We have been going to this establishment for several years and return very regularly.
Perfect.
The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were high quality and the room was spacious and well-equipped.
Excellent stay
Pleasant hotel with welcoming and smiling staff.
Having occasionally passed through the region, I have never been disappointed by this establishment. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay. In summer, the terraces are very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located near a motorway exit and just a few minutes from Auxerre, in a quiet, green setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend it.

A lovely establishment. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive to their guests. The restaurant is excellent, with homemade cuisine.
Every one of the staff were completely charming especially as we had been driving in appalling weather for 12 hours. We received a very warm welcome and the dinner was memorable on all levels.
We will most certainly go out of our way to return in the spring.

It's always a pleasure to return to this lovely establishment, a haven of peace, being both very close to Auxerre and yet secluded. The staff and Alexandra are always attentive to the customer. Returning the next day for lunch with a client, we were both delighted with our culinary experience! We'll definitely be back with the family if we're ever in the area.
A stopover at Moulin de la Coudre is always a pleasure. The welcome is always excellent, and the rooms and food are always impeccable.

I've booked this hotel about fifteen times. Twice for personal reasons (they accept dogs and offer pleasant walks in nature) and the rest of the time for business. The restaurant is affordable for everyone. We chose the €60 menu because it suited us perfectly, but other lower prices are available. We will return every time we pass through the region halfway between western France and Switzerland where we were going. Don't miss visiting Auxerre. Next to a motorway exit. Really very convenient.

Drinks in the room, there could have been two bottles of still water. Everything else was great. The ladies at the reception desk made an incredible effort to communicate.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Don't change a thing. Friendly and pleasant welcome, fast and efficient restaurant, waitress and waiter always attentive, excellent cuisine. Pleasant room and good bedding, generous breakfast and impeccable service.
Good – but the rooms are quite small. Great for short walks with the dog directly from the hotel.

One of the advantages of the hotel was to have a charging station available free of charge. But this service no longer exists.

Overall, it was okay and if I had reservations, it's because there is a clear lack of maintenance of the exteriors, lack of warmth in the decoration and I find that it doesn't have the usual charm of lodgings... it is comparable to a motorway restaurant. In addition, the quality/price ratio is poor.

This place was a great find, very easy to access from the highway, excellent welcome, food and breakfast buffet. And what's more, there are 6 EV charging stations that work perfectly. We will happily return even though it's far from the North. Just a quick note: when we arrived in the comfort room on the ground floor, there was a slight smell of damp, but it quickly disappeared when we opened the window.

We were very well received at the Moulin de la Coudre. The staff were very attentive and thought of everything to make our stay with our 19-month-old son easier. The restaurant with its terrace is very pleasant and very good, and the breakfast was very varied and high-quality! We will be back!

Dissatisfaction with the accommodation offers. Online, the offer was €220 for that day, but over the phone, it was €280. The first one would come with a set menu, the second one would come with a choice of menu. But I didn't get the information until the next morning. So, I don't have the right to choose; it's frustrating, and not at all commercial.

Restaurant à la carte prices too high for the service, 15€ for two small slices of wild boar terrine ..... starter, main course, two glasses of aperitif, two glasses of wine, no dessert but salty note! We know perfectly well that wine by the glass is not tasted, but my husband, in a nod to the Bordeaux that I grew up in a property in St Emilion, said with a smile "it's the lady who will taste", the condescending response of the waiter surprised us !!! The latter also served us the wine too early, so drunk not at all at the right temperature, which shows that giving an air of knowledge by not perceiving the touch of humor of a customer, does not avoid a mistake, which I would describe as basic in the profession! All the staff are very welcoming and very kind. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a comfort room, in which we were able to enjoy the very quiet environment to relax.
