View the hotel's answerPoor check-in experience. I booked two double rooms via the app at a price quoted of 160 euros including breakfast. On arrival we were told i had not booked two rooms and had only one room, apparently booked for 'cyclists special rate' and therefore had to pay an additional amount and without breakfast (as this was only available for cyclists). I tried to explain to the receptionist that there was no mention of this on tbe app but she seemed irritated and annoyed by our presence..

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff
Overall a good experience, except that there is indeed an accessible parking lot, even though we were told the opposite by email, and the bath towels are a bit "rough," they need to be changed for softer towels after a nice shower!
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good, featuring local products. The hotel is very well located in the city center.

The hotel is very well maintained. The room was a bit small but well laid out, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; you could hear the neighbor quite clearly. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's a shame you have to go out for dinner as there's no restaurant on site. However, it's worth noting the effort made to offer guests the overnight package with a partner restaurant.
Insufficient lighting. Narrow shower access. Table too narrow for a computer.
Just a small point. Unless I'm mistaken (which is possible), I didn't find a clothes rack in the bathroom, and there's also no towel rack there. Apart from that, everything was fine.
Very friendly and very helpful
A comfortable and accessible hotel with secure parking. As an electric vehicle owner, I was able to recharge my car at a charging station located just steps from the hotel (near the bus station). The staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast features fresh products from local producers.

Very good stay, there were 12 of us, aged 3 to 70, and we rented 4 rooms, including the family suite for us and our grandchildren. Great breakfast, generous and varied, we had a private room for just us, the staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you again for this stay.
It's a three-star hotel, so it has minimal requirements. There's no minibar, a bit of dust everywhere. The breakfast selection and quality are average, but there's a very large private car park.

We had requested a baby bed which was placed with little attention for our daughter, which we greatly appreciated. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and the room very comfortable.
I loved my stay at this hotel. I only stayed one night. It was perfect. A warm welcome, a nice room and a great breakfast. I was able to chat with the manager, who was passionate and smiling. I would add that the hotel has a slightly old-fashioned charm which is very pleasant.
