Hello and thank you to the hotel team
The room was pleasantly decorated, with nice waffle-textured bed linens. However, there were far too many settings for the shower. You had to let the cold water run for a very long time before getting a hot shower. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, with very good pastries and an excellent baguette.

This is a top-notch hotel in Vendôme. Ideally located in this charming little town surrounded by water, the rooms are superbly equipped and perfectly suited to your needs, the bar is very cozy, and the service is exceptional. Incidentally, but importantly, pets are welcome, and a huge thank you for that. Highly recommended.

On Friday evening, Stéphane was a great help with our check-in. On Saturday evening, he also took the time to call his manager to create a second key card for my wife, son, and myself, allowing separate access to our room. On Saturday morning, Sandrine was equally helpful in addressing our concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Having checked in around 7 p.m., it was difficult for us to see the unsanitary conditions around the dining table. With a photo as proof, Sandrine called the cleaning lady, who agreed to clean, despite her obvious annoyance. On Sunday, for check-out, the Moldovan staff member was very friendly and courteous.

The hotel's private parking allows you to leave your car there and explore the city on foot. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
Everything was clean, thought about and when we arrived early, our key was on the front desk; very welcoming!
Good overall experience but the shower column is really very old with the temperature control knob almost ripped off. This is unfortunately a bit recurrent in the rooms I have had in the hotel, the rest being really good (coffee, tea, fridge etc.)

Nice room, good bed but lacks air conditioning even though it is under the roof. No elevator to go up: 3 floors with undecorated staircase, downright ugly and open in several places to the laundry room with towels on the floor and unusual and ugly objects. Cleanliness ok. Paid parking! Breakfast ok. Overall old-fashioned. Lots of services to improve but the night was ok. The boss is rather understanding and friendly. The boss is not welcoming.

Overall, a very pleasant stay, from the room to the breakfast, the bar (with its appetizer platters), not forgetting the convenient parking. All of this was enhanced by some wonderful encounters, starting with the chef (thank you for sharing your time with us - and the recipe for Rougail sausage!), Florian (a follow-up regarding the bill - the complimentary aperitif on Friday, June 30th was indeed charged! - it was a paid gift!), and the hotel manager!

Very well located hotel in the city center, very welcoming and very clean.
The windows offer absolutely no soundproofing. The noise level is catastrophic on the street side and even worse on the first floor.
