Delighted with this stay in this perfectly maintained hotel! I was particularly touched by the kindness of the hotelier, his knowledge of the town of Cognac, his practical suggestions (parking, nearby restaurant). I warmly recommend!

A lovely stay. Staff very welcoming (and spoke English which was very helpful). Nice rooms - very clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. A nice bar with lots of choice. Easy to find and park. Good base for exploring the Cognac area. Thouroughly recommend a stay here.

We were provided with a room that had a shower not a bath as requested. The room was very clean but perhaps a little too small if I was to be "picky", but for our one night stay it was fine. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The reception gentleman was very kind and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and had parking at the side of it.

A warm ,helpful and professional service . The accommodation was clean and modern. The facilities were well maintained. This was a perfect stop over for us only 5 mins to Cognac centre.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small but well furnished. You can sit outside by the pool. The breakfast is excellent. There is a fridge in the room!

The hotel is a very good stopover in Cognac if you are passing through for professional reasons. The welcome is very pleasant. The rooms are clean, quiet and functional. If you opt for breakfast, you will not be disappointed. You will find a wide choice of bread, brioche, pastries, tea, coffee, fruit, cheese, cold meats...

Room renovated, too bad the insulation between rooms was a little ineffective, otherwise it was perfect

Very short stay, one night. The hotel is welcoming, the staff smiling. Very good bedding. Slightly noisy when you keep the window open because it is a busy street. The pool area is nicely decorated and quiet. Little extra, a bathroom with window and therefore very well lit. The hotel is quite well located, free parking and very easy to access. If we were to return to the area, we would probably book here.

A top team, attentive to its customers, bends over backwards to satisfy you and inform you about the region. Room with quality bedding. with safe and mini-fridge. Minimalist bathroom but everything is there, including a hairdryer, all impeccably clean. Hearty and varied breakfast, nice atmosphere. We will return.

Took this hotel to make a stopover towards Nantes. Very aged and surprised. Warm atmosphere, service +. Considering the season we didn't use the swimming pool, but I imagine that it must be very pleasant. I will definitely come back for work or leisure

I wanted to take a shower the evening of my arrival. No hot water. The next day I reported it. It's good. I answer NO because of this very important point in this cold period. I leave all day, I come back the same. Coming home after sweating at a country dance, in a cool room and not being able to shower... I was cold all night. Like no Hazard the next morning, the water was warm. A priori I was not the only one to have suffered. No commercial gesture. Personally, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Excellent value. The welcome is warm, the room exceptionally clean! It is obviously not 150m², but the bed is very large, comfortable, and you can walk around it without worry, the office area is very practical. There is no shortage of sockets for recharging our electronic equipment. You don't even need to take out the power strip. I appreciated the small kettle with tea and instant coffee. The bathroom is practical, it has a hairdryer, toothbrush and shaving kits for 1 or 2 euros are available. In short, the hotel does not bludgeon the foolish! Really very pleasant and I absolutely recommend! The WiFi connection is simple and efficient, the decoration is obviously focused on Cognac. I loved.

Very good stay. The only downside is the fact that the keys in the room doors make a lot of noise in the rooms next door, especially when the guests don't mind disturbing others.
