street with lots of interesting shops and restaurants.
My room, although small, was nicely furnished with a desk and lamp. Nice and warm with the radiator on and controllable.
The bathroom was new, spotlessly clean equipped with everything one would need; toiletries, plenty of towels and even a hairdryer.
I have no hesitation in recommending Hotel des Chardons Bleues!

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad ist Schimmel vorhanden. Die „hausgemachte“ Marmelade hat vergoren geschmeckt und wurde unappetitlich präsentiert. Generelle Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Terrible
Unfortunately, the hotel is extremely dated! The hairdryer and electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The silicone sealants were missing or sagging poorly. Because the hotel is also a seafood restaurant, the rooms reeked of fish. There is no parking. However, the beds were very large and extremely comfortable. The room was very spacious. And the owner was super nice. The location in Roscoff is perfect.
Excellent time spent. Great evening stopover. The owner is very attentive, the food is excellent, I recommend it.
The hotel was closed when we arrived at 9:30 p.m., and no one answered the phone. We had to find another hotel urgently. And of course, we paid in advance.
Very poor value for money for a room at €95 without breakfast, we expected better. Small room, no air conditioning. The hotel could do with a good refresh. We hardly slept all night because it was very hot in the room and we had to leave the window open. A lot of noise outside until 5 a.m.

Reserved two rooms. Confirmed this to owner at time of reservation and day before arrival. On arrival owner advised he had only one room. No explanation and no apology. Unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
We were greeted amidst the restaurant tables. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty. The third floor has no elevator. The room was made up inadequately. We were asked to pay for the room, which had already been paid for upon arrival.
Small, quiet, and very friendly hotel in the heart of Roscoff. Very good breakfast with delicious jams. Very warm welcome. We highly recommend it.
Old hotel, unpleasant smell in the stairwell, cockroaches in the rooms.
The price of the room - 95€ - does not correspond at all to the quality. Cleanliness: OK but nothing more, "welcome" borderline, breakfast officially at 8am but no one before 8.15 and very limited breakfast: reheated coffee without sugar or milk, bread and a croissant with butter and jam but no yogurt or fruit or egg... it's not worth the 9€!!
Very well located hotel on the main street in the center of the old village, easy to access by car, very warm welcome from the owner, large clean room with very good bedding, free parking nearby, on-site catering available, overall very good value for money in high tourist season.
We were content - but hotel not suited for handicapped people
Old-fashioned hotel that could do with a bit of a facelift and, above all, a clean one! Uncomfortable bedding, not very clean room. Classic breakfast with homemade jams. Small downside, the jars and their spoons are passed from table to table! I just hope the person before us didn't lick the spoon 😲
All good. Center of town. Big room for the price.
This family run hotel captures everything that's brilliant about Logis. Sympathetic to the history and look of the town it comfortably sits in (if you're after a hotel that gets re-fitted every year, this one's not for you) a wonderful experience for the senses. Just about everything is home-made for the menu, carefully, skilfully and deliciously. Chapeau Gilbert and family, see you soon we hope.

Cheap clean and prime location
We booked this via booking.com. I read some bad reviews on the site afterwards but then, some people expect 5 star accommodation & service at a 2 star price & complain about minor issues. Bearing in mind that it was a 2 star hotel, located in the main street in Roscoff, we were satisfied with the room, service etc. We arrived with 2 bikes and the owner was very accommodating even though storage space was very limited.
The restaurant was closed for the 2 nights we stayed; however their home made jams and ice cream were delicious.
If you have poor mobility, it's probably not a good place to stay as there is no lift & bedrooms are on 3 floors. I can't remember if this fact is highlighted in the hotel description.
The welcome is cordial and direct. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are perfectly clean. The breakfasts are abundantly served and the homemade jams made by the owner are worth the detour alone (blueberry, mirabelle plum, apricot, plum and I forget some!). The only downside is that the service provider who installed the hotel's Wi-Fi or who advised the owners is incompetent! On the third floor, all that's missing is the noise of the 56k modem's "carrier" to make you think you've gone back to 1988... Fortunately, the hotel is ideally located in the city center and the 4G/5G reception is very good. On the third floor, 2 rooms offer a beautiful view of the bay. A little set back from the port, we found that the hotel provided quiet nights (window wide open all night). If we consider the essentials (reception, table and comfort of the beds) the mission is very well accomplished for a reasonable price given its location. We recommend!

Badly received, room and especially bathroom disgusting even very dirty, mold present. Breakfast was supposed to be ready for 8:00 a.m. at 8:45 a.m. there was no one and the hotel room side closed phone on voicemail, we left leaving the key in the room lock, I have never had such accommodation conditions. Unworthy of a hotel and for your image De logis de France I think you should review the conditions, and the first one cleanliness and hygiene.
I first stayed here in 2024 and I enjoyed my stay so much that I returned recently.
We had a great stay! The peace and quiet in the city center was remarkable. Plus, the room was spacious and the bedding was very good. We slept very well. We also really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. This kind of quality is rare and it should be emphasized. Thank you again.
