Very welcoming staff and very good hotel services; the only downside is the price of booking, which is much more expensive on booking.com than directly with the hotel. I'll know for next time.

Not sure I would recommend going for half board as this caused a lot of confusion which would not have been the case if there had been a half board menu card available.
