157 euros a night a little expensive small room very small bathroom. we stayed 2 nights the room was not even cleaned between the 2 days. disappointed.
Excellent, friendly welcome. Room was clean, comfortable & well appointed. WC jammed in corner of bathroom and very low - great for kids but not for taller adults!

Very clean, recent decoration and very good staff. However noisy rooms on the edge of the departmental. Dangerous parking also on the edge of the departmental road. Quite expensive because it is also isolated.

2 nights and 2 very satisfying and pleasant dinners. Charming moments with people who are just as charming, both in the hotel and catering industries. Star mention on the plates. Congratulations to everyone, as well as to the green calm of the environment.
Heated swimming pool after a hard day in the sun, perfect. Top restaurant for dinner.
Very accommodating staff. Helped my elderly friend with all her requests including the most important… a hairbrush. Excellent meal last night at the restaurant. Best I have had in France !

This stay was perfect. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The swimming pool is pleasant. The staff is welcoming, smiling and caring. We really enjoyed our terrace room with a view of the swimming pool. We will come back without hesitation.

nothing to say about the hotel except for the decoration and a little dilapidation
a bedside lamp was not plugged in and no outlet nearby; we had to go look under the bed for an extension cord which had not been connected to the lamp on the other hand what is this toilet bowl located so low near the floor??as for the restaurant someone a custard which should have come straight from the pack bought at the supermarket All this while specifying that we are not used to complaints; we almost never do it cordially

Hello, Very friendly and serious welcome. On a business trip, following a video meeting at 8:00 p.m., I asked reception for a meal tray in the room and the receptionist did everything to accommodate me. I thank him for that. Very pleasant and very polite. I recommend this hotel.

Slightly old furniture....
As its name makes it appear hotel in the woods with all the well-being
E excellent stay and full satisfaction with the hotel and restaurant. However, 3 terrace markets to access the room. No privacy on this small, almost useless terrace. Finally, big problem with service at breakfast. Crowd in front of the inaccessible buffet and staff overwhelmed to lapmrovise. These comments remain constructive because we will come back to them. The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor seem more intimate.
The bathroom very good. Room ok for 3 and clean. On the other hand, no window opening apart from the door. Previously we had booked a room for 2 people and we had a kettle with tea in the room. In rooms of 3 there is no harm. Otherwise thought about replacing the glasses when customers are there for several days. And thought about putting a roll of toilet paper when the paper is well used, especially in a room of 3 people. Otherwise the impeccable buffet breakfast, just the steps when you are on the first floor and the access quite far from the rooms when it is raining heavily not practical and be careful not to slip, a corridor would be perfect to access the breakfast.
I booked at the last minute but I am completely satisfied with my stay. The hotel is very well located along the cycle path and 10 minutes from the beaches.
Overall the stay went well. Good welcome and clean room/bathroom. The swimming pool is not very big but it is well heated. The room being located on the road side, the night was not calm because you can almost constantly hear cars/trucks. .I was therefore disappointed with the price paid (more than 130 euros without breakfast and without being in high season).

Stay in Biscarrosse 4 nights, hotel well located 20 minutes walk from the central beach and the heart of Biscarrosse plage. Very comfortable room in a quiet area overlooking the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast with a wide sweet and savory choice. The restaurant is very good quality of products service and value for money at the rendezvous. The hotel staff is both caring and very discreet. I highly recommend this establishment.
Room 304 is very noisy (restaurant terrace nearby and constant traffic in front of the hotel).
Good stay overall. Swimming pool available very appreciable, too bad that some tourists reserve the deckchairs by simply depositing their towels. Perfect staff and very nice breakfast. Room not very well soundproofed.

Had a lovely couple of days here, all staff were friendly and polite to us. Breakfast room had friendly atmosphere due to staff.
Lovely heated pool used by the wife at least twice a day.

Didn’t use the restaurant as the menu was not to our tastes, changed menu since last time we were here.
Overall our stay was excellent.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in September 2022. We liked it very much, free parking spaces directly at the hotel. A super great restaurant right in the house. Entire staff incredibly warm and friendly. You feel good as a guest. We had a good breakfast and enjoyed the atmosphere. Only our room could have been a bit bigger, everything was clean. Therefore 4.5 stars :) from the heart :)

The positive point is the cleanliness The bedding is correct except that you don't have to be tall or you will be hindered by the ends of the beds The swimming pool is small and the photo is really well taken The fact that there are no bottles water available in the rooms either kettles and doses of coffee tea is very detrimental, especially when considering the price of the room 160 euros. So very poor value for money
Very satisfied overall. But, it seems to me abnormal, that given the price of the room and the breakfast, to have to bring back the tray after having breakfast like in a vulgar self.
