Very humid room, empty shower gel bottle (not reported because at 8 p.m. you don't want to ask for shower gel), very very average cleaning in the bathroom (mold on plinths, cups (in plastic) soaked on the edge of the sink )...no courtesy tray (kettle, tea type)...on arrival a very friendly welcome from a young woman, on the other hand the next day for payment, a very friendly young man, didn't ask me didn't ask if everything went well!! So I didn't tell him of my disappointment... Too bad the site is large, well maintained, near via Rhona, 15 minutes walk from the Carbonnière Tower... a few details could make a big difference! !
You almost have to bring a 4*4 to get to the hotel... a small kettle in the room with a few sachets (tea, herbal tea, etc.) would be welcome. Fortunately I'm skinny otherwise it's impossible to access the toilet 14 euros breakfast...even as much as you like, no thank you
Hello spacious room however very old furniture, not comfortable bed (2 single beds pushed together) spider web on the bedside lamps stuck to the wall, very old bathroom with bathtub (impossible to hang the shower head to wash the hair, dirty bathroom window and curtain, bath towel that leaves something to be desired...) toilet passable, room not at all soundproofed you can hear all the noises outside... for the parking plan to come in a 4x4, the photos do not correspond in any way from the photos that I saw on the site.. on the other hand pleasant setting and very good lunch, very pleasant staff on arrival, on the other hand at departure, we told them of our dissatisfaction but they didn't care at all of what we were told and didn't even ask us if our stay had gone well in your establishment.. could do better
Good value for money Nice place
It’s one of the larger hotels in the Logis portfolio, and accept ps large groups eg coach parties. At meal times these large groups can be very demanding for hotel staff to serve. Access and exit roads are uneven and need repair and improvement.

Excellent bedding. Unstable and almost non-existent Wi-Fi. Top catering team with well-crafted menus in good quantity.

Very nice, quiet little bungalow, the room was spacious, the pool very large with enough deckchairs for everyone and a very friendly welcome. You quickly reach Aigues Mortes and Le Grau du Roi.
Quiet room, but bad smells in the bathroom which ruined our stay (1 night). Nice swimming pool, wooded area allowing you to stroll along the canal. Well-stocked breakfast buffet
The only problems are the very uncomfortable pillows and the wifi that works poorly and intermittently
Large spacious room, comfortable bedding except the pillows. Unfortunately a lot of noise outside, especially the proximity to the busy road. No terrace in our room, no bottles of water or courtesy tray. Shower in bathtub without wall therefore impossible to use without taking it in hand. I found the room too expensive, to that still add 14euros / person for breakfast, it comes to 200 euros per night. For this price it would take a better standard. The soundproofing of the rooms leaves something to be desired, you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms!! Good quality restaurant but very simple, the restaurant staff very welcoming and friendly.

Pleasant stay, welcome, accommodation, service and quality of the meal very pleasant. The customer service is very pleasant without being oppressive. Signage on arrival would have been a plus.
Very nice hotel complex in a huge park with excellent organization in relation to the accommodation possibilities. Special mention for the decoration and the comfort of the Camargue rooms.
good stay, hotel a little difficult to find, do not miss the entrance... quiet place, quiet, car essential very good reception and tourist information by the staff having taken a room a little more expensive, I would have appreciated a tray with tea / coffee in the room
Good overall: the necessary things are missing in the room (bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, electric kettle) as there are in all Logis and breakfast time, when you are on the move professional, is at 07:30 and it's too late. Otherwise very good restaurant.

Great location. Structure with great potential: large and well-furnished rooms and a large swimming pool, however, both in the rooms and in the care of the greenery, there is some lack of maintenance. Still recommended and would go back
Très bon accueil à l’arrivée en revanche le Check out est à revoir, ou du moins la personne qui fait le Check out….je lui demande quelques informations et en même temps qu’elle me répond le téléphone sonne, elle décroche et me laisse patienter pendant plus de 5min… en me redemandant de quoi on parler…pas très pro et pas normal pour moi….
