Nothing to complain about, on the contrary. If the opportunity presented itself we would return to their place.

Nice little hotel, close... too bad there was nothing to make a coffee or anything.
We had a superior room. Accommodation was good value for money. Aircon was excellent. We booked half board, the meal and service were good.
We were in the annex. For a room costing €100, we expected better comfort: unventilated room smelling of tobacco, outdated shower room, dirty carpet… Fortunately the meal at the restaurant was good and the waiter was very pleasant.
Forced to change my arrival date for serious personal reasons, I was unable to benefit from any concern from the hotel which took refuge behind the fact that the reservation was "final" despite my request more than 10 days before the date of this reservation. A group of hotels to avoid for me from now on.
Friendly welcome, room and bathroom clean. Good service in the restaurant, food tasty and plentiful. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

good parking when we knew where it was ,lift air conditioning as promised very comfortable bed. All sadly ruined by the abruptness and border line rudeness of our waitress especially as other waiters where being extremely helpful to thier customers. Went down at 7.50 looking for ward to our first saturday out this year after a few days away for my 80th birthday . I only wish I had picked a different table so we could have enjoyed a lovely evening as so many did . we watched as others got de served and went off ,until finally receiving our main course at 9.15 with some faces pulled because i asked for a plain omelette, it was to late for my husband to want the looked forward to dessert.

Unpleasant welcome, to tell us that Booking should have warned us that we would be staying in the annex 600 meters from the hotel in a small, faded hotel with cracked walls which even kept its old name on the lambrequin, Hôtel Heraclee. The hotel was chosen following the good (false) reference given by Booking.

Booking was not clear in the presentation of the structure. The division of the rooms between the hotel and the rooms located in the annex is not highlighted, which is not easy to find

The hotel is ideally located for the Camargue and the Roman classics of Nimes, Arles and Pont du Gard. But Aigues Morts, Montmajour or the chapel le Sixte are also not far away. The hit is the restaurant, which is sometimes bursting at the seams, so patience is required. But the wines and menus are always worth the money.

Perfect hotel in terms of location (excellent for visiting the Camargue and possibly also part of Provence), services and courtesy of the staff. For family stays with older children, it is better to book a quadruple of the older ones or 2 doubles.

I remember in particular the impeccable and very warm service of the people who served us in the restaurant who had rare attentions! A big thank you and congratulations to them they understood everything in customer service and we feel that it is natural!!

Very nice hotel, clean and good staff
The hotel is very good: very clean, refurbished rooms for us (2 quadruple rooms and 1 double room), pleasant terraces (that of the hotel as well as that of the restaurant), quiet even for the rooms facing the street, the bedding is of good quality as well as the reception. On the other hand, for the quadruple rooms, the springs of the convertible sofas squeak at the slightest movement, which affects the quality of sleep. The breakfast is good, continental type and nothing is missing. The restaurant is to die for!! It is an excellent table and the waiter was very nice.

Overall very good, also the restaurant. For the equipment, I would add a mini-bar, which is necessary in the hot season. In the bathroom I would separate the mirror lights from the spotlights in the ceiling.
Very good hotel overall, clean room, impeccable. The small bottles of water on arrival are a plus, especially in this period of high heat. Good welcome from the receptionist. A refrigerator in the room would be very nice to keep drinks cold. Only downside, compared to the price, the breakfast is disappointing, I expected more choice and diversity in this buffet.

Excellent hotel and good restaurant, slight lack of a minibar in the room (but it survives anyway) however they offer a bottle of water each day.
Impeccable for the region, everything is fine even if we are a little apprehensive around a style bar reserved for men whose women stay at home!

Hotel located near the historic center of Saint Gilles, along a quiet avenue with parking. Very friendly welcome, room recently redone and well appointed. Evening meal taken on site, with a wide choice (dining room, veranda, or outside): excellent and very well presented cuisine. To recommend !

Hotel restaurant very well located, warm and benevolent welcome, kindness of all the staff, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms (we were a group of 10 with therefore 5 rooms), very good catering, the plus: secure parking where we could leave our cars with bikes on bike racks without worry. The rooms were a bit small, but otherwise everything was perfect! We enjoyed the excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening, the friendliness of the staff and the very reasonable prices for children.
